Bruyant la nuit

La ubicación. Es un apartamento que está al lado de todo y aunque es imposible acceder en coche o aparcar en esa zona, existen espacios de libre aparcamiento a unos 10-15 minutos caminando. Es espacioso, luminoso, con una cocina equipada con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. El apartamento es muy bonito. Las camas son cómodas, aunque podrían poner cama de matrimonio.

Málaga se ha convertido en una ciudad muy cara, casi imposible para el turista nacional. El apartamento era grande, limpio, muy cerca de todo, pero lo cierto es que cada vez cuesta más poder pasar unas vacaciones con estos precios. Me alojé cuatro noches y pague 550 euros. Y por otro lado no se podía acceder con el coche, pues sabía que solicitarlo previamente al hotel para que pidiera permiso al Ayuntamiento ya que era una zona de residentes, es una información que supuestamente está o eso me dijo la persona que me ha atendió pero yo en ese momento no lo había entre tanta información y debería ser algo que estuviera visible. No obstante el apartamento estaba muy bien, era muy espacioso y en un lugar muy cerca de todo.

El departamento es muy amplio, por lo cual resulta muy cómoda su estadio. Se encuentra bien presentado. Tiene una muy buena ubicación,

No me gustó que cuando legamos nos mandaron a un cuerto, que estaba usado ... no estaba limpio. Cuando me fui a quejar que hasta la toallas estaban usadas, recien allí se dieron cuenta que se habian equivocado de llaves y de cuarto. Ello me ocasionó incomodidades y trastornos, pero no mereció ningun pedidos de disculpas y/o atención alguna del establecimiento.

Een hele mooie schoon appartement, matrassen iets aan de harde kant. De ligging perfect in een leuke straat.

Helaas is het mega gehorig en hoor je iedereen binnenkomen, we hadden nog een verdieping daar was het iets minder. De kamer beneden was erg koud en mega gehorig kon echt niet slapen. Sommige ramen kunnen ook niet dicht en het is enkel glas. Wat ik zelf nog een gemis vond dat je aan de binnenkant van de voordeur niet op slot kan doen door middel van een schuif bv. Erg jammer van de lawaai appartement echt top!.

Ruime appartement dichtbij het oude centrum.

De airco kon niet lager ingesteld worden dan 19 graden en ondanks het feit dat die de hele dag aan stond, bleef het 25-26 graden in het appartement (het was echt te warm). Na een klacht daarover kregen we een foto van de meting van de airco- misschien was de meting ok maar de temperatuur niet. De locatie is centraal maar dichtbij bij het uitgaansgebied dus er is ‘s avonds heel veel lawaai en dat gaat tot vroeg in de ochtend. Het bleef onduidelijk of we met de auto bij de accommodatie konden komen ivm auto beleid van Malaga.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen. Dank dem Schlafzimmer in den Hof auch ruhig in der Nacht. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet und war sehr gross.

Alles in allem etwas Dunkel tagsüber. Ganz im Gegenteil zu den Lampen in der ganzen Wohnung. Die sind super grell weiss und total ungemütlich. Die Wände könnten hie und da eine sanfte Auffrischung gebrauchen und das Kopfteil des Bettea blättert ab.

El ruido de la calle para dormir imposible. Deberían sustituir las ventanas y mejorar el aislamiento. La plaza de parking bastante complicado el acceso, no apto para turismos un poco grandes tipo SUV.

The location was very good, a short walk to the centre. That’s it !

The noise from the streets below was awful, every night all night. Like being in an echo chamber. No noise insulation at all. No sleep for 3 nights. Air conditioning very loud. The apartment smelt of cigarettes. Shower was poor either too hot or too cold, and grubby. We also had to remove a very large cockroach from the bedroom! We were in building 39 room B.

The flat was extremely clean, good quality, well equipped kitchen ; it felt safe, nice neighbourhood, centrally located; the bed was comfortable

A bit noisy because it was an external flat with balconies on the street, but in Spain is normal and anyway if you closed the balconies the noise was absolutely minimal and in the flat there was air-con.

It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The air conditioning is really good. It has a nice vibe. The staff is really nice and helps in everything you need.

The kitchen was a little bit under equiped, but still more than enough for simple dishes if you don’t want to eat out every day of your stay.

The location was good, close to most of the sights and the beach. It was neat, clean and fully equipped. The rooms and bathroom were spacious and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Definitely would visit again.

It was a bit noisy due to a couple of bars next to the building, but nothing that couldn’t be managed.

Die Nähe zur Innenstadt.

Es war unglaublich laut. Die Wände und Fenster der Unterkunft sind dünn, so dass man sowohl jedes Geräusch/Gespräch der Nachbarn als auch den gesamten Lärm der Umgebung mitbekommt. Und das bis spät in die Nacht.

La falta de champú. No me parece normal tener que comprar champu y mascarilla para 2 noches, y lavarte el pelo con un gel malo no es solución.

The downside is that due to the location, it is incredibly noisy at night time, the windows and walls were paper thin and you could hear everything on the streets even with everything shut.

Great location, easy walk from the train station, very close to lots of bars and places to eat. Good location for exploring the city. Modern, clean, light and spacious apartment. Easy check in. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartments are in a location close to bars and restaurants therefore there is some noise at night, small price to pay for great location.

Het is een ruim appartement met airco zowel in de woonkamer als in de slaapkamer. Er is een wasmachine en de mogelijkheid om te strijken . Bedden zijn van prima kwaliteit.

De inboedel is een beetje gedateerd. Het vervangen van de eetkamertafel en stoelen en de tv-kast zou echt een verbetering zijn voor de eerste aanblik en het comfort. Wij hebben er geen last van gehad en hebben goed geslapen, maar het is geen rustige straat. Dit is wel iets om rekening mee te houden.

La señora se recepción, llegamos el día anterior después de un vuelo de 10 horas, 7 horas de diferencia con mi País, luego nos levantamos tarde y entregamos el apto a las 12, la señora de recepción no nos dijo buenos días, cómo pasaron la noche sino que de entrada nos regañó por entregar el apto a las 12 y no a las 11. Llevo 5 ciudades visitadas en España y es el único lugar que piden depósito y hoy 12 de septiembre aún no me devuelven el dinero

It was a very nice apartment. Very near the centre and accessible. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

We can hear the noise Outside even if we close all the windows. It was so noisy especially at night and we have a baby so it was a bit uncomfortable. They have a lot of property, need to request a quieter place next time

Muy cómodo y limpio. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para que te sientas como en tu casa. La zona de lavadero cuenta con todo lo necesario. Recomendable. Puedes llegar a los lugares que quieras visitar caminando 15 o 20 minutos. Si te gusta caminar.

Quizás un poco ruidoso por las noches. Calle muy movida. Pero se disfruta el balcón.

Apartment was beautiful, comfortable in a traditional Spanish building with balconies. In a great location for visiting the main attractions, galleries and restaurants and bars.

Top tip - bring good ear plugs - the noise from the street at night can be quite loud. The apartments are above bars and restaurants. A higher floor might be better, we were on the first floor. Also some coffee, tea, UHT milk provided in the apartment might be a good idea.

Ubicación. El apartamento estaba reformado y era bastante moderno.

Era ruidoso. Se escuchaba muchísimo a los vecinos de al lado y de arriba. Si te tocan grupos de jóvenes de fiesta es un problema. El ruido de la calle no se escucha apenas. Pedimos una cama doble y nos pusieron dos camas individuales juntas.

The apartment was so central and easy to get to from all the areas. The old town, the train station, the restaurants etc

It was very clean and had everything we needed. Their communication was quick, and they responded to us promptly. The reservation team was available 24 hours a day. It is also very central, so there were a lot of options for food.

Because it is so central, the noise level is also higher at night and in the early morning. We stayed with our 9-year-old, but luckily she slept without any problem and did not hear any noise.

El ruido de la gente en los bares de abajo

Distribución, limpieza y la ubicación. Nuestro apartamento daba a la calle, sin embargo no tuvimos ningún problema con los ruidos exteriores. Una vez cerrábamos las puertas y ventanas, no se escuchaba ningún tipo de ruido.

Lokatiewas top op amper 5 minuten van het centrum van Malaga met de vele restaurants en bars. Verder de ruimte in het appartement en alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt om je verblijf prettig te laten zijn waren aanwezig.

S'avonds en s'nachts was het gehorig vanaf de straatkant met verkeer en later uitgaans publiek.

La ubicación sin duda, es lo mejor y muy apañado el apartamento. Además es un puntazo que te dejen fairy, estropajo, y esas pequeñas cosas .

El agua del grifo de la ducha o de la cocinita, no tenía término medio, o ardiendo o fría fría, era imposible ducharse bien.

Difficult to reach by car and had to walk with luggage to agency to pick up keys and then to apartment. Would be great if they could guide or inform beforehand a parking and how to avoid driving around. Bathroom could have more storage place and limited to hang towels up

Niet tegen, maar moet even naar gekeken worden. Het water liep niet door bij de douche en bij de wasbak. Wellicht ligt het aan de spaanse riolering of het is verstopt?? En de airconditioning mag best kouder worden ingesteld. Zover wij zagen kon het alleen tot 18 worden verlaagd ondanks dat alle ramen dicht waren. Verders oke hoor

En la recepción las personas son bastantes groseras, no colaboran y éramos personas mayores pero no querían colaborar en nada.

Très mauvais accueil, logement non insonorisé des bruits extérieur tard dans la nuit 5h du matin Le loueur a été obligé de nous changer de logement avec insistance. Nous avons perdus 4 jours de vacances nous réclamons une indemnisation.

Posizione centrale, appartamento grande e ben fornito. Personale cortese e sempre disponibile. Abbastanza pulito, ma purtroppo abbiamo trovato diverse volte scarafaggi in casa.

Ho ricevuto una decina di messaggi whatsapp dove si chiedeva di inserire i dati della carta di credito. Fortunatamente non mi sono fidata e Booking mi ha poi avvisata che si trattava di una truffa. Fate attenzione. Altro piccolo inconveniente: abbiamo trovato diverse volte scarafaggi in camera, seppur fosse in generale pulita.

Struttura molto pulita, grande e accogliente. Posizione super centrale.

All’arrivo la receptionist non è stata molto cordiale, rivolgendosi in modo abbastanza arrogante. L’appartamento è poco insonorizzato e si sentono fortemente i rumeni dei bar fino alle 3/4 di notte.

En los días en que estuvimos alojados, fue un verdadero problema la conexión a internet por Wi-Fi. Desconozco si es un problema constante u ocasional pero, en tal caso, nos complicó mucho la estadía. Supuse que el alojamiento tendría una actitud más comprensiva y ofrecería algún descuento por ese problema pero directamente, la persona de recepción (que no el propietario a quien jamás conocimos) simplemente me mandó a enviar una queja por correo electrónico, desligándose del asunto y diciendo "lo siento mucho".

L'unico aspetto negativo riguarda la rumorosità nelle ore notturne della strada su cui affaccia l'appartamento

L’appartamento si trova in centro storico, posizione ideale per muoversi a Malaga a piedi.. le principali attrazioni sono tutte a circa 10 min.

Da migliorare l’ insonorizzazione degli infissi. L’appartamento è affacciato su una strada molto molto rumorosa, sia per i mezzi a motore, che per le voci delle persone. C’è un via vai pazzesco di gente. Con finestre e scuretti chiusi, sembrava di avere la gente in camera.

This wasn’t our first time staying in this accomodation. Check-in is very easy, as is access to the apartment. Everything was there and when we needed something it was provided. Definitely worth staying with them!

Soggiorno davvero ottimo. L’appartamento era spazioso, molto pulito e ben insonorizzato, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato molto. Letto comodissimo e in generale tutto molto curato e sistemato. Anche la reception aperta 24 ore su 24 è stata molto comoda. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene e lo consiglierei sicuramente.

La cama era bastante grande y era cómoda. El baño tenía un tamaño normal. Las vistas no eran lo mejor pero la ubicación era bastante buena, tenías el centro al lado y muchos restaurantes y locales donde poder comer.

El sofá cama era algo incómodo, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba o eso parecía ya que el calor se sentía igual, por suerte las noches eran frescas y si dejabas la ventana abierta bien. Había algunas hormigas en los armarios de la habitación.

Very nice, clean and cozy apartment, located right next to the historic center of Malaga.

Our apartment was located on the first floor of a tenement house, directly above a restaurant (ground floor). The soundproofing was practically non-existent, so it was hard to sleep a few times because you could hear practically every noise from the street and the bar.
