A very suitable place, with a cheerful and helpful staff, which always makes me choose to book there.

Близко к главной улице с тусовками. Прекрасный номер. Несмотря на шум, можно спать.

Все же музыка попадала к нам в номер. И до 3 ночи было громковато. Но мы устали и спали.

The photos don't actually do this place justice, the grounds are impeccably maintained and really pretty. The bed was reallt comfortable and the room was a good size. The shower pressure was a little low, but not the worst I've had on this trip by any means! Location-wise, everything is on the doorstep which was really handy!

Another guest, for two nights in a row, was sat in front if his room being incredibly loud and obnoxious and making unkind remarks about other guests. He was playing music and smoking cannabis until 3am, and this went unchallenged which was frustrating. We expected the noise from clubs, which ended at 4am, but the thud from bass speakers is quite different to a man two doors away shouting and being annoying, seemingly, for the attention of it...

Great location all rooms at ground level, an oasis in one of the busiest parts of Phuket. Staff really helpful and a handy shop for ice creams etc plus a good place to book excursions.

Sound of bass beat drifting in from the bars on Bangala road might annoy some. Nice little plunge pool and area to relax and cool off in however was closed for maintanance while I was booked in.

Au cœur de tout dans un petit écrin de verdure, la proximité de la plage, du big C et du Bangla. Personnel sympathique et à l'écoute.

il a fallu batailler pour avoir des chambres l'une à côté de l'autre alors que j'avais stipulé cette demande et réservé depuis des mois. Un peu bruyant mais on y vient pour faire la fête sinon éloignez vous du Bangla. Phuket a énormément changé et pas en bien.

Tesis konum olarak mükemmel bir yerde. Tüm alışveriş ve eğlence yerlerine yürüme mesafesinde. Personel ilgiliydi. Temiz bir oteldi. İçeri girdiğinizde bambaşka bir yerdeymişsiniz hissi veriyor. Keyifli bir bahçesi var. Kahvaltı için bir restoranı var ve kaliteli bir mekan. Gönül rahatlığıyla satın alabilirsiniz.

Çok merkezi bir konumda olduğundan akşam biraz dışarı gürültüsü geliyor ancak odadayken gürültü duyulmuyor. Bahçeye çıktığınızda ancak duyabilirsiniz.

Este alojamento teve uma atitude extremamente desrespeitosa. Para além de ter minhocas no quarto, não se consegue dormir de noite com o barulho. No check in disseram nos que podíamos trazer uma pessoa mas que iria ser cobrada uma taxa extra. Nos convidamos um amigo e antes dele chegar, avisamos o segurança e ele disse que não havia nenhum problema. O nosso amigo veio cá e foi expulso de forma extremamente desagradável pelo segurança. Não recomendamos este hotel, pelos vários motivos que mencionamos em cima.

Anche se vicino alla Bangla Road l’hotel è molto tranquillo e il personale molto gentile! Se si vuole dormire presto magari portarsi i tappi :) se si vuole fare serata nella Bangla è l’hotel perfetto!

La stanza nella norma va bene, ma mancava una sedia poi per appoggiare i vestiti l'armadio era nel bagno e non c'è la doccia ma la vasca con il doccino che si allarga facilmente il bagno

موقع الفندق الافضل في الباتونج و الغرف واسعة ومريحة ونظيفه وهاديه جداً والسرير ناعم و مريح جداً والموظفين اكثر من رائعين و يوجد بقاله داخل الفندق و قريب جداً من مطعم نمبر 6 .. سأرجع له قريباً .. الواي فاي يلقط في كل مكان وقوي جداً مناسب للعوايل والشباب و قريب للمولات ومحلات التسوق

بعض الاحيان تسمع الازعاج قادم من بنقلا رود حسب الهواء وأتجاه الرياح أما لثقيل النوم لا بأس

Parking was a couple of blocks away on a busy one way street but it’s only 5 minutes and it’s free

The location was amazing and the rooms were super clean and housekeeping was excellent. We got water, 2 soft drinks and two tiny bags of chips on arrival. The reception was open 24/7 and a security guards was there overnight and there was a safe in the room - so super safe. Warm water worked really well with good pressure and the toilet flushed well. All one story duplexes or row housing - poor access due to narrow walk ways

Everything was beyond small - walkways, rooms, the bathrooms and a tiny patio to sit on infront of the room and a tiny pool - all squished into place. The bed was beyond hard - it killed my back (a mattress topper was added when I asked but the mattresses are beyond any help) and the noise from Bangla street lasted into the early morning hours. The bathroom had a step down beside the sink and the space around the toilet was constantly flooded from the deck surrounding the bath tub every time we took a shower.

La posizione centrale e comunque abbastanza vicina alla spiaggia. Anche se come spiagge conviene prendere uno scooter e andare verso karon beach.

Location is good, right next to Bangala Road.

We called to hotel reception before booking and asked if there will be extra charge to bring a guest - they said that there will be no extra charge and we booked our rooms. Although, during check in things flipped and they asked for money. We confronted them and let them listen to the record of their own receptionist. At first they said that 1 night will be free but manager didn't even approved that and said all nights will be charged, They refused even canceling the reservation! So we had to stay. And they charged us twice for guests. More over, because of confronting them, the hotel staff really didn't like us and told 1 of my guests in Thai that I've slept with her friend which is shameful. I really don't recommend you book a room in this place and look for somewhere else. Super rude staff.

The noise at night, it's because of the location

I really liked the convenient location — it was close to everything I needed. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, with all the essentials provided. Everything felt clean and organized, which made my stay very pleasant.

It could get noisy at times, especially during the night. I suggest installing soundproof barriers in the rooms located near noisy areas, especially those affected by the sound from nightclubs, which can sometimes continue past midnight and up to around 3 a.m.

تصميم الفندق جميل رغم انه لا يبدوا كذلك من الخارج. الغرف نظيفة ، الموظفين متعاونين

1- سرير قاسي غير مريح 2- وسائد صلبة غير مريحة 3- الضوء من زجاج دورة المياه مزعج 4- ضوضاء / صوت المقيم في الغرفة الملاصقة تسمعه بوضوح ازعاج في كل وقت ، لايوجد عزل للصوت 5- انترنت سيً يعمل احيانا ويفصل احيانا 6- ضوضاء الحانات المجاورة 7- رغم جمال الحديقة الا انها في المساء تكون بيئة للبعوض والجرذان والصراصير.

أعجبني الموقع قريب من كل شي

لم يعجبني تعامل الاستقبال بسبب أنهم اضافو مبلغ زائد ١٠٠٠ بات بدون سبب وأنهم يتعمدون التحدث بلغتهم فقط
