La chambre (trop petite). Le lit qui grinçait, manque de propreté surtout dans les lieux de rangement. Odeur de renfermé et toute la salle de bain à refaire.

Excelente recepção. Equipe prestativa e agradável. Café da manhã bem variado. Tudo super limpinho Nádia sempre muito prestativa, inclusive sempre que pedíamos Taxi um senhor do próprio hotel se disponibilizava para nos levar

Chuveiro horrível, com uma estética antiga mas nada funcional. As luzes do quarto estavam todas queimadas, apenas uma arandela da cama que funcionou.

Odada ikinci yatakta çarşaflar değiştirilmemiş ve temiz değildi. Banyo havalandırması traktör sesi gibi aşırı gürültülü çalışıyor.

Aile oteli olduğunu gerçekten hissettiren bir yer. Güler yüzlü personeli ve kaliteli hizmetiyle çok memnun kaldık. 😊 Sadece odalarda boy aynası olsaydı her şey mükemmel olurdu. İlkay Hanım’ın ilgisine de ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. 🙏

Sehr schönes Hotel mit traumhafter Anlage und superlieben Personal – wirkt wie ein Familienbetrieb, was es besonders charmant macht. Ins Zentrum sind es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß, einfach perfekt. Das Serpme Kahvaltı gibt es gegen Aufpreis, war aber absolut top. Einziger Wunsch: Die Zimmerbeleuchtung könnte etwas heller sein. 🌸✨

Çift olarak gittik. odaya ilk girdiğimizde asla tuttuğum fotoğraflarla ilgisi olmayan bir odayla karşılaştım. Havuz manzaralı olarak tuttuğumuz oda en dipte ve diğerleriyle ilgisi olmayan farklı bir odaydı. Baktığında evet havuz manzaralı ama camdan çıkıp kendinizi zorlarsanız görebilirsiniz. 2.günden sonra değiştirebileceklerini söylediler ama bizim için bir şey değişmezdi 4 günlük bir tatildi. En başta bu odanın havuz manzaralı olarak verilmemesi gerekiyor. Gitmeden önce arayıp teyit almanızı öneririm. Odaya girdiğimizde örtülerin lekeli olduğunu farkettik. Değiştirmelerini söyledik ve gelip değiştirdiler. bu konuda teşekkür ederim ama bunun önceden kontrol edilmesi gerekiyordu. Temizlik ilk günden sonra yapılmıyor. Odanın görünümü genel olarak kirliydi. 3. gün sadece çarşaf değişimi talep ediyorsunuz. Duş başlığıyla araba yıkasanız araba zarar görebilir öyle eski bir duş başlığı. 2. gün odamıza su istemek için aradığımızda da bize sadece ilk gün ikram diğer günler ücretli olduğunu söylediler. sebebi de avrupanın her yerinde böyleymiş :) avrupanın hizmetini istesek avrupaya giderdik. Çalışan arkadaşlar ilgili ve nazikti kahvaltısı ortalama bir kahvaltı. Genel olarak bu zamana kadar gittiğim oteller arasında temizliği ve tavırlarından en memnun kalmadığım bir oteldi.

Πρωινό με ιδιαίτερες γεύσεις! Ιδιοκτήτες και προσωπικό πάντα δίπλα στον πελάτη και τις ανάγκες του με προθυμία και χαμόγελο! Ιδιαίτερη παρουσία η γλυκιά, όμορφη και χαμογελαστή κοπέλα που φροντίζει να μη λείπει τίποτα από το μπουφέ του πρωινού! Το πιο κατάλληλο ξενοδοχείο για τον επισκέπτη της Πόλης Alacati!

L’emplacement est excellent . La piscine agréable. L’établissement joli et la chambre spacieuse.

La salle de bain qui est très petite et vite inondée . L’absence de draps et de couverture( juste le drap du lit et une petite couverture type dessus de lit) . Pas de ménage fait pendant 3 jours.

Otel çok temizdi, hiç bir Kötü koku yoktu. Lokasyonu hem çarşıya yakın hemde Tag ve taksi kullanımı için uygun durumdaydı. Kahvaltısı servisi leziz ve seçenekleri boldu. Çalışanların hepsi de güler yüzlü ve samimiydi biz iki kız arkadaş çok memnun kaldık.

Das Gebäude ist leider sehr hellhörig und die Zimmertüren knallen sehr laut zu. Außerdem ist das Geböude wo die Zimmer sind nicht liebevoll dekoriert und es steht eine alte nicht genutzte Küche unter der Treppe, da könnte man noch nachbessern

Disappointing Stay – Needs Significant Improvement I’m not sure where to begin, but the hotel experience fell short in many areas, starting with the concept itself. Room & Comfort: The room was extremely small – so much so that you either had to sit on the bed or step into the bathroom just to feel like you had space. We ended up only using the room for sleeping and avoided spending any time there. Our only window faced a wall, and there was no air ventilation in the bathroom, so the air in the room was always stuffy and unpleasant. Noise Issues: The doors were not soundproof at all. We could hear everything from the hallway, and unfortunately, our room was located right next to the staff area where hotel fridges were constantly in use. The noise and commotion whenever staff needed something was disruptive, especially during the night. Atmosphere & Ambience: Alacati is typically known for its adult-friendly boutique hotels, but this hotel was filled with children who dominated the pool all day long with loud noise and games. As a couple, we were hoping for a romantic and tranquil atmosphere – instead, it was anything but peaceful. Breakfast Concept: The breakfast concept was also confusing. It was labeled as an open buffet, but there were no hot options like sunny-side-up eggs or any kind of meat products. There was no coffee, juice, or even butter available. Instead, we found only cold snacks in small bowls, which had to be refilled constantly by the staff every few minutes. It felt more chaotic than relaxing and definitely did not match the expectations set by the hotel description.

Otel araç girmeyen bir sokaktaydı arabamızı park ettikten sonra oldukça fazla yürümek zorunda kaldık. Cumartesi günü otoparkın önüne pazar kurulduğu için otoparka da ulaşamadık. Oldukça rezaletti çocuklarla kalınacak bir otel kesinlikle değil. Oda ve banyo oldukça küçüktü yatak hiç konforlu değildi, dışarıdan gece çok araç ve yirğyen insanların sesi geldiğinde uyuyamadık. Çalişanlar nazik ve kibardı. Havuz resimdeki gibi büyük değil.

Girişten itibaren her dakikası keyif aldığımız harika bir hotel.

We didn't have breakfast there as it was steeple priced compared to outside cafes

Bathroom was small and we had to constantly wipe floors that kept getting wet. One of the main bedroom lights were malfunctioning. There were mosquitoes in our room.

Otelin tüm çalışanları çok kibar ve güleryüzlüydü, Otelin konumu çok rahat sessiz ve sakindi. Otelde bulunan havuz ve çevresi çok güzel düzenlenmişti. Sadece otelin açık büfe kahvaltısını biraz zayıf buldum ama genel anlamda güzel bir oteldi bir daha ki gelişimdi tekrar konaklamak isterim.

Güler yüzlü personeller ile çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik.yemekler çok lezzetli ve hijyen konusunda oldukça iyiydi. Konumu da çok iyi heryere rahatça ulaşabiliyorsun

Bathroom needs renovation

Bence güzel butik otel odaları temizdi güler yüzlü personeli vardı fiyatına göre gayet iyiydi tavsiye ederim.

Very clean facilities. Outstanding staff who always smiles at you and help you with everything you need in a very efficient manner, great pool (although it is not heated and was pretty cold, I could swim in the pool every dayz so not so bad). Have a very cute courtyard with pool. The location was the best since you are 2 minutes walking distance to the main Alacati town attractions, but still outside of the noisy parts of the town. So you can easily walk everywhere in Alacati and not get disturbed by the noise of nightlife (unless you want to). The breaskfast was rich but did not include coffee for free. I would stay here again.

Only a few minor comments as follows; 1) Noise in rooms at night: There were many little noises kept waking us up at might. We could not figure out what they are exactly but we suspected the room above us. AC was also making weird sounds. I have to disclaim that since it was not so bad we did not even complain to the management, who could have maybe helped us. Unfortunately, there was a construction right outside of our window so maybe ask for a room away from the construction if it is still going on. Our family stayed in another room and did not hear about the construction at all. 2) water temperature in shower was constantly changing between very hot and very cold making it a little challenging to shower, 3) no coffee included in the breakfast and you have to buy it for 100 turkish liras, but otherwise breakfast was very rich.

Staff were friendly and helpful, always answering questions and helping us out with transfers. The cats were a highlight of the staff team! Breakfast was nice, lots of different options. It would have been nicer if the time for breakfast was longer. Location was really good and close to a lot of other cool places.

The room was very small and cramped for 2 people. It was very tight walking around and we didn't have enough space once we unpacked. Also the mini fridge couldn't be plugged anywhere because the cable was too short.

Perfect location for your trip to Alaçati/Çeşme. 2min walk to Alaçati center and quick acces to visit places around. The hotel is so beautiful and picturesque, with a very nice garden/pool area. All is reflected online how it is in reality. The staff is just amazing they are so kind and helpful, they make the stay even nicer. Special thanks to: Oktay, Eren & Ali for your hospitality. The Turkish breakfast is from another level, special thanks to chef Hüseyin. I definitely recommend this hotel 100% if you are visiting the area.

Herşeyden önce herkes çok güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Çarşıya çok yakın, bahçesi çok güzel bir oteldi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim!

Kahvaltısı olsun, havuz, personellerin ilgisi çok güzeldi. Biz iki kişi konaklama yaptık bir tane pike vardı biz de 2.ciyi istedik fakat hepsinin yıkamada olduğunu şu an olmadığını söylediler. Tekrar sabah sorduk olmadığını oda boşalmadığı için şu an olmadığını ilettiler yani bir tane fazla pike yoktu. Bizde birbirimize yakın bir şekilde uyumak zorunda kaldık. Biz geçen senede bir butik otelde konaklama yapmıştık fakat biz saat 01.00’den sonra otelin kapısının bu kadar açık kimsenin olmadığını görmedik. Biz saat 01:15 geçe otele geldiğimizde otel kapısının açık ve kimsenin olmadığını gördük sadece havuz başında 2 kişi vardı onlarda biri uyuyordu diğeri de diğer tarafta telefondaydı. Bence bu çok büyük bir risk. Onun dışında her şey güzeldi. Otelin havuzunda yemek ve içecek söyledik uygun fiyatta lezzetli şeyler yedik. Çok da yardımcı oldular. Tekrar gelir miyim derseniz bir daha butik otel tercih etmem..

Bu otelde ikinci kez konaklayışımız. Atmosfer olarak havuz alanı olarak gayet keyifli. Odada bence biraz eksik vardı. En azından diş fırçasını koyabileceğimiz bir şey olsa süper olurdu. Yemekler gayet lezzetliydi. Konum olarak gerçekten güzel otelin hemen yanında Cosi diye bir mekan var kesinlikle tavsiye ederim canlı müzikle çok keyif aldık. Genel olarak keyifli bir tatil geçirdik bizimle ilgilenen tim çalışanlara teşekkür ederiz. Tek tavsiyem odalara birkaç bir şey eklemeniz. Bu arada arabayla geleceksiniz maalesef otoparkları yok sokağa park edebilirsiniz.

-Rooms are a bit small -When there are too many people in the hotel, you feel a bit uncomfortable around the Swimming pool area.

Otelin konumu harikaydı. Havuzu yeterli büyüklükte.Genel olarak temiz bir otel.Çarşıya 10 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Beachlere ve plajlara 10-15 dk da araba ile ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Otel kahvaltı dahildi ama kahvaltıdan büyük bir beklentiniz olmazsa otelden gayet memnun bir şekilde ayrılabilirsiniz. Çalışanları da gayet güler yüzlü tatlı insanlar.

The property is beautiful. The pool and restaurant area is stunning, and the breakfast was amazing - which you eat around the pool! The staff were so friendly and helpful. We arrived in the early hours and they were there to greet us. They organised us a taxi to and from the beach - he even walked to find us at the beach due to a road closure. And they took us (and our 2 suitcases) to the coach station on a tuk tuk - that was an experience! Haha.

The room was very small, but we knew that when booking. Was fine for a weekend stay but couldn’t have stayed in that room longer.

The hotel is nice but the night club next door is a deal breaker.

There is a night club next door, every night from Wednesday to Sunday, until 1am there was music so loud we couldn't sleep, even with earplugs. The coffee at breakfast was not included in the price we paid and was very expensive even for European standards ~6€ per cup The hotel lets people leave their stuff on the few sunbeds around the pool and keep it for the whole day even when they leave the hotel.

Location is perfect, 5 mins away from the centre, really nice breakfast, really nice vibes in the garden. Overall, very clean. Lovely cats in the garden. The facility has nice lovely vibes.

Check-in was incredibly awkward? They didn't know we were coming? They asked me so many questions as they didn't have any details, I asked if they knew the details they said yeah but I highly doubt it. The payment machine wasn't working, so I had to pay later. It was just very weird & they still managed to put us in the wrong room (bear in mind there were no other guests when we arrived) There was only 2 other guests in the hotel during the duration of our stay but they still put us to the "wrong" room - they could've easily kept us there, as there were plenty of rooms available, but they still wanted us to change. They gave us the literally worst room (yes, we paid for the standard room - but they could've upgraded you know? as a gesture and the hotel was not busy in the slightest) So I'm not saying they HAD to do that, but it's about being a nice host and treating your guests for future loyalty. And they asked me to pay in cash? I said no and they kind of needed to ask their manager? (this was not agreed at all, and the manager said there was a mistake on the website? but at the end we paid with the card)

Alaçatıda merkezi konumda mükemmel bir işletme. Temizlik konusunda bir miktar eksikler olsa da konum avantajı, otel çalışanlarının nezaketi ve ilgisi, otel bahçesinin güzelliği, mutfağının iyi olması ile tekrar tercih edeceklerim arasında yerini aldı.

The rooms are small and there is not enough space put the bags, personal items, etc.

The staff mainly at the front desk was amazing. They were providing great tips for the local activites and making sure we have the best time in Alaçati. The breakfast was delicious and the facilities were pretty and peaceful.

The property itself is so beautiful and charming, we spent so much time just sitting by the pool and appreciating the ambience. It’s perfectly located in Alacati, only walking distance from the main centre and sights, as well as easily accessible for taxi’s to go to beach clubs etc. The food we had was delicious, not to mention the incredible Turkish breakfast we were served every morning. Our room had all the amenities necessary for our long stay, and the housekeeping were always patient with us and reliable. Most importantly, the staff went above and beyond to welcome us and make us feel comfortable. We met some amazing new friends there which played a huge part to our overall trip. You can tell the amount of effort that the owners have gone to in all the small details of the hotel and I honestly couldn’t fault a thing. I would like to thank everyone at Jardin D’Azur again for their warm energy and hospitable nature. Overall I could not recommend this hotel enough, look no further you will not regret it !!

Beautiful hotel situated in Alacati, Izmir. The staff are ever so kind! We spent a day by the pool with my friends and had great snacks and drinks - I loved it. I had a great stay; I will come again!

I stayed for a week and was having issues with the shower as a large amount of water escaped onto the bathroom floor, creating a mess.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were wonderful and the hotel is beautiful and charming. The breakfast was an impressive and tasty spread with attentive service. Very relaxing pool as well. Definitely recommend!

Nothing to report here. We did have trouble paying via credit card because a PIN was required (which I did not have set up). That's not an issue with this hotel, it happens sometimes when abroad anywhere so I just recommend setting your credit card PIN before you leave (mine took a few days to set).

We love this hotel for its convenience (family of 4), the pool, service and location (it's just on the edge of town, making it easy to walk in and out and avoid the noise during the night.

I liked the personel. Very kind people, very helpfull. I didnt like the rooms( the bed was shaking alot, pillows were bad) Alot of noises came from Turkish(german) guests in the night. Sometimes i heard people talking around 03:30 am….. You cant park your own car here, you need to Drive behind some streets(which are the most of time full) Also The prices of food were very high..
