Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Great location and amazing hospitality from Emy! The best part of my stay at Le Eroc Hotel was Emy at the reception. She was such a kind, warm and helpful lady, and honestly, she made the stay much more pleasant. The hotel is in a very busy area, so do expect street noise at night — it can continue until around 2 AM. The biggest advantage is the location, just a 2-minute walk from Bangla Street, with plenty of restaurants, shops and nightlife around. That said, don’t expect many hotel facilities or luxury amenities. The hotel is quite basic, and I would recommend it mainly if your priority is location and convenience rather than facilities. Reviewed Aug 6, 2026As the name suggests, this hotel is beautifully decorated in a Moroccan style. The location is unbeatable—it’s just a 1-minute walk to the beach, and for those who enjoy nightlife, Bangla Road is only 2 minutes away on foot. Emmy at the reception was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and always smiling—she made changing my room completely seamless. At night, Khant at the front desk was equally warm, polite, personable, and helpful. Everyone, including the housekeeping staff, was wonderful. It was a truly fantastic stay for me!
Misleading Photos: The photo on Booking.com showing the entire building with an open outdoor space and tables in front of the hotel is completely misleading and does not reflect reality. Unbearable Noise: A very busy main street with non-stop 24/7 heavy traffic runs right in front of the hotel, creating endless noise. To make matters worse, there is an independent restaurant directly under the hotel that plays loud music until late at night. Because the balcony doors have zero sound insulation, the entire room remains extremely noisy. No Private Entrance & Awkward Walkthrough: The hotel does not have its own private entrance. To reach your room, you are forced to walk straight through the middle of the restaurant under the staring eyes of customers and staff, whether you are accompanied by a guest or on your own. Poor Room Condition: The rooms urgently need fresh paint and maintenance; the walls clearly show visible wear, tear, and marks accumulated over the years.

Needs a few upgrades & general maintenance. Would be good if it had a deep drawer dresser, there’s plenty of room for it. Plus a conveniently located power point for computer work at bench is needed.

Very poor room layout. The power outlets are too far from the bed, so your phone has to stay far away while charging at night. It’s also not possible to charge devices when you are outside the room because the key is attached to the card that activates the electricity. Not recommended for more than one night. Noisy location and no parking available. The entrance is not clearly marked and easy to miss — it’s a small door located inside the entrance of a Turkish restaurant.

Nothing really - it was perfect for an overnight stay where we wanted to go out partying. Very basic room and hotel but it’s perfect for a short trip.

Must read before book! 1st. There's no chair to seat in the room 2nd, all the pops 50 baht each & beer in the refrigerator is NOT FOR FREE! its a fake service without telling. 3rd, we asked for a king bed, but we got 2 twin bed connect it together and the outlet is between the beds. Which this is not safe! Please improve it. Thank you

There was nothing I didn’t like about this lovely place the only down side is I was at the front on the road and the tuk tuk men parked outside till early hours in the morning with there music blasting out of there tuk tuk so maybe they do need yelling to pipe it down for people to sleep if there right outside waiting for customers services 🤔😫

ACHTUNG KEIN PP FÜR PKW vorhanden!! Im Beschrieb wird grossartig von einem Parkhaua gesprochen, dies war der Grund das ich dieses Hotel genommen habe, dan stellt sich heraus dass diese nur für Roller sind und ich musste ein nahegelegenes Parkhaus aufsuchen, welches mich gerade nochmals ein drittel des Zimmerpreises obendrauf gekostet hat. Wenn man schon mit gratis Psrkplätzen und Parkhaus wirbt, sollte man auch eins haben resp. Erwähnen dass dies nur für Roller ist...

Reviewed Jan 31, 2026تقريبا مقابل شاطئ بينينج والموظفون محترمون جدا ومتعاونين لأبعد الحدود ومدخله مقابل ماكدونالدز ويمكن الوصول الى الشاطئ من مدخل كودو ويبعد عن شارع بنغلا دقيقتين مشي او اقل . انصح الشباب بالسكن فيه لانهم لايهتمو بإمكانيات الغرفة مثل العوائل . كما ان الحمام فيه شطاف وبصراحة الموقع ممتاز
الفرش والمخدات قديمة جدا ولكنها نظيفة ولاتوجد دواليب او طاولات او كراسي او مرايا في الغرفة مع اني سكنت في اغلى غرفة وهي ديلوكس مطلة على البحر والسعر كان غالي جدا مقابل امكانيات الغرف وهذا في اخر شهر يناير . الازعاج غير محتمل من اصوات الشارع حتى لو اغلقت باب البلكونة وهذا بسبب الاغاني من التكتوك والدبابات

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026Location was great. I wanted to be in the mix. For those who like sleep, make sure you are not in a balcony room near the main strip. The rooms are not soundproof. The staff is accommodating. The older lady seemed annoyed at times... I would not stay again unless I needed to.
Plenty of things can be done to help the room. Most can be accomplished with caulk and a good maintenance person. Balcony door would not lock. Shower leaks water into the bathroom floor. I didn't encounter any bugs like some mentioned.
