The room I stayed in 623 was out of body wash. And the shower head wasn’t the best. And the tub was not draining correctly.

Everything was clean. We were greeting nicely and the ladies at the front desk were very helpful.

I enjoyed the time with my family. Most of the staff was friendly.

The rooms got very hot in the afternoon. I waited 45 minutes for a luggage cart when I got there. Staff was not very helpful. Elevator wait time to get on was timely. I do not think you need to pay a parking fee if you are staying at the hotel. Excuse is they started when Covid was going on, Covid is over with. I did not receive clean towels and wash clothes during my stay.

We have never been to Murfreesboro before and were there for a wedding. It was a perfect location and literally not even 5 minutes from the venue. Wish we had 1 more day be able and explore more and time at the hotel and surroundings.

The staff was amazing and I came for my birthday and when I went to my room and I saw my name on the TV that was my conformation that this bd trip was going to be amazing, all the emanates topped it off thanks. Embassy in Murfreesboro did not disappoint!

I know this sounds crazy but bigger trash cans, lol I know that's crazy but I think it would help the housekeeping too.

The hotel was gorgeous, staff was super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was by far the best breakfast I've ever seen at a hotel

We didn’t have breakfast, we had left already.

I wish there was coffee available at the lobby (coffee bar close at 1pm??), what about all the people that stay for 1 night. Not fair; and the coffee in the room it’s not the same; also the supply for the coffee it’s limited (cream…), always you have to ask for more, going downstairs, since nobody responds at the phone. Parking fee?? No no. State tax, city tax, county tax…it’s ridiculous. From a $229, room, I paid 399? Pet $75? How fair is that?

Location was good. Nice breakfast. The entire place needs to be redone. Carpets stained. Old wallpaper and furnishings from probably 20 years ago. Housekeeping changed towels everyday but never made the beds or replenished tea, sugar etc...Cocktail at the bar tasted like it was watered down.. wouldn't stay again and I'm a hilton member.. Worst embassy I've ever been in

They allowed pets. My husband stepped in dog poop when getting up from the table we were seating at in the lobby area. The breakfast was also mediocre and cold.

The manager's evening reception was pretty much a joke. Pita chips, some dip, a few veggies (just taken out of a box from the local grocery store) and a draft beer. The beer was the best of the reception.

The air wasn’t working in our room and was never fixed I was told 3 times staff would come up to look and never did. It was a very hot the 2 days we were there.

Fairly close to campus.

The freaking pool was closed. Drove 4 hours so my youngest son could hang out with his older brother for a night. We picked your hotel over a more affordable one because they could hang out at the pool together. Instead, they sat and watched TV in the room. Complete waste of a night together.

I believe the young lady at the desk forgot that we were waiting on a room although we made reservations a week ahead of time she told us they were trying to get a room clean and after an hour and a half later we had to go back to the desk after the lobby was clear to ask about our room then she told us then she had a room for us very disappointing for this hotel they are usually five star

Our problems began when we pulled out the sofa bed at 10pm. The mattress had brown stains in multiple places and there were no sheets, blankets or pillows for it to be found in the room. It took 2 hours, 3 phone calls, and 3 trips to the front desk to finally be handed an open bag of bedding, who knows if it was actually clean. We finally get settled in, then at 4am I step out of bed into standing water… Our room had flooded from an apparent pipe leak. Some of our clothing got soaking wet. I went to the desk and they did not seem very concerned or apologetic. Just told me they would move our room. We had to wake up our children at 4:30am and move all of our stuff up 6 floors. The room they moved us to had 2 full beds while we had paid for a king bed. We were told we were moved to the “premium floor”, this room was NO different than our first room other than the downgrade on beds so I’m not sure what they consider premium about it. The air conditioning in our new room never cooled the room below 73 degrees no matter how low we set it. We were also told that “someone would come check on this” but we knew that wouldn’t be happening and gave up and were hot and sweaty the entire rest of our stay. We couldn’t wait to check out at this point. We finally left and happened to check our bank statement and there is a $508 pending charge from the hotel on top of the $32 for 2 days of parking and the $100 incident hold. We paid $478.37 for this hotel room on Booking.com 2 weeks before our stay so why would there be a $508 charge to our card directly from the hotel? Of course it took 2 hours to get anyone from the front desk to answer the phone and we were then told that they have no record of this $508 charge and it should fall off and not go through. This is not a small amount of money! We were VERY unhappy with this stay.

The rooms were outdated - yellow and burgundy and looked old. The couch was very used with smushed wrinkled cushions. For the price and premium room I expected nicer.

The bar staff was great. Very fun. Very knowledgeable. The female that closed the bar on February 6th Friday. So much fun. She was so much fun we stayed longer and bought more drinks.

Not enough staff at the counters. Always had to wait if we needed to talk to them. Very slow.

The pool was a nice temperature and the room was clean and comfortable. Nice water pressure. Really clean. Smelled clean.

Over priced, the bar was super basic… no Virgin mixed drinks. I requested any virgin drinks an was told they don’t do that. So weird.. especially for those who like the vibe of a cute drink but not drinkers. There’s absolutely no lighting in the hotel. It’s so dark and outdated. No places to take nice pictures and the walls are so yellow. Broken Glass in the hallways on the carpet. Super dangerous with my kids getting in and out of the pool and walking to and from the room. Also someone came to our room around 9am knocking asking when we were gunna leave. It’s was 9am.. checkout wasn’t until 11.

We were given incorrect times for breakfast at check in for the day that fell on the holiday; and I specifically asked about parking and was not told there was a 14 dollar a day charge. Was asked for credit card for incidentals and given a parking pass to put on the dash--I specifically asked if parking was included.
