Reviewed Sep 12, 2026I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. I booked it hesitantly as it was a big building in the middle of this small city but it turned out wonderful. It's clean and the staff is very friendly. But the best features are its location and the views. Even though I booked a mountain view room, the sight, especially at night with the Senkou-ji Temple and pagoda lit, was incredible.
As I was looking to relax and sleep in (Onomichi is perfect for that!) the noise from the cleaning staff in the morning could be a little bit less noisy, but I completely understand that that's their job, so no big issue.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026１日目はチェックインを早めにさせてくれて、２日目は昼過ぎまで荷物を預かってくれました。観光しやすかったです。 暑い中、２時間も歩いたからか、娘が体調不良になったので、荷物を受け取る時、ロビーの椅子で１時間以上休ませてもらいました。有り難かったです。 ９階のラウンジから見る景色、絶対お勧めです！
暑かったので一晩中エアコンをつけて寝たのですが、機械音がうるさくてぐっすり眠れませんでした。 ９階にラウンジがあり、コーヒーと紅茶が無料で飲めましたが、アイスコーヒーは自販機で氷を買って、無料のコーヒーに入れて飲むシステムでした。その旨の案内がどこにもなくて困りました。

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026The rooms facing the waterfront was the highlight. Watching the waterfront action was just like seeing Cranky from Thomas and Friends working down by the docks. Appreciated the on-site laundry facilities as well.
There was an upper floor lounge to enjoy the view with a cool drink or tea/coffee. It would have been fantastic but the room had a strange smell like mothballs or vinyl something unpleasant. I never saw anyone in the lounge.

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026Hotel and room were much nicer than I expected! The room was very cozy with a big flat-screen tv (bonus points for the fun BGM options) and the location of the hotel is superb. The coffee lounge on the upper floor with the seaside view was also nice. The staff were extremely helpful with luggage forwarding. I wished I would've stayed more nights here since both the hotel and Onomichi were lovely!

外装は綺麗だったが、内装がかなり古く 歳を重ねた両親を連れていくには トイレお風呂の部屋の段差が高すぎて 出入りが大変だったり 掛け布団や毛布が古く重かった為、 病気の母には重すぎて、使えなかった。

自動チェックインが、分かりにくいと感じました。 自動だから、簡単で時間の短縮になるのだろうと、 思っていましたが、結構時間がかかるなという印象です。 海外の方への対応には、有効なのかもしれません。

Reviewed May 15, 2026La chambre était relativement immense, nous avions un vrai coin canapé pour se poser (c'est une première pour nous au Japon), la vue sur le port super. Les lits étaient très confortables. La salle de bain est certes étroite, mais rien de dérangeant. Le petit déjeuner japonais servi le matin était très bon. Le style de l'hotel est plutôt ancien, mais impeccablement propre.
Comme dans tous les hôtels japonais, l'insonorisation n'est pas optimale. On entendait notamment la chasse d'eau des voisins du dessus.

4人で４部屋を使用させていただいたのですが、同じフロアでなかったので少し不便でした。 朝食をいただきたかったのですが、朝食をつけると予算オーバーになるため、今回はあきらめました。パンと珈琲だけの軽食でもよいので、安価でついていると嬉しいです。

Aufzüge sehr spät. Zimmer viel zu eng. Klimaanlage teils nicht steuerbar. Nachts bei offenem Fenster fielen viele Moskitos ins Zimmer ein und stechen einen.

Reviewed May 8, 2026きれいなラウンジ9階、紅茶飲みながら尾道の景色を眺めほっこりすることができよかったです。夜ご飯は予約でいっぱいでしたが、朝ごはん御膳、海を見ながらあったかいほうじ茶いただきお腹いっぱい食べました。
お湯に浸かれたらいいなと思いました。アメニティーで、化粧水、乳液あったらいいです。

アメニティが少ないので、クレンジング、化粧水等は持っていった方が良いです。
