Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Ottima posizione, veramente a due passi dalla stazione centrale dei treni. Per chi ha voglia di fare lo Shimanami Kaido è una perfetta base per la partenza. Staff gentilissimo e disponibilissimo e sarete stupiti anche dall'accoglienza di un pupazzo-robot animato. Colazione ottima, con personale sempre disponibile. Pulizia impeccabile.
Forse il bagno era un po' piccolino, ma in un hotel business ci può stare.

Air-conditioning position in the single room was over the bed so got a bit chilly while sleeping.

エアコンが埃だらけで臭い、湯沸かし器が汚い感じで、使用せずに過ごしました。そこが残念です。

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026受付の愛想がよくない お盆期間とはいえ食事なし風呂なし2日間で7万円超えは高すぎる。シービューだったはずが、カーテン開けたら7割が土地。海どこ。サービスがすごくよいかと思えば特にない。何より駐車場から遠すぎる。近くにパーキングはあるのにどうして提携していないのか疑問。

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026I stayed here with the intention of hiring a bike and cycling the local area (including the islands). This hotel is really close to the train line, ferry to the islands, bike hire shops and even has a bike rack in the lobby. The staff are super friendly (like everywhere in Japan) and the room was clean and well stocked.

Loved the window looking out over the harbor. Staff were exceptionally helpful with any requests, helped me send my luggage back to Tokyo. Will stay again !

Staff at the reception had a bit trouble speeking english. The breakfast could have provided more fruits selection. Value for money could be better. It´s a bit pricey for the rather small rooms you get.

Le lit était contre un mur et très petit donc c’était particulièrement désagréable pour dormir, et la salle de bain donnait l’effet d’une douche de bateau. Le rapport qualité prix est à revoir.

The room had a strong musty smell. I think there may have been mould inside the air conditioning unit. When we went to reception about it they asked if we wanted to change rooms, but only offered rooms that were a downgrade from ours (much lower floor, parking lot view).
