STAFF! This one of the most wonderful places I have stayed and it is largely because of the wonderful. Staff are super professional, kind, and accommodating and friendly. The housekeeping staff deserve a special mention as well, these guys do a fabulous job, but they are always smiley and friendly. Aside from this, great AC (although staff controlled it, you can ask for any temp you want 24 hours a day), great bed, hot showers with great water pressure, and the use of a kitchen was great (the hot plates in my room worked a treat - I just had to borrow a pot from a friend since staff don't provide it).

This year I stayed in Room 205 and when other guests came and left sometimes the doors banged extremely loud. When cleaning staff were doing their job the doors banged when they closed and sometimes it was very jarring. I think keyless entry was installed and 'soft-close' on bedroom doors so they didn't alarm you when they closed this would make for a better guest experience. I think this was the onlt issue I encountered, everything else was perfect

The location was perfect, the staff were very pleasant and helpful and the whole place was clean and comfortable.

Our bathroom needed some repairs which we would have hoped the cleaning staff would make management aware of the situation.

The hotel almost feels a bit out of place in the old Piraeus area. The surroundings are somewhat run-down, but the hotel is super modern and clean. Spacious room, beautiful bathroom, and my room even had a small balcony. Very helpful, friendly, and polite staff. It's a stone's throw to the Piraeus harbor, specifically if you need to be at gate E7 or E8. If you avoid the main street along the harbor, there are many nice places to eat and to have breakfast with locals (in case you don't have breakfast at the hotel).

C'est la quatrième foisque nous séjournons dans cette enseigne , et cette fois nous avons été transféré à Galllery Central. Bien que nous aimons les suites, lle Galllery Central est très bien aussi. Un grand remerciement et félicitations au personnel du Galllery Central, particulièrement à une adorable dame qui a fait notre check-in le 28 août (début soirée) elle est géniale et tout le personnel , lees réceptionnistes du soir super sympa et du matin aussi. Notre séjour de 4 nuits à Piraeus sera inoubliable et en grande partie grâce à vous...et votre hôtel. Merci et à une prochaine fois🙏🏻

Mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel qui est cependant très propre. Nous avons dû changer 3 fois de chambre : 1-la première chambre était une chambre double alors que nous avions réservé une chambre avec 2 lits (twin). 2-la seconde chambre (duplex en rez-de-chaussée) était bruyante. Un des lits était un lit pliant ! A peine installées, l'accueil nous a appelées pour nous 'enregistrer à nouveau puis changer de chambre pour la troisième fois. 3- troisième chambre, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons contacté l'accueil plusieurs fois. Leur conseil téléphonique se limitait à disjoncter l'interrupteur du panneau électrique. La climatisation tenait 10 minutes puis cessait de fonctionner. Elle n'a plus jamais fonctionné de la nuit ! En plein mois d'août, chaleur insupportable dans cette chambre. Les matelas étaient épouvantables. On sentait tous les ressorts. Conclusion : impossible de dormir. Nous ne recommandons absolument pas cet hôtel.

Mezanine boven was een sauna, ondanks plaatsen ventilator door personeel wat wij waardeerden. Slapen was echter niet mogelijk dus matras naar beneden gebracht en daar geslapen.

I solo traveled here and was just staying for one night before heading to Paros the next day and it was perfect. The hotel is very nice and the room was just perfect. It’s very very close to the train station which is what I used to go to Monastiraki square. Also I chose this hotel because it was right by the ferry terminal for the next day so that was very convenient !

Unfortunately cleaning began very early in the morning right outside our room. Disturbed sleep isn’t what we wanted.

It is in such a convenient location and Proximity to the port is just a short walking distance with plenty of restaurants, bakeries and shops 5 mins away. We rebooked thanks to our experience in 2022. The staff are really friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

The air conditioning was not working on our floor and it was extremely humid and hot. The staff simply gave us another room to rest in which was just fantastic.

The position of the hotel is easy to reach by car, coming from A1. There are a few parkings very nearby the hotel. If you are travel by ferry it is, also, very easy to get into the gate. The rooms and lobbies are clean, everything you need to have for a short staying is there. Very comfortable beds.

The control of air-conditioning unit is limited so you can not easily control the way how it works. For example, you can not change the mode to automate. It is always on cooling mode.

The proximity to the port. Perfect for before or after cruise. Several restaurants close by.

The air conditioning did not work in our room. The temperature hovered around 80 degrees. We complained many times but no satisfaction. We later found out that the front desk controls the AC and they decide your room temperature. Totally unacceptable! On day 2, after many complaints, the AC in our room was set to 19 degrees by the front desk and stayed that way until the patio door was opened. Then the AC shut off and we had to start the process for AC all over again.The room was advertised as a junior suite with a kitchenette however thee were no plates, forks , pots etc. Not even a microwave just 2 electric burners and a small fridge.

Situé près du métro et juste en face de l'embarcadère pour les Cyclades. Hôtel propre, bien. équipé, nous avons été bien accueillis à notre arrivée. La chambre était grande, mais donnait sur un vis à vis à l'arrière de l'immeuble, ce n'était pas grave car nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit, mais pour un séjour plus long, mieux vaut se renseigner.

It’s a perfect location close to the port. It has a 24/7 desk and staff are just lovely. We rebooked this hotel after staying here in 2022. Breakfast is across the road and the breakfast staff make sure you have plenty of water and coffee to send you on your way for the day. So very thoughtful. Nothing is too much trouble and even reached out to make sure we had organised a taxi to/from the airport prior to our arrival. Fantastic.

Perfetta nella sua posizione lasci la macchina e ti sposti con i mezzi tranquillamente. Camere spaziose e pulite , personale gentile .

Mancanza di parcheggio sicuro visto quello hotel dovrebbe garantire almeno una sosta breve per caricamento del bagagli invece ci è stato negato perché “copriva ingresso “sottolineo che non è una entrata per ambulanze non parliamo di parcheggiare su marciapiede ma al bordo della strada senza intralciare nulla .

We stayed one night at this hotel to catch the ferry next morning. The suite was very cosy, spacious and beautiful. The receptionist was super nice and they spoke great English.

We had issue with the aircon as in the beginning we were not able to put it on and then during the night it went off by itself and we had to wokeup to put it on again.

Just got back from a 4-night stay at Gallery Suites and Residences in Athens. Unfortunately, although there were some positives, I left feeling quite disappointed with the overall stay. We started off okay. Check-in was easy and the reception team were genuinely helpful. We were initially given room 11 on the ground floor. The room itself was a good size and, other than one major issue, I couldn't really complain about it. Unfortunately, there was a very noticeable stale smell of old cigarette smoke throughout the room. I spoke to reception about it and, to be fair, they were more than happy to accommodate us and moved us to room 304 without any fuss. Credit where it's due, the reception team were excellent whenever we raised an issue and I have no complaints about the staff at all. Room 304 was again spacious and generally fine, but unfortunately the air conditioning was a major problem. I had it set to 18°C, but the room never seemed to get below around 26°C. Every few hours the air conditioning would stop and display error code CH26, meaning I had to contact reception to have it reset. This happened consistently every night. I had actually seen another review mentioning the same issue before booking and thought nothing of it, but you really notice it when you're trying to sleep. There was also a constant buzzing/vibrating noise every few minutes, almost like a phone vibrating. I have no idea where it was coming from, but it was noticeable throughout the night. When you combine the stale cigarette smell in the first room, the warm room, the air conditioning repeatedly cutting out and the constant buzzing noise, sleeping was extremely uncomfortable. Overall, the staff were genuinely great and the rooms are a good size, but unfortunately the basic comfort of being able to sleep properly just wasn't there. The staff did everything they could when we raised the issues, but the stale smell, air conditioning problems and noise had too much of an impact on our 4-night stay. I've given 2/5 mainly because of the helpful staff and the size of the rooms. Unfortunately, the room conditions and ongoing issues were too significant for me to overlook.
