Dalla struttura puoi godere dell’alba, ma non del tramonto. Nella cucina sarebbero da aggiungere qualche pentola e padella in più. Peccato che non sono presenti barbecue all’esterno del patio (anche a gas sarebbero stati perfetti), sarebbe stata la ciliegina sulla torta.

El alojamiento es una maravilla, Veronica es fantástica 🤩 te explica todo lo que puedes hacer, una persona encantadora, al igual q ir el personal que te hace la limpieza todos los días. Pedimos el desayuno y riquísimo, con gran variedad de productos frescos. La casa está situada al otro lado de la caldera, por lo que tiene el amanecer más bonito que hemos visto nunca, las instalaciones son de revista, cada detalle de la casa es un lujo, las camas comodisimas, la piscina climatizada, la bañera, todo es perfecto. Volveremos sin duda. Nos ha encantado.

This has genuinely been the best villa I’ve ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, everything about the place felt special. The tranquility and peace surrounding the villa, waking up every morning to the most incredible view of the sea, and having that sense of complete privacy made our stay feel almost surreal. It was honestly something out of this world. The villa itself was absolutely immaculate. I loved the way it combined the natural, traditional feel of an old Santorini cave with a beautiful, modern and luxurious interior. Everything felt so thoughtfully designed, clean and comfortable. And the outdoor pool… it was everything I didn’t know I needed. Spending time there, looking out over the sea and simply enjoying the quiet was one of my favourite parts of the whole trip. A special mention has to go to Veronica, the villa manager, who completely exceeded our expectations. She was incredibly kind, warm and helpful throughout our entire stay. She helped us arrange our airport transfers and car hire, found us a reliable quad/ATV company, recommended some fantastic restaurants and was always available whenever we needed anything. She genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible experience, and I couldn’t be more grateful. There are places you stay in, and then there are places that become part of the memory of your trip. Mardanza was definitely the latter for us. If you’re looking for somewhere beautiful, peaceful, private and truly special to stay in Santorini, I could not recommend Mardanza more highly. We absolutely loved our stay and would return in a heartbeat. 🤍

La camera non è buia a sufficienza le camere sono esposte ad est quindi all alba entra luce nonostante le tende.il condizionatore anche al minimo è rumoroso .cuscini non comodissimi. veronica molto professionale forse troppo dovrebbe essere un po piu morbida a volte è troppo rigida nelle risposte.

Everyone treated us so nicely throughout our stay. We ordered breakfast one morning, and it was incredibly tasty! Our host, Veronica, was especially helpful and friendly, always making sure we had everything we needed. The place is peaceful, relaxing, and perfect for enjoying a vacation. The pool is amazing, and the views are absolutely breathtaking. We truly had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it!

The villa was amazing and very clean. Our own pool at the villa was great also.

The distance from everything. Recommend hiring a car or ATV to get to places easily otherwise transport will cost anywhere from €30 to €50 per trip.

Massive Space: The private pool villa is a generous 150 sq.m. with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was incredibly spacious and comfortable for the whole family—never felt cramped. Heated Private Pool: The absolute highlight! The pool was perfectly set at 29°C. Soaking in the warm water at night while enjoying the chilly Santorini breeze was pure bliss. 🌌 Great Amenities & Service: The villa host was amazingly attentive. The shower water pressure was fantastic (a huge plus!), and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable for uploading photos. Safe Parking: It comes with a secure parking spot for our rental car, which gave us peace of mind.

The only downside is that the entrance/exit road is quite steep. Driving up and down requires a bit of skill and caution.

Uns war die Privatsphäre am wichtigsten und es hat wirklich keiner in unsere Villa sehen können, wenn wir im Pool schwimmen. Für Hijabis war es perfekt. Das Frühstück war lecker es hab genug Auswahl. Veronica war sehr freundlich und hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt, ob Taxi oder sonstige Anliegen.

Zu Fuß ist nichts erreichbar, außer ein Supermarkt. Die Straßen sind jedoch sehr steil nach oben was in der Hitze bisschen anstrengend war aber machbar wenn man sportlich ist. Mit dem Taxi ist man aber in ca 10 min in Fira oder 30 min in Oia.

The design and decor of the property was classy, the amount of space and privacy you get with a mind blowing view is top tier. We stayed all day chilling by the pool and didn’t want to leave. Breakfast was at an additional cost but was very nice and worth doing. Host was very attentive.

No complaints. You can’t really walk anywhere but with a car or taxi you’re alright.

Belle villa au design épuré, beaux volumes, 150m2 pour 4 personnes, très propre, les concoerges sont sympathiques, discrets et efficaces. Veronica, notre hospitality manager nous a assistés dans nos réservations de transports et restaurants et nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans ce paradis.

A fantastic modern apartment with a huge private terrace and a pool that is bigger than it looks on the Internet. Very private with the neighbouring apartment far enough away not to hear them. Superb interaction with our wonderful host, Veronica who was only a text away for advice and to book taxis and excursions. Felt very exclusive as the name suggests. You do get amazing sun rise here and a scenic vista of the sea. Sun on the terrace all day. Sunsets from Imerovigli are the best we've ever seen... amazing.

To be honest, it was a bit of a trek into Imerovigli along the steep, uneven coastal path. Would plan on 30 mins walk each way and a torch is required on the way home. You could always book a taxi each way but the rates are steep.

Nous avons adoré absolument tout durant notre séjour au Mandanda Exclusive ! Le personnel est au petit soin. Veronica et son équipe sont adorables, très serviables et de bons conseils. Le logement est très bien situé et très intimiste (aucun vis-à-vis), avec terrasse et piscine privatives. LE meilleur rapport qualité/prix de l’île selon nous !

Nothing everything went well!

Il y a beaucoup à dire. Comme indiqué dans tous les commentaires, l’endroit est idéal pour un séjour loin des touristes et au calme. Avec seulement 6 villas, c’est parfait pour profiter de Santorin sans la foule. L’appartement est très propre, luxueux et parfaitement équipé pour préparer ses repas et manger sur place si on le souhaite. Il est meublé avec goût, avec des produits de qualité (transats, table, chaises, etc., pas de plastique bon marché). La piscine à débordement, chauffée et avec vue sur la mer, est un vrai plus. La vue est magnifique côté est pour profiter du lever du soleil sur la mer. Pour le coucher du soleil, il faudra se rendre de l’autre côté de l’île : Fira ou Imerovigli offrent de nombreux points de vue et restaurants avec vue sur la mer. Si l’endroit est calme, c’est aussi parce qu’il est éloigné de tout. Il faut compter environ 20 minutes à pied, soit par la route — mais c’est dangereux — soit en empruntant les petits chemins que l’on retrouve partout sur l’île, le long de la mer, depuis la villa jusqu’à Imerovigli. Attention, ça grimpe ! De là, vous pourrez même rejoindre Fira à pied en encore 20 minutes de marche. Le personnel est très attentionné, du propriétaire à Veronica, en passant par toute l’équipe. Le ménage est fait tous les jours si vous le souhaitez. Le petit-déjeuner continental est peut-être le seul petit point négatif pour des Français. Les croissants semblaient congelés puis réchauffés, par exemple, et il n’y avait ni lait ni chocolat. Mais le prix reste raisonnable. Pour le café, 4 capsules Nespresso sont fournies chaque jour. Après deux jours, nous avons préféré acheter nous-mêmes les viennoiseries, le jus d’orange, etc., afin de préparer notre propre petit-déjeuner. Je recommande donc cet endroit et j’y retournerai certainement avec plaisir. Le lieu a les inconvénients de ses avantages : pour 4 jours, il vaut mieux prévoir une voiture ou un quad ; pour une semaine, les bus peuvent suffire.

Le lit un peu dur mais c'est subjectif, un petit bruit continue mais pas trop gênant, on oublie vite ( clim ou piscine ?).

The villa was extremely clean, and the people there were some of the kindest people we have ever met. They took care of everything and were always available anytime we needed something. The place was very private and also in a great location. Everything was simply amazing. We are already looking forward to coming back again!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic from beginning to end ❤️ The accommodation was simply stunning — the view was absolutely breathtaking, the pool was amazing, and everything was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and maintained to a very high standard. The villa is peaceful and quiet, which made it perfect for a relaxing honeymoon, while still being ideally located just a few minutes from Imerovigli, and only a short drive to Fira and Oia. The location truly couldn’t be better. But what made our stay even more special was Veronica. She is genuinely an exceptional person — incredibly kind, caring, and always available to help. She went above and beyond to help us organise our honeymoon, gave us so many wonderful recommendations, and even arranged our buggy rental, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip! Exploring Santorini by buggy was such a fantastic experience, and we always felt perfectly safe on the roads. Thanks to Veronica, we had the most magical honeymoon and created memories we will cherish forever. Thank you for making our stay so perfect — we couldn’t have wished for better ❤️

La localisation ( vue sur la mer ) sans tous les touristes. La qualité des installations et le personnel très professionnel.

Nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la piscine l’eau étant trop froide.

Our favorite part of the entire island! Stunning property, easy to get to, free gated parking, outstanding personal reception. Extremely comfortable, great shower and bed. With robes, slippers and daily cleaning if you want. All included which we did not expect at all.

Luxurious. Both bedrooms were spacious. The pool was crystal clear and the bathrooms luxurious.

The bed was quite hard but I still slept well. The continental breakfast isn’t particularly good.

Amazing private villa. You will experience great sunrise. Pool is amazing and depth is about 6ft. Staff is absolutely amazing. They can be contacted via whatsapp and respond promptly to any queries you may have. Villa was cleaned daily. I’d highly recommend hiring a bike/vehicle as taxi can be a bit expensive if you need to use regularly and main road has an incline of about 40m from the property. Tap water is not drinkable, you will need to buy them. There’s a grocery store nearby and it is about 15mins walk. I’d definitely revisit.

Beautiful, modern architecture with outstanding views and outdoor area with pool. This property was immaculately clean, serviced daily by lovely staff. A wonderful experience for our stay in Santorini.

It is a little bit out of the mainstream areas, so would recommend hiring a car (pretty cost effective) for the stay so you can drive in/out as needed. Taxis are expensive so hire cars are worth the cost. A few more items in the kitchen such as milk for coffee, and a toaster would be helpful for quick breakfast options.

Clean, comfortable, privacy and far from the crowds, the pool, the view, the sunrise was amazing, well equipped, and the staff’s communication and assistance were very helpful and convenient.

The shower does not have a door, room service can come unexpectedly to the veranda.

We spent our honeymoon at Mardanza Exclusive in late August 2025, and it was truly breathtaking. The view of the sea is absolutely magical – especially at sunrise – and we found ourselves getting lost in the moment time and time again. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Although Santorini can be quite busy during the summer months, we really appreciated the peace and privacy our villa offered. After a full day exploring the nearby villages, it was such a joy to relax at our own private pool. The villa itself was beautifully decorated, fully equipped, and offered total privacy. There was a supermarket less than a 5-minute drive away, and several nice restaurants were within walking distance. The host even arranged a sunset boat tour for us – one of the most romantic experiences of our trip. We wholeheartedly recommend Mardanza Exclusive to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay. Everything was more than perfect.

L’endroit est calme et paisible, et contrairement à d’autres établissements de l’île, nous ne sommes pas les uns sur les autres. La piscine est un régal !

Rien tout était parfait !

We arrived with great anticipation at 4 pm, only to discover that no one is available to greet guests between 3 and 6 pm. Eventually someone did help carry our bags up to the room, but they couldn’t advise us on where to find food or supplies. With no restaurants nearby and most of the activity happening on the other side of the island, this made things quite challenging. When we reached out to the host, the first response was simply to “read the information in the link,” which felt unhelpful in the moment. Another disappointment was the view. The listing photos gave us the impression we’d be enjoying sunsets, but the property actually faces east—sunrise only. While that was ultimately our oversight for not double-checking, it was still very disappointing compared to what we expected. On the positive side, the accommodation itself is premium. The private plunge pool and comfortable amenities were excellent, and breakfast served outside our room in the morning sun was a lovely touch (though this wasn’t clearly explained in advance). The biggest issue for us, however, was accessibility. We are not young or especially fit, and walking 800 m up a 10% grade plus another 1.5 km to the nearest supermarket was simply not realistic. When we expressed this to the host, the response came across as defensive rather than understanding. In the end, while the accommodation was high quality, the overall experience felt more like dealing with a business than enjoying a relaxing holiday.

Bed is hard Zonder auto is deze locatie niet ideaal. Imerovigli is niet ver maar wel stijl omhoog. Ook de dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt is via een drukke baan zonder voetpad.

De locatie van de villa was op maximaal 10/15 minuten afstand met de auto naar Oia of Fira. Dit was enorm fijn. Ook was de uitzicht van het terras met zwembad fenomenaal. Elke ochten een mooie zonsopgang. En volop zon door de dag heen. De villa zelf was super hygiënisch en groot. Twee badkamers twee toiletten enorm veel kofferruimte en veel kasten. Echt een plek om weer terug te komen. We konden ook eerder inchecken en genieten van de zon. Fantastisch geregeld allemaal!

Della struttura mi è piaciuto tutto. Sia come posizione,appartamento molto bello e la piscina privata favolosa. Davvero pulito. Consiglio anche la colazione ottima. Sicuramente da consigliare. 10 e lode

It was spacious, lovely indoor and outdoor spaces with very nice pool area.

Like most places in Santorini the roads leading to the property are rough. Also views from the pool on the ground floor are not as expansive as from units on the second floor as shrubbery blocks most views from the pool. But still a nice respite after all day sightseeing and climbing steep Santorinian grades

Everything was amazing, the host was really friendly. And truly everything we wished and beyond! I would really recommend!

It’s nice and clean.

We didn’t enjoy the pool since it’s not heated. The weather was kind of cold still. The mattress is kind of hard that it gave me body ache when I woke up. I transferred to the sofa the following night. It was kind of cold so I used large towel. I requested an extra comforter I was told that they will deliver it the following morning but ot never happened. So I just settled for the three nights using a towel. Also we rented a car it was kind of scary since it’s only one car lane . The place is downhill if you’re driving either way if you meet another car halfway, one of you need to go down or up backward so that the other car can pass. I know that it’s not the fault of the facility. It only happened 2 x since the place is kind of isolated.

The property is very private and quiet. Outstanding views with view of the sunrise from your bed.

This property is absolutely amazing. It’s in a very quiet location

Someone came to let us in, give us the keys and bring our luggage to the door, which was helpful as there were many stairs. The views were spectacular and the place was nicer in person than in the photos. I wish we could have stayed and relaxed there longer! I also liked that housekeeping came each day and kept the place spotless.

I didn't like that there wasn't anyone on the property to help us after 3pm if we needed it. I requested extra sheets after we arrived and they were unable to provide them because there weren't any employees on the property. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, although nice to look at.

The pool is a little to deep. Its over 7ft which makes it a little difficult for someone who does not know to swim. For instance, my wife is 5.5" and she's does not know to swim. So, it because a little hard for her to use it.

The view was absolutely spectacular! Good Restaurants and convenient store were close by. Directly on the path between Fira and Oia. The owner went out of his way to make sure we had the best experience possible. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a special Santorini holiday

The design. Cleanliness. Space and bathrooms, view and outdoor area.

The beds were rock hard and very, very uncomfortable which made getting decent rest almost impossible. The cleaners also moved our things when it wasn’t necessary. The very steep climb and descent to the property and to any restaurants or shops nearby. Without a car it’s very challenging if you’re not on top of your fitness. No milk at all provided and only 4 small coffee pods for 4 adults.

Perfect Stay – Best Place in Santorini Exceptional service, outstanding cleanliness, and top-level comfort. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making our stay unforgettable. One of the best accommodations we’ve ever experienced — we’ll definitely be coming back!

We stayed for five days. We eat kosher and were able to cook on site. The place looks exactly like the pictures and even more amazing in reality. Every day they cleaned and arranged our room in an amazing way. It was simply amazing and worth every shekel. Many thanks to the amazing team who hosted us in an amazing way

The property is lovely, with a private swimming pool and beautiful views of the sunrise over the caldera. The rooms are big and spacious.

The location, was amazing and the view was beautiful and breathtaking. It was very clean, the staff are very friendly, they know their stuff and the communication was excellent, very safe environment. The pictures on the site does not do the property any good justice, you need to see it with your own eyes and then you can talk. You wake up to a stunning sunrise in the morning and a beautiful sunset in the evening. Fira is just few minutes drive away what an incredible place, it’s worth every penny spent.
