Quiet with a lot of privacy. Very comfortable and clean room. The receptionist Martina is amazing and very helpful.

The pool was too cold I couldn’t stay in there for more than 3 minutes

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was excellent, and the breakfast served every morning was absolutely delicious. The entire staff was kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Matina at the reception, who truly made our stay perfect. She went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed and always made us feel welcome. Her kindness, professionalism, and outstanding service made a real difference to our experience. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to come back!

Sauberkeit könnte noch verbessert sein, vorallem die Armaturen. Und das Fernseher sollte mindestens WI-FI fähig sein.

Martyna was amazing - so helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay so special.

Sehr schöne Aussicht und gepflegter Pool. Wir waren Anfang Juli da und konnten den Pool auch gut nutzen. Die Sonne war bis nachmittags noch auf der Terrasse und dem Pool. Man ist sehr schnell in Imerovigli. Von dort aus hat man einen super schönen Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang.

Es ist meckern auf hohem Niveau. Aber: Aufgrund des Preises würden wir schon Kleinigkeiten bemängeln. Das Bad ist teilweise etwas abgenutzt. Knöpfe zb am Waschbecken oder der Dusche sind noch etwas abgenutzt und die Farbe blättert ab. Insgesamt ist sehr viel Kalk im Bad. Wir hatten ein Bügeleisen extra angefordert. Dieses war erst defekt. Hat sich aber geklärt und wir haben ein neues bekommen.

It was a picture perfect spot to relax and enjoy our honeymoon! The views and pool were amazing, the private breakfast in our room was fantastic and the staff were all very helpful.

The location is a bit out of town so having your own transport would be recommended to get around for dinner etc.

This is a wonderful hotel, I was actually my second stay here as I was so impressed last year we had to come back. The hotel is absolutely wonderful, Eleni was there to great us and ensure we were comfortable. The rooms are amazing, private pool, and the views just superb. After a hectic visit to Oia, coming back to this sanctuary is what a holiday is about. The breakfast is next level and varies each day. On our trip we stayed in 11 properties as we travelled through the Greek islands and Italy and this by far was our nicest. I highly recommend this to anyone wanting something special!

The room was perfect, the views were stunning and our infinity swim spa was beautiful. The staff, in particular Matina, was so attentive, helpful and thoughtful, nothing was a problem. Her help and recommendations made our stay exceptional. Breakfast was a surprise each morning, it was always great tasting and a good variety.

We couldn’t see the sunset from our room. But the main town of imerovigli with amazing restaurants and views in a 5-10 minute walk away

The suites are beautiful, spacious, exceptionally clean, and very well equipped. The facilities were excellent and everything was maintained to a very high standard. The location is fantastic – peaceful enough to relax and unwind, yet conveniently close to local amenities. Having a shop nearby was incredibly handy, and we were even able to order food through Wolt one evening and have it delivered directly to our suite, which made for a wonderfully relaxing night in. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast service. Having a freshly prepared breakfast delivered directly to our room each morning felt like a real luxury and was the perfect way to start the day while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. What truly made our stay special, however, was the staff. Every member of the team was friendly, welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and their warmth and hospitality made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. A huge thank you to everyone at Brilliance Suites for helping make our holiday so memorable. Santorini itself is stunning, but staying here made the experience even better. We would not hesitate to return and would happily recommend Brilliance Suites to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and memorable stay on the island. Thank you again to the entire team for such a wonderful experience. We hope to visit again in the future!

Struttura bellissima, ottima posizione, vista e piscina incredibili, colazione in camera fantastica e abbondantissima, staff gentilissimo. Qualità prezzo ottima, consigliatissimo

Niente di negativo

Precioso lugar, vistas maravillosas, extremadamente tranquilo, perfecto para relajarse y desconectar. Atención del personal excelente. Desayuno espectacular. SoloMencionar que el Hotel está ubicado al Oriente de la isla, Por lo que todo lo que es comercio y lugares para visitar y fotografiar esta al otro lado, al Oeste, debes salir andando si o si, idealmente rentar un vehículo para garantizar traslado, no esta cerca de sectores peatonales por lo que es Poco seguro salir a caminar por trafico de automóviles. El precio de Uber o taxi muy elevado para hacerlo de ese modo varios días, la locomoción colectiva es muy escasa en toda la isla.

Εξαιρετικά διαμορφωμένος χώρος. Εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Πολύ ωραιο πρωινό.

Το επίπεδο της καθαριότητας εντος του δωματίου ήταν πολυ καλό και θα μπορούσε να είναι άριστο (λίγη σκόνη σε λάποια σημεία)! Μπράβο για την προσπάθεια του προσωπικού παντως.

Séjour exceptionnel dans cet établissements . Tout était absolument parfait du début à la fin. L’hôtel est tout simplement sublime, avec une vue à couper le souffle. Les chambres sont très confortables, avec une excellente literie et une salle de bain impeccable. La décoration est à la fois sobre et moderne, et l’établissement dans son ensemble est magnifiquement décoré et parfaitement entretenu. L’emplacement est idéal, à proximité du centre d’Imerovigli, avec de nombreux petits restaurants accessibles à pied. Le petit-déjeuner est incroyable : très varié, copieux et délicieux, avec un service directement en chambre très appréciable. Le personnel est discret, attentionné et d’une grande gentillesse — rien à redire. Nous avons également réservé via l’hôtel une excursion en catamaran pour faire le tour de l’île : une expérience parfaite. Un véritable havre de paix que je recommande sans hésitation.

Rien tout était a la hauteur

Our expectations were exceeded in every way. The friendliness of the staff, the breakfast served in bed, the beautiful view, the peaceful atmosphere for couples, and the exceptional cleanliness and excellent maintenance of the property, both inside and outside, made this stay truly special.

The only minor downside was the size of the room. Since we had quite a lot of luggage and there was unfortunately no wardrobe, it felt a little cramped at times. However, the spacious outdoor area and the convenient parking more than made up for it.

Good privacy, compared to cliff side suites. The view was really good. You can see straight to the sea, with the sunset just to the right. The staff were really nice and helpful, the room was cleaned daily with complimentary water, tea and coffee refreshed, with a nice breakfast delivered to the room at the time of your choosing each morning. The bed was comfortable and the room has a nice shower. There were spa/massage treatments available but unfortunately we didn't get time to try them. There is parking available, and Imerovigli town is about 10 mins walk away (although up hill), and there is a Carrefour shop 2 mins walk away. Would definitely recommend for those who want a bit more room and privacy compared to some cliff side suites.

Pool was a little cold, so we didn't go in as much as we'd like. We went in September and it was quite windy at times, and most of the pool was in the shade after 3pm, but if it could be heated just a small amount, we would have used it a lot more.

הצוות היה מדהים במיוחד הבחורה הנחמדה בצ׳אק אין שעזרה לנו המון מעל ומעבר וליוותה אותנו במשך כל הטיול ואפשר להגיד שהיא שידרגה לנו את החוויה !!

Beim Check-out in dieser Unterkunft wurde ausschließlich mein Mann von der Dame an der Rezeption angesprochen, obwohl ich direkt daneben stand. Sie fragte ihn auf Englisch: „Why so sad?“eine völlig persönliche Frage, die ich als unangemessen und unprofessionell empfand. Als Dienstleisterin besteht ihre Aufgabe darin, sich auf die Erbringung eines guten Services zu konzentrieren und sich nicht in private Angelegenheiten der Gäste einzumischen. Es ist nicht akzeptabel, einen Gast auf diese Weise herauszugreifen. Gäste sollten gleichermaßen und respektvoll behandelt werden, damit wir den Urlaub ohne unnötige und aufdringliche private Kommentare genießen können.

Struttura splendida, vista spettacolare davanti a noi avevamo solo il mare! Ti senti proprio coccolato, al mattino ti portano la colazione all’orario che richiedi tu il giorno prima, ci hanno anche omaggiato della floating breakfast e di una bottiglia di vino al nostro arrivo. Inoltre è molto comoda per spostarsi sull’isola e per raggiungere le principali attrazioni. Fermata dell autobus a pochi metri.

L acqua della piscina era un po’ troppo fredda

l’endroit était magnifique. L’hôtel est à proximité de toute les villes facile d’accès. Le personnel est très à l’écoute des clients, accueillant, souriant.

Le seul petit point négatif c’est la piscine qui n’est pas chauffée. Je suis parti au mois d’août où il faisais 30 degrés, piscine froide. Donc on a pas pu profiter de la piscine car vraiment elle était froide

Wspaniałe położenie, z dala od zgiełku i drogi. Nie słychać samochodów, czujesz się jakbyś był zupełnie sam. Apartament deluxe daje mnóstwo intymności i sprawia, że czujesz sie bardzo swobodnie niezależnie od pory dni.

Pyszne śniadania do apartamentu, super niespodzianka od gospodarza na 40stke mojej żony - pływające śniadanie. Wspaniały wschód słońca (warto było wstać o 6 rano) prosto z apartamentu. Wymarzony pobyt.

What an amazing Hotel, private, quiet, luxurious and backed up with amazing staff. The staff couldn't do anything more for you. Had a wonderful time here and look forward to coming back. If you are wanting something special, book here.

Utsikten från vår suit. Väldigt gott frukost. Trevliga personal. Floating breakfast var som en dröm.

Poolen var extremt kall varpå kunde vi inte bada mycket/varje dag. Hotellet kunde inte kontrollera temperaturen. Andra punkten är att hotellets kök var stängt varpå var vi tvungna att beställa mat via Wolt.

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in der Brilliance Suite! Das Zimmer ist großzügig, modern und sehr sauber. Die private Terrasse mit Pool war unser absolutes Highlight – einfach traumhaft. Das Personal war angenehm zurückhaltend, aber stets aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über den gespendeten Sekt und gleich zwei schwimmende Frühstücke – ein echtes Erlebnis! Auch kleine Wünsche, wie die Montage des Sonnensegels, wurden sofort umgesetzt. Der Pool könnte etwas wärmer sein und der Sonnenschutz flexibler – aber das ist wirklich Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Insgesamt ein fast perfekter Aufenthalt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Rustige mooie accommodatie

Property was located in a convenient area outlooking to the beautiful coast. The staff were very friendly and helpful, with recommendations and organising transport for us there.

We had some difficulties with the initial internet at first, which got sorted right away thankfully. But the cleanliness of the place upon arrival was a bit average considering what we paid. There were quite a few leaves and bugs in the room and bathroom. And the pool was quite dirty, however we understand that there was a storm from the night before.

El personal tuvo algunos comportamientos inaceptables, deberían tener cuidado con esto. El mobiliario de la habitación y del baño es muy poco práctico, no había dónde poner nada.

Wir waren absolut begeistert von unserem Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Die Einrichtungen sind modern, sauber und sehr gepflegt. Das Frühstück, das uns direkt ins Zimmer gebracht wurde, war jeden Tag frisch und lecker, mit abwechslungsreichen Optionen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Service: Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können das Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Ruhige Lage mit einem wunderschönen Blick über das Meer. Alles ist sehr gut zu erreichen und das Hotel sehr großzügig angelegt. Tolle Atmosphäre, außergewöhnlich freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück.

Lugar fantástico pra passar um tempo com sua família, esposa. Infelizmente o tempo que ficamos ventou bastante e não conseguimos aproveitar toda comodidade do quarto. Vale a pena conhecer

Localização muito afastada, portanto não era tão facil/acessível chegar nos outros lugares, considere alugar um carro pra conhecer outros pontos da ilha.

L’acqua della piscina era troppo fredda. Quando ho prenotato pensavo che la struttura affacciasse sulla caldera, invece la vista è sull’altro lato dell’isola: comunque il panorama è bellissimo e si può assistere al sorgere del sole

Everything was beautiful! The breakfast every morning was different and delicious. Staff were so kind and helpful. The room was exceptional, including the pool outside!

Tout était parfait, l'accueil, le personnel, la chambre, la piscine privée, la situation géographique, la proprété... Je ne peux que recommander cet hôtel.

Le petit déjeuner n'était pas exceptionnel mais c'est agréable de le déguster dans sa chambre, face à une magnifique vue.

L’accueil par la réceptionniste qui nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires et nous a organisé le transfert ferry/hotel, excursion bateau etc… La position de l’hôtel par rapport au village La chambre et l’espace extérieur (literie très confortable) L’accès à une salle pour se laver et se préparer avant de partir à l’aéroport

Attention aux frileux la piscine n’est pas chauffée Le petit déjeuner est bon mais n’est pas composé de produits de très bonne qualité (jus d’orange pas frais, bacon un peu élastique, pas de vraies pépites de chocolat etc…). Nous attendions mieux au regard du prix de l’hôtel. La personne qui amène les petits déjeuners n’est pas très aimable et rentre sans frapper.

La vue, l’emplacement, le personnel… c’etait top. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

The room had everything we needed and the view was breathtaking.

The view is amazing.The infinity pool and the sunrise, the silince, everything was perfect. The staff was very responsive and kind. Debi was so nice, always smiling, and offering us support. For sure, we will recommend our friends and family to come here.

Struttura molto bella, affaccia sul lato opposto alla caldera, arrivavamo da 4 giorni passati in un albergo con vista caldera e devo dire che ci è piaciuto molto di più questa come proprietà. Tutto nuovo, bellissima piscina

Consiglierei una maggior scelta nella colazione, era tutto molto buono ma come albergatori sappiamo quanto i clienti siano esigenti e più possibilità di scelta nel menu salato sarebbe stato apprezzato.

L’emplacement est au calme tout en restant proche de Fira et Oia à environ 15minutes. La vue est superbe, la chambre est agréable moderne, le petit déjeuner est super bon et copieux ! Le personnel est aux petits soins, nous sommes passés par l’hôtel pour faire une excursion en catamaran c’était génial et super pratique ! Vous pouvez communiquer avec eux via WhatsApp ils sont hyper réactifs !! Nous avons même pu laisser nos valises le jour de notre départ et prendre une douche avant de prendre l’avion ! Vraiment un établissement de qualité !

The location is a bit outside of Imerovigli proper but with a taxi we had no problem getting around

Kamer was mooi en schoon. De receptioniste was wel heel erg behulpzaam.

Uitzicht was niet heel bijzonder. Bubbelbad was koud. Ontbijt was Matig. Voor de prijs vond ik de suite Matig En je had in de buurt wel een supermarkt, verder niet veel.

Breakfast was good, veggies, fruits, bread always fresh and tasty.

Clean and modern room, easy check in, and hotel workers were very nice and quick to respond and help if needed. The view is definitely worth staying at the suites, and we loved breakfast as well
