La localización, no hay nada al rededor para visitar

Ruime kamer en badkamer. Goede douche. Bijzonder prettige en behulpzame ontvangst. Goed en uitgebreid ontbijt. Ruime parkeergarage.

Matras slecht en kussens weliswaar 3 verschillende formaten, maar alledrie even dun. Bank viel niet op te zitten, van het tafeltje op het balkon ontbraken 3 van de 5 poten, waardoor het niet viel te gebruiken. Bediening bar had geen enkele aandacht voor hun gasten. Jammer, want zoals boven beschreven: de ontvangst was prettig en de kamer (junior suite) is in beginsel mooi en ruim.

En general el hotel está muy bien y las instalaciones también. El personal es muy amable.

A mejorar los servicios que ofrecen para ser 5 estrellas. El snack bar de la piscina tiene poco de snack. No deja de ser un restaurante y no tiene ni unas papas o snacks para acompañar la cerveza. Han querido establecer una sola tarea para cada persona que tienen trabajando, lo cuál, sino está bien sincronizado, ralentiza mucho los servicios. Si para comer, hay una persona que acomoda, una para la bebida, otra para la comida y no estan todas coordinadas, estas tres horas esperando desde que te sientas hasta que comes. El servicio de la piscina es mejorable. Supuestamente tu puedes pedir bebida a traves de la app para que te la sirvan en la hamaca en la que estas en la piscina y tienes que elegir también la hora. Pero la realidad es que media hora después de la hora que tenían que habernos servido, me acerqué al restaurante a preguntar y el camarero me dijo que es que hacía más de media hora que no miraba el móvil para ver si había algun servicio pendiente, cosa que sería comprensible si el restaurante estubiera a tope de gente, pero no había nadie.

En general recomendable y para repetir. Fuimos en familia con 2 niños pequeños. Las habitaciones equipadas con cocina y amplias. El buffet de la cena y del desayuno muy correctos, incluso alguna noche había un extra en la cena como por ejemplo cortador de jamón. Los horarios del desayuno y de la cena son horarios españoles y no horarios europeos (en otros hoteles acabas cenando a las 19:00 (horario europeo)) (cena de 20:00 a 22:30) La piscina tiene un tamaño correcto y no se tiene la sensación de masificación en ningún momento. El parking del coche (de pago) tiene plazas amplias y con cargadores eléctricos.

En la app de booking se indica que se podían alquilar bicicletas y, pretendía alquilarla con mi hija que está aprendiendo para salir a dar algunas vueltas. Al preguntar en recepción me dijeron que no alquilaban bicicletas. Fue un actividad que no pude hacer en familia, pero bueno, el resto impecable.

El personal era muy amable, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. El hotel es muy completo, puedes pasar tu estancia completa en el hotel ya que tiene de todo para que no tengas que salir de allí. Las habitaciones son muy grandes y la cama muy cómoda. Me encantó el jardín de la habitación con mesita y hamaca. El desayuno buffet era muy completo y los productos eran de muy buena calidad. Sin duda, volvería de nuevo.

La piscina que simula una playa estaba un poco sucia y las hamacas la gente las reservaba para todo el día, es decir, dejaban la toalla y se iban a comer sin dejarlas libres.

Jeden minus to fakt, że pracownik z basenu zabiera rzeczy z leżaka i niestety marne szanse by je później odnaleźć. Personelowi udało się odnaleźć 2 z 3 rzeczy które zaginęły. Drugi minus to dodatkowo płatny parking podziemny - większym samochodem bardzo ciężko się na nim przemieszczać.

Todas las instalaciones en general, la limpieza y la comida. Lo que más me gustó es poder disfrutar de las piscinas e instalaciones del otro hotel de la misma cadena que estaba al lado,es Only Adults y se adaptaba más a nuestro perfil.

Habitación con camas muy cómodas y buffet de muy buena calidad.

Se podrían esmerar algo más en la limpieza y orden de la habitación.

La habitación muy espaciosa y confortable , en la primera planta , teníamos acceso directo al jardín y a la piscina, súper cómodo .

La atención del personal fue increíble. Las instalaciones preciosas. Y al ser un hotel relativamente pequeño no había exceso de gente, no había colas para todo y se estaba muy a gusto.

Creo q la comida del buffet, tanto el desayuno como la cena podían mejorar un poco. No es q fuera mala, pero no se correspondía con el resto del hotel.

Fui con mi marido, me encantaron las instalaciones, es un lugar encantador. La comida, las piscinas, las hamacas todo ideal. Si buscas relax , este es el sitio perfecto.

Lo mejor del hotel: la habitación, en nuestro caso deluxe, super espaciosa, con salida al jardín y junto a la piscina. Un diez. Limpieza impecable, camas comodísimas... además tenía una mini cocina, perfecta. El desayuno también nos ha encantado, muy completo y de calidad. El SPA estaba vacío y fue super relajante, pero hay que pagarlo a parte. Contratamos un masaje y también nos gustó mucho, nos lo hizo Beatriz. Un hotel genial y el personal también, muy amable.

Que en comparación con la nucía palms, sale perdiendo........ La nucía palms tiene una piscina gigantesca tipo playa preciosa y este una piscina normal y corriente. Los exteriores del otro me parecen más bonitos. El desayuno del otro me parece mejor también, servían incluso tarta de queso al horno. Creo que por el mismo precio y las mismas estrellas, me quedo con su otro hotel... Hay algunos detalles que faltan para ser un hotel 5 estrellas.

El servicio, la climatización va perfecta y el personal muy atento.

Por poner un pequeño “pero” un poco de despiste en la limpieza de la habitación, igual sobraban toallas un día que faltaban otro, un poco también la puntualidad de limpieza pero perfectamente compensado con la calidad del servicio.

Breakfast was amazing a good selection of foods and a lady that made fresh omelette for us.

Poca sombra en las piscinas, hotel masificado, calidad mas acorde a un 4 estrellas que a un 5 estrellas. Trabajadores llevando a sus amigos y reservandoles las mejores hamacas (i.e. socorrista piscina).

La verdad es que es difícil contestar pues lo vi todo bastante mediocre … Personal amable , en general , si.

No tiene standing de 5 estrellas ni mucho menos . Habitaciones más dignas de un apartamento que de un hotel , sillones incómodos , decoración escasa . Personal muy poco preparado. Buffet escaso y decoración calidad muy baja. Extremadamente caro por lo que es.

Stayed here for 6 days, great hotel with wonderful staff. Gym pools and other areas are great, the only minor thing is that there was no things to do for kids, would be great with a biljard table or pingpong table or other games one can enjoy as a family with kids

Big and comfortable room with kitchenette and spacious terrace. Breakfast was pretty good, with fresh omelettes / eggs cooked on the spot. Value for money

Food for lunch (pool bar / restaurant) wasn’t great. Also bar understaffed before the weekend. Location suited us for a tennis camp we were attending nearby, but if the goal was to be in Benidorm you need to drive there.

This hotel is one of the best experiences on the costs Blanca we have ever had. Everything was great from start to finish. Stylish, spotless and so comfortable.

The room was lovely and with 2 bathrooms. Beds where really nice. Food was nice.

It was in the middle of no where. Alot of staff couldnt speak English. Food waa mainly for the spanish. The hotel was mainly for the spanish and there children. But saying that everyone was friendly.

Limited variety of food but it was good quality of dinners especially. It was very wide parking underground.

Personal are not hurry up to serve. Long waiting time for lunch. The pool was in the hotel but sun beds are not covered all guests , so we did not have possibility to take time near swimming pool during weekend stay. Afternoon we asked about cleaning , go out for 1 hour- came back and no cleaning done. After additional ask the room was cleaned. It is not acceptable for 5 star hotel such service.

la recepcion es lentisima te dan la habitacion a las 16 horas y tienes que dejarla a las 12 horas la piscina esta falta de bitacas y espacio para las habitaciones que disponen el restaurante la comida cara y regular en media pension te cobran por separado la bebida aunque sea un agua tienes que llevar tu el equipaje a la habitacion no hay nadie para ayudar de pena

This is a beautiful looking hotel and has great facilities. However the service and staff let it down. We were a booking of 35 for a dance world championship in La nucia. Receptionist was moody and not very helpful. In the first day we used the pool and poolside bar, the drink took over an hour to arrive to us. When asking at the bar I was told it’s to busy you will have to wait. There were around 20 people at the pool ! In the evening we asked for cocktails and they didn’t know how to make it so we needed to making it ourselves again we waiting over half hour. Every time a certain waitress was at this bar everyone was told to wait in a very grumpy manner. Drinks and food that were not ours were changed to the room with an in know signature in the document. This was eventually taken off the bill after much debate. Life guard told our group of for moving the sub bed into the sun and that we were not to do it the next day … how funny On a positive the room were very spacious and kept clean everyday and 1 waiter was very helpful in the evenings.

Breakfast was good, great staff members in the Aitana snack bar including Jana and Sergio.

3* star hotel for 5* prices. Only 1 regular size pool and that’s it. Rooftop bar empty and not working. Receptionist staff were rude. Overall feel of the staff is not hospitable and that the work is a chore.

The property is just beautiful. The gardens are well maintained and beautifully landscaped. The rooms are perfect and have everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Everything was spotlessly clean. The staff is fantastic. Every last one of them is courteous and extremely helpful. The buffet breakfast is delicious. There is a huge variety of food and the large dining area leaves loads of space for everyone to enjoy their breakfast/ dinner.

El buffet está bien,pero para un 5 estrellas me faltó más variedad y más calidad,y la cama es cómoda,aunque la almohada es muy blanda

En líneas generales el hotel se queda escaso en cuanto a la calificación de 5 estrellas.Nos pareció pequeño y luego el parking 20€ la noche nos pareció muy caro

Maravilloso!! Empezando por el personal de recepción, y terminando por el personal de limpieza, son todos encantadores. Habitación 10. Instalaciones 10. Decoración 10. Ese detalle estupendo de tener cuando llegamos, una botella de cava en nuestra habitación deluxe y gominolas. Somos viajeros activos y hablamos con conocimiento de causa y este Hotel es con diferencia espectacular en diseño, materiales de calidad donde mires, marcos de las puertas de marmol, etc etc. Y algo que nos llamó mucho la atención es el uniforme de las camareras del comedor. Van perfectas de limpias y planchadas pero sobre todo, todas con deportivos iguales de uniforme y todas los llevaban impecables. Es la primera vez que vemos algo así y eso dice mucho del Hotel.

Para nuestro gusto, el Bufet de la cena, hay poca variedad. Y para comer solo esta la opción de Snak en el Bar de la piscina y la carta es muy reducida y poco donde elegir. Es una critica constructiva. Nos sorprende que un Hotel de esta categoría en todos los sentidos, la Restauración sea algo floja.

Ingen tilbud på hotellet. Dårlig med opplegg da det bare var en snackbar. Rund hotellet var det meste lagt ned. Vi skulle besøke Guadelest som ligger ca 30 min unna med bil.

Quite mixed feelings about this hotel. The pros: absolutely fantastic breakfast. TThe quality of the ingredients was really obvious, lots of lovely choices and a really beautiful setting to enjoy it in. The pool area was relaxed and the drinks service to the pool area was quality too. I loved the large balcony off my Junior Suite, which got the morning sun and had a lovely view down to the sea. The staff were really attentive and helpful and it was great to also have full access to the sister hotel (The Palms) down the road which had an even nicer pool and chilled music / good vibes. The lobby perfume was also welcoming and delightful. The card/towel system was also a bit annoying but I think it did stop people from hogging sun-beds and allowed staff to monitor the area better, so probably a good thing upon reflection.

The cons: my room was noisy. I was woken up both mornings by noise coming from adjacent rooms which suggests the accoustics are not great - I could clearly hear conversations through the walls. No robe or bath as standard in the room (which I thought was a bit poor for a Junior Suite). You also have to pay an extra 30 euros to access the spa area with sauna and steam room etc., which normally I would expect to come standard in a 5* hotel choice. The outdoor pool was a very cold temperature so not many people were swimming as it was not enjoyable - I think you'd need very hot weather to be able to comfortably swim (so better for high season than shoulder season). No minibar in the room was also annoying - although there is a supermarket a very short walk away. The gym is very small for a 5* hotel and one morning with 4 people in it, there was hardly any room for any of us to move.

We had a wonderful stay at Barceló La Nucía Hills. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the staff were always friendly, professional, and helpful. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable, with beautiful views that made the stay even more relaxing. We also really enjoyed the food — fresh, tasty, and with a great variety. Overall, a fantastic experience that we would gladly recommend.

Perfect location for this hotel, out of the busy noisy town but still close if one would miss the hustle and bustle. Our room was huge, the bed as well, extremely comfortable. Everything was really really clean, nice smell everywhere. Staf was okay, everyone tried to be nice and helpful. Beautiful green garden with many different plants, well taken care, lots of birds chirp in the morning :) There is a small gym, there would be great a ventilator, since there's no window and it tend to get really hot. Food was good, breakfast had plenty of options for everyone. Was a bit repetitive,but nothing to complain about. We had halfpension, dinner was healthy as well. I would definitely come back anytime.

A localização é muito boa. O atendimento dos funcionários é digno de um hotel 5 estrelas. Quarto maravilhoso, super espaçoso e confortável. Café da manhã com muitas opções, muita qualidade mesmo. Parabéns, voltarei com certeza!

We traveled as a group of friends and this hotel was perfect. It was very clean and tidy and the rooms were nice and modern and had all the necessities you needed. Only thing to mention was that there was a life guard that was like a hall watching over everybody. He told this child off for playing in the pool and he wasn’t actually doing anything silly he was just swimming around and in the jacuzzi it just seemed a bit harsh. But other then that everyone form reception to the bar to the restaurant where amazing and so kind. Would definitely love to return.
