La situation géographique

Ma chambre disposait d’une porte communicante avec la chambre mitoyenne. En raison d’une isolation phonique très insuffisante, j’ai entendu mon voisin ronfler toute la nuit comme s’il se trouvait dans ma propre chambre.

Nice place for a brief, one night stay after a long flight. Conveniently located right next to the Metro station and ferry terminals. Staff was friendly and the room was clean & quiet.

A szálloda saját oldalán pedig nem szerepel semmi erről . Csalódtam.

Very close to two metro stations,M1 to Athens and M3 Athens and Airport. In front of the port.Cafés, restaurants nearby. The hotel is very clean, the staff helpful and friendly.It was my second time in this hotel and for sure not the last one.

Large and comfortable room, well appointed and a decent sized balcony. Fridge was welcome on a hot day. Excellent Breakfast

Cheap bathroom fittings did not work well and require some maintenance. Sea view was just a narrow glimpse between buildings.

Nicely kept. Clean room. Breakfast environment very nice. Breakfast nothing spectacular but OK. Certainly better than Best Western.

We checked in at night and the wait check-in was way too long. The reservation clerk took a phone call that was no less than five minutes while there were people online and more people coming in.

The room was clean and nice breakfast was good but a little small area. The location is great especially for those who are looking to get the ferry.

The staff provides contradicting information and on Booking it says that the check out is at noon, but it is actually at 11 am. When we told them about this discrepancy, they did not seem to care, or could show anywhere it shows that checkout is at 11. The breakfast staff is great but the reception staff is not the most helpful or kind.

Great location, clean and spacious

Left my luggage at storage after check out. Receptionist told to put it in the second room after reception on the side and place my ticket number on the top of them. She didn’t come with me and door was unlocked. On my way back to pick it up, receptionist came after me and said you are not allowed to enter the luggage storage room un accompanied by one of us which is the correct thing to do! And I said but the previous college of yours told me to go on my own. And he was wondering … as well why my ticket number was not on th top of my luggage’s plus they were moved to a different spot were I left them. That means anyone could steel them, since the previous receptionist allowed us to enter on our own, plus door should be locked. Other than that hotel is very good. Thank you

Klimaanlage unterdimensioniert Trotz Laufenlassen über zwei Nächte nicht weniger als 25,5 Grad erreicht . Zum Guten Schlafen ist dies zu hoch.

Das Hotel liegt perfekt nach zum Hafen und von der Metro entfernt. Wir waren nur für eine Nacht da. Das Hotel ist zentral und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Wir würden es immer wieder wählen.

Very friendly professional service, spacious clean rooms, excellent location right next to the port with several restaurants nearby to eat late.

Aircon was quite weak and the gym was not well equipped - no weights only a couple of machines.

Perfectly located, literally 2 min on foot from Metro station Pireas, good breakfast, very helpful and welcoming staff

Room i had was just opposite lift and i could hear everything, guests passing my room, chambermaids talking early morning ect. Of course its not hotel 's fault but it did affect my sleep quality.

L'hotel è in posizione comodissima e vicino ci sono moltissimi parcheggi chiusi e sorvegliati. Le stanze sono ampie e confortevoli, la prima colazione davvero buona!

They gave my keys to different people while I was in there another guest and the staff all just walked in while I’m laying in bed

The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, and responded to and resolved customer requests quickly. Close to tourist port, convenient to go by walking less than 10 minutes.

The less-than-satisfactory aspects are still the hotel itself. Firstly, there are no private parking spaces, which is inconvenient for guests with cars, especially on weekends when surrounding parking lots are closed. The room facilities are relatively basic, and the soundproofing is not good, making it less advantageous for families traveling with children.

Meget sentralt i forhold til metro og jernbane. Stort rom. Liten balkong med plass til to stoler og bord som lå i skygge hele dagen (det var 35-37 grader på dagtid alle dager). Grei frokost. Meg hyggelig og serviceinnstilt personale. Godt utvalg av restauranter i nærheten.

The staff was really friendly and the building is lovely. The view from my terrace was nice.

I found out that the restaurant is not open to everyone, just certain groups so that was very inconvenient.That should be something guests are made aware of before they book. Also, I called down and asked to have the AC turned up in my room, and they did adjust it, unfortunately the temperature never got below 26 Celsius in my room. It was very uncomfortable when trying to sleep.

Very nice and well located hotel in Pireus, just steps away from metro station and harbour. Perfect if you are taking the ferry in the morning. It was clean and the stuff was friendly

Πολύ προσεγμένο και καθαρό κατάλυμα. Η ύπαρξη 24ωρης ρεσεψιόν ήταν σημαντική για εμένα γιατί έφτασα στο κατάλυμα στη 2:30 το πρωί.

Dirty room and balcony. Poor air conditioning. Extremely hot rooms. No bathroom ventilation. Ants in the room and suitcases. Staff never came to help. No apology or compensation.

Bad smell in room Requested sauna before check inn. Not done. Once once in reception I requested again they took too long the sauna was not heated. I requested a wake up call it was idea I was not called.

It is the perfect location for people who will use ferries to explore other islands!

Bathroom was almost impossible to get into, had to stand in shower to close and open door, Also the water from shower went all over floor as it only has a half door.

Right next to the metro station and very close to the port, but still provides spacious and comfortable rooms, and a very good breakfast at a reasonable price point. The staff was friendly and helpful.
