Es una espacio hermoso y bien cuidado con una fauna Exquisita, un concepto totalmente diferente

La comida es deliciosa y de buenas porciones. Pero hubo escaza comunicación, ordené algo, recibí de menos y me enteré porque pregunté. Los espacios fuera de la habitación son limitados y temprano ya no hay cupo para cenar en la fogata.

In the lobby area while checking in the mosquitos there should be the use of pesticide spray or fans to reduce the amount of mosquitos.

Era muy cómodo.

La ducha estaba tapada y tuvimos que usar la ducha de mano en vez de la ducha de lluvia. También los vecinos de alado estaban haciendo ruido y con música, queríamos una noche de paz y sin ruido, por eso nos alejamos de la ciudad para pasar la noche en paz. Creo que eso debería de ser una regla de no hacer ruido.

food was excellent, great chef and staff. The place is so beautiful in the middle of plants and nice paths. In general was great great experience.

My main concern is the music from far away (road side-bars-restaurants) people partying late late at night with super loud sound systems. The floor in my unit (Bamboo) had water damage and peeled and kind of dangerous if you were bare foot.

El ambiente se siente que estás apartado, los espacios están bien diseñados y son muy amenos. El concepto del spa nos encantó

Lo único que tú podrías criticar es que hay unos tipos con una música bien alta a la hora de la noche fuera de la propiedad que tú logras escucharla en las áreas comunes por el silencio de la zona. Pero tú te olvidas de eso.

Food was amazing and the room was perfect

We hebben in twee verschillende bubbles geslapen. Het uitzicht is fenomenaal. De bubble geeft een gevoel van vrijheid.

In de eerste bubble nummer twee was de airco erg luidruchtig.

מקום ממש בלב הטבע עם כל המשתמע מכך, מתאים מאוד למי שאוהב לישון בטבע, חייב להצטייד בדוחה יתושים, הבונגלו הוא כמו בלון שמנופח יש שתי דלתות בכדי לצאת החוצה, אין אפשרות לפתוח דלת לבחוץ מאוד קלסטרופובי לא מתאים לכל אחד,בלי קשר אצלינו הדלתות היו תקועות כל הזמן בכדי לצאת היה מאוד קשה ולא נעים. בנוסף יש ריח כמו של איזה גז בתוך הבונגלו שמאוד לא נעים ועושה כאב ראש, בנוסף חסר מאוד פרטיות של חדר בכל זאת מתקלחים ומתלבשים שם. אנחנו עזבנו מיד שהגענו והם כמובן הסירו אחריות ממקום האירוח שלהם. הדרך לחדר היא מאבנים וחול כלומר אין מסלול הליכה עם המזוודות וגם אין רכב שלוקח אותם לנו זה הזיק לגלגלים של המזוודות. השירות במלון ברמה מאוד נמוכה. פשוט מאוד חבל שלא כותבים ומתארים את המקום באתרי ההזמנות כי ממש לא היינו מגיעים.! דבר נוסף שימו לב בתמונות של בוקינג מעורבב כמה סוגי חדרים. לפחות אצלנו זה היה ככה.

Es un lugar hermoso y tranquilo para despejar la mente y conectar con la naturaleza. Un personal amable y atento todo el tiempo.

Niet alleen het verblijf zelf, maar ook alle andere activiteiten overtroffen onze verwachtingen. Zo werd het eten op een hele bijzondere manier geserveerd en is de spa heel erg mooi ingericht. De locaties waar je kon eten waren ook heel erg mooi en hadden altijd iets extra's zoals een mooi vuur. Via WhatsApp was Adrian heel erg goed bereikbaar en we werden heel erg snel geholpen bij vragen. De accommodatie vraagt om hele relaxte dagen, we zaten letterlijk in onze eigen bubbel.

Nuestra experiencia en este hotel fue muy bonita. Desde la llegada nos dieron una bienvenida muy cálida y nos mostraron todo el lugar. El área es muy verde, llena de naturaleza y muy agradable. También nos ofrecieron un coco de agua fresco al llegar, lo cual fue un detalle muy especial. Nos gustó mucho el concepto de la burbuja. La burbuja blanca permite ver el cielo y tiene una vista muy bonita desde adentro hacia la naturaleza. Es una experiencia diferente y muy relajante. Algo que también nos encantó fue que el desayuno lo traen directamente a la burbuja. Afuera hay un pequeño espacio privado con una mesa donde uno puede sentarse tranquilamente a desayunar y disfrutar del entorno. Otro punto muy bueno es que el hotel tiene comunicación por WhatsApp. Si uno necesita algo, puede escribirles y responden rápido, lo cual hace la estancia mucho más cómoda. En general fue una experiencia muy agradable, especialmente para quienes buscan tranquilidad, naturaleza y algo diferente.

También hubo algunos puntos que pensamos que podrían mejorar. El primer día queríamos cenar en el hotel, ya que el lugar para cenar es bonito. Sin embargo, cuando pedimos la cena nos dijeron que no había carne y que solo había mariscos, aunque en el menú aparecen varias opciones con carne. Nosotros queríamos carne y por eso tuvimos que salir del hotel a cenar afuera, lo cual fue un poco decepcionante. El masaje fue agradable y el lugar donde lo hacen es muy natural, rodeado de plantas y árboles, como un pequeño espacio tipo ritual. Pero solo había una persona para hacer dos masajes, por lo que tuvimos que hacerlo por turnos. Mientras a mí me hacían el masaje, mi esposa tenía que esperar. Había una tina donde supuestamente el agua era caliente, pero el agua estaba fría, por lo que no fue muy agradable usarla. Además, nos comentaron que en ese lugar normalmente hay muchas plantas de chinola y que los huéspedes incluso pueden recogerlas. Sin embargo, cuando estuvimos allí las plantas estaban secas y no había chinolas, lo cual nos sorprendió un poco. En la burbuja también encontramos un pequeño problema: el zipper que separa el baño de la habitación estaba roto y no se podía cerrar, por lo que no había mucha privacidad. Otro punto que no nos gustó fue que el área alrededor del agua o laguito tenía bastante basura y plástico, lo cual afecta un poco la belleza natural del lugar. Con respecto al desayuno, el hotel pregunta el día anterior qué se quiere y a qué hora. Sin embargo, dos veces el desayuno llegó más tarde de la hora acordada y una vez no trajeron exactamente lo que habíamos pedido (por ejemplo, pedimos pan integral y trajeron pan normal). Además, el menú podría estar mejor organizado para que sea más claro al momento de pedir. Finalmente, al salir del hotel notamos que algunas almohadas tenían manchas que parecían moho.

We had a great stay and it was actually a highlight of our trip. The team was very friendly and helpful. Our son especially liked the animals running around.

The neighbors were playing music very loudly until midnight. It’s still glamping and not a hotel room so it was disturbing but that can always happen when you go camping.

Everything: the nature place with moutains view, the various food and the cocktails, the cosy bedrooms. What peaceful nature retreat!

Il faut le vivre pour y croire. Magnifique expérience réservée en dernière minute. L’accueil a été incroyable. Le cadre est splendide. La nourriture excellente.

Petit bémol de la clim, il faisait assez froid dans la bulle mais le soucis a été vite réglé une fois demandé.

Shower needed to be repaired and leaked through the bamboo that does not provide a seal. Plastic viewing screen misted up if the a/c was not set right at 24

Spazio meraviglioso e molto curato. La vasca calda privata all’esterno ci ha regalato un momento romantico. La cena e la colazione portate direttamente in camera sono stati ottime.

Per evitare che la bolla all’interno si appannasse e sgocciolasse per la condensa, abbiamo dovuto tenere l’aria condizionata accesa, proprio sul letto e abbiamo avuto freddo. Nonostante questi sforzi, c’era molta umidità. Non è presente l’asciugacapelli.

La oferta para comer es muy limitada… el costo para 2 de la experiencia para el spa no es congruente para lo que se ofrece..

El manejo del personal de recepción puede mejorar. Las sábanas de mi Habitación estaban manchadas, daban el aspecto que no fueron cambiadas. Incluso tenía manchas de sangre antigua. El Spa debe contar con una masajista adicional, La chica estaba sola cambiando sábanas, preparando agua, se demora mucho tiempo en el proceso. No pudimos hacernos un masaje en pareja por esa situación.

Der Service und das Personal waren wirklich toll, insbesondere Catering und Spa! Eine Oase zum Entspannen, wenn man mal ein Abenteuer als kurze Auszeit möchte.

Die Lärmbelästigung durch andere Gäste, welche selbst nach mehrfachem “Ermahnen” nicht zu Händeln waren. Für uns war dies eine ruhige Auszeit und kein Ort um Chillout-Partys zu veranstalten. Dies sollte bei Buchung strickt verboten werden.

A real shower would be nice in the bubble (but the bath is great)

The dinner was fantastic, perfectly cooked, the staff was nice, the cinema was quite good, common spots as well, very nice and clean. The bubble was nice the view excellent… the staff helped us accommodate all of our requests during our stay and before, excellent service.

The breakfast was tiny very simple, the water was not hot enough and the room was very cold during the night, the cinema was not covered so the rain made us go back to the bubble, although the bubbles are separate you don’t have complete privacy

It was a unique experience that I had never lived before. It was very difficult to leave this beautiful bubble. The staff was very friendly and the property was well taken care of, to the finest detail.

The experience was nice. I wish that we had the outside shower instead of just an indoor tub. That was my only complaint. There isn’t much parking available. Had to make my own.

Customer service the attention of the people who work there was very very special the breakfast was amazing and the view was like from a movie very beautiful.

Lovely views, very quiet & peaceful area. Service was great. Communication was great. A few negative things were not having a regular stand up shower because it was broken, leaks in the bathroom because the bath tub was being used, more lights were needed in living room space(it was hard to see when we were trying to get ready to go out, and another mirror or two would’ve been great! Overall experience was great. Loved the property.

The place is truly magical! The photos only represent an aspect of the property but cannot express the extraordinary experience that we had. Surrounded by nature it is a haven were you can totally disconnect . We were recieved with a coconut water welcome drink.And were given a tour of the property. We didn't get the stars as there was a storm but we had lighting show!! Wow! We decided to have diner on site. We had what they called Hierros, you can have meat,prawns or veg.They bring a basket with everything, they set it all up in your bubble or somewhere else on the property and you cook your own on a mini individual grill pan. Amazing ,fun and super romantic...Loved every minute... The morning we had breakfast and again 2 members of staff came in set up the breakfast on a little private table just outside of the bubble. The food is made with fresh ingredients very tasty. There is also a big outdoor tub...You really feel part of the nature. And very private. The grounds offers a lot of different areas where you can relax, read and you can also paddle board on the water.At night there is also a outdoor cinema avaliable. The owner really managed to create an unique concept in every little details and provide guest with an unforgetable experience. My only complaint is.....That we only stayed one night. We will definitely come back.

If you are looking for a place that is different but beautiful, to unwind and relax. Then this is your place. The grounds are full of exciting wildlife, a variety of different birds even peacocks and rabbits. The nights are breathtaking, very quiet. The room was absolutely stunning and the bed!!! AWESOME!!!!!!! I need those pillows in my life!!!!! You won’t want to leave…..

Podría ser un lugar bonito, pero la manager sabía que una habitación estuvo en mala condición aún así nos lo rentó el zipper de la burbuja no funcionó, la puerta para cerrar es un problema (el seguro) fuimos por una noche nos cambiaron de habitación y realmente no había mucha diferencia. La verdad no volvería a ir!

Absolutamente everything, but the welcoming is exceptional like no other let’s star with the Fruta milagrosa. I won’t give any details because is really an experience. And let’s talk about their nature along with all the animals around, my fave was all of them. The place is amazing and the staff top of the line. You must visit this place. The bubble is incredible loved every angle of it, definitely coming back but with my kids they have so much to do with the family. I can really go on and on about this place.

We loved everything! One of the unique, quite, pastoral places we visited. Amazingly desined, green everywhere, the animals are friendly, great food- the breakfast is so good. The staff- especially Ambra welcomed us abd took care of erevrything we needed. warm recommendation- THE SPA. Ogla the masseur has magic hands. We both had the bamboo therapy, one hour each and enjoyed every moment!

There is no minibar/kettle. Every area is private, but not in 100%. For example, the entrance to the area is closed with a rope, and the door is semi-transperent and its a bit uncomfortable.
