the only negative is that there is typically only 1 regular coffee and 4 decaf in the coffee basket. Have mentioned as a suggestion twice to add more. The front desk the last time, suggested I ask for when come in to make sure that I had, she was very nice and thoughtful figuring a way that I would for sure always have

The bed was comfortable with good bedding, like the sofa and desk. Liked the design of the shower. Breakfast was good and liked real plates and utensils. Overall very pleased with accommodations.

The lobby area and bar was great with the tvs! Bed was super comfortable and room was very clean! Would definitely book again as we have family in the area!

Location was excellent, we’ve stayed here numerous times before and the staff is always so helpful and kind.

The room we booked was perfect size, but had a very terrible odor, like mold. It was when my child thought it smelled like smoke in the room, that I had to move rooms. When we switched rooms just a few doors down on the same floor, the room still had a musky mold smell.

This hotel was conventionally located, in a good area of town. Room is very spacious and clean. The continental breakfast in the morning was average at best and there was a unpleasant order in the breakfast eating area. I would give this hotel a 10 out of 10 with the exception of the breakfast lowering the scores some.

Of all of our travels this was the nicest breakfast we have ever experienced. Beautifully displayed, large selection and great service! We met the cook, Juan, and his assistant Felix. They both made us feel welcome. The restuarant area and food displays were spotless! The hot foods were hot and the cold foods cold. What a pleasure having breakfast there before heading off to a very long car trip. And a shout out for Tiara who checked us in after a long, weary car trip. She is perfect for her job -- a real gem! THANK YOU to the staff.

Although this is a very minor thing. . .we had to ask for extra towels because we are a family of five. We did receive towels promptly and with a smile.

Clean hotel, kind staff. Don’t count on the free breakfast. Food and coffee were always gone and we came at the start and the middle of the offering time, just to see if one time was better than the other. We were lucky to get some dry, scrambled eggs and there was never any half and half. They did refill some items, but you had to wait a long time for them. Just flavored creamers. They would put it out if you asked. They asked us to try their lunch or dinner. A better breakfast would have temped me to try. Asked for extra towels that never came. There were only two of us in the room. Room was huge and very clean. I would stay here again but make plans for breakfast elsewhere.

Skip the deli food at the bar! Also breakfast bar was out of utensils, dishes and several menu items at 8:30 am.

I was charged a rate higher than I had agreed to for my stay, and the increase from the agreed rate was not discussed with me when I signed my check-in document. In following up with hotel staff after I saw the charge on my account, I learned that my state government ID would no longer be an option for the government rate. While this policy is not an issue, the lack of communication was concerning, as was the increase in the rate charged without mentioning it to me.

The pull-out couch mattress was absolutely disgusting & unusable. The night host “couldn’t” do anything about it. She said they couldn’t swap the mattress with another one and there was no housekeeping in house so they couldn’t change our room. I went online with Hyatt to give some feedback about it, so the manager called me the next day. She was rude & insisted there was nothing wrong with the mattress & refused to do anything from a customer service standpoint to help. Also, the pool has zero lighting so even though they are open until 10pm, it’s very very dark & unsafe.

This is a very nice location. Housekeeping is great. Room is modern with a great shower. Typical Hyatt breakfast but nice to get a hot breakfast included with a stay.

Room rate triple increase over weekend

Great location with many restaurants in close proximity. The property looks great and is well maintained. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The price was favorable for the area. I'm required to be in the area for work, and I will not stay anywhere else.

I already paid through booking in advance and the hotel sent me a message saying it wasn’t paid for and tried to run my card again without my permission. Booking canceled my room for me so I could book elsewhere.

Plenty of free parking. Hotel was clean, friendly staff, good breakfast and Wi-Fi. There were plenty of food places and convenient shopping nearby.

Very clean, comfortable and quiet

Insanely high pet fees. $100 “cleaning fee” makes sense if the animal actually requires extra cleaning, but if nothing additional is done, that’s incredibly excessive. Room also had a blinking green strobe light that ran all night long. I won’t stay at a Hyatt property again.

Central to restaurants, medical and business facilities but set back from the main road so very quiet. Great staff, comfortable,well designed rooms and a tasty breakfast complete the stay.

This used to be my favorite hotel in my travels. It is no longer the case. No upgrades, breakfast options have been average. Hyatt globalists are treated as an average Joe.

The size of the room

The shower head, the water pressure and the shower head option were not good, The shower also leaked during the night hitting the drain making noise throughout the night randomly. The comfort of the bedding and pillows, the smoke detectors light flashing on the wall. The option at breakfast was not of expectation, orange juice was watered down.

We booked two rooms for out of town family so they could attend High School Graduation. The rooms were clean, well furnished, and of good value. Great job Hyatt Place! The Hilton hotels in the area were over priced for this county wide event.

Clean and peaceful overnight stay at Hyatt Place in Murfreesboro. The staff were welcoming and helpful, the wifi worked well, was easy to connect to, and casting to the TV was easy and painless. Great quality for the price.

My husband and I like staying at Hyatt Hotels. We know what to expect before walking in the door. Seldom are we disappointed. Staff are accommodating and helpful, many times without asking. Rooms are always exactly as requested. It’s a win win!

The staff is outstanding and the rooms were meticulously cleaned! The hotel is conveniently located near great eateries. It's a simple hotel, but the supporting staff make the stay a comfortable experience.

The location was perfect. Convenient with the ability to walk to nearby restaurants . The staff were very nice and helpful.

The poor bartender is the only individual with charger and integrity.

The expedient was horrible. The highest priced hotel in the area but with no kitchenette and no story staff. So a surgery patient with medical supports in my bags was being strangers for help. Moreover, the carpets smell like mold and mildew and I had to leave after 1 night though booked for 5. They were so offended they tried to fraudulently charge me $750 for one night. Thankfully, Booking.com was clear their actions were no where in their policy and I was owed the $750 and provided the documentation for the fraud case with my bank.

We were there 4 nights and they only brought us clean towels 1 day and never made the bed or cleaned the room.

We booked two queen beds 5 weeks in advance and upon arrival only got 1 queen with a fold out bed. They said they were booked up and couldn't change. This resulted in my granddaughter getting a bad nights sleep after driving 6 hours. Will not book Hyatt again

The friendliness of the staff .

It was a little noisy. There were people in the room above us that were very noisy.

Stayed here one night while passing through Tennessee. It was a very good experience; the hotel was comfortable, the staff friendly, and it was convenient to lots of restaurants. The only cons were that the a/c was very noisy and continually woke me up with its on/off cycle, and the breakfast was pretty dismal, unless you like cold eggs.

We were there for a family wedding. We found the hotel to be very clean, quiet and comfortable. Walkable to several restaurants and a Trader Joe's! The area is also very nice.

The hotel was clean, convenient, very helpful staff, nice breakfast options, including oatmeal with toppings, updated decor, super comfortable bed, nice shower and supplies, safe area, quiet, ac was quiet.

I really appreciated the double window blinds being in a track to keep night pollution from glowing along the sides. But the outdoor lights still shone upwards from the top of the shade, when I awoke during the night I thought it was morning because of that light. Sleep experts tell us to avoid blue lights, but there are several in the room, including the alarm clock.

We had a reservation at another facility but checked out early due to a bad experience. Hyatt was able to accommodate the rest of our trip and even check us in early.

We were greeted by a helpful friendly check-in person. They couldn't be more helpful and kind. The lobby smelled fresh like it was just cleaned. The place is spotless. The room was very clean. Bed is comfortable. It helps that there is shopping nearby that we could walk to. Morning breakfast was great. We will stay at this Hyatt again! Loved it!

We stayed there twice, on our way to and from Florida from Wisconsin. Both visits we were treated with friendly, respectful, and professional staff. Our rooms were clean, comfortable and equipped with what we needed. On our second stay, the lobby was full of families of soccer teams. It was crazy loud, but as soon as we got to our rooms, we couldn't hear a thing. We will definitely stay here if we travel that way in the future.

The 2 working the front desk were amazing especially the gentleman. I wish I would have gotten his name!

They let me book online through booking.com and they were fully booked up for 2 weeks!! But lucky he was able to help move things around and get me a room!

Wonderful experience, staff is friendly and helpful, rooms clean and well maintained. Prime location with easy access to and from highways with restaurants easily accessible.

Hyatt Place Murfreesboro is wonderful. It's very clean, great location, but what I love more than anything are the people who work there. I have been staying there for several years, coming about 5 or 6 times a year, and they know me by name and save my favorite room for me (assuming I make my reservation in time!). Ashley the manager is extremely friendly and professional ... and she treats other works with kindness and respect. I have seen her behind the front desk, and even mopping floors if necessary! Carla is also a hard worker and very kind, being sure to get me whatever I need and always so friendly. Same with Fernandina. Pedro, who is over maintenance, is also very kind - he has helped me on several occasions and goes out of his way to help me with whatever we need. The hotel is clean and perfect for our needs ... even our dogs love it here!
