Od samego początku czuliśmy się w tym hotelu naprawdę wyjątkowo zaopiekowani. Obsługa była niezwykle miła, pomocna i serdeczna, dzięki czemu od razu poczuliśmy się swobodnie i komfortowo. Na ogromny plus zasługuje perfekcyjna czystość, zarówno w pokoju, jak i w całym obiekcie wszystko było dopracowane w najmniejszym szczególe. Śniadania były przepyszne, świeże i bardzo różnorodne, a każdy dzień zaczynaliśmy z przyjemnością. Cały pobyt przebiegł bez najmniejszego zastrzeżenia, naprawdę trudno znaleźć choć jedną rzecz, do której można byłoby się przyczepić. Widać, że właściciele i personel wkładają dużo serca w to miejsce i dbają o komfort swoich gości. To jeden z tych hoteli, do których z przyjemnością chce się wrócić. Z całego serca polecamy i na pewno będziemy bardzo miło wspominać nasz pobyt!

We stayed in a suite and it was first class from the time we arrived until the moment we left. The staff could not be more helpful and the facilities exceptional.

There is very little we didn't like. Yes there is some development happening (the facility is being extended) but from where we were it didn't affect us at all.

Mieliśmy ogromną przyjemność spędzić kilka dni w tym hotelu w Kissamos i jesteśmy naprawdę zachwyceni! ❤️ Hotel jest cudowny – od samego początku zachwyciła nas bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Personel jest niezwykle uprzejmy, uśmiechnięty i zawsze chętny do pomocy, dzięki czemu od razu czuliśmy się bardzo komfortowo. Apartament był piękny, przestronny i przede wszystkim bardzo czysty. Szczególne podziękowania należą się cudownej pani sprzątającej, która codziennie dokładnie sprzątała nasz pokój i wymieniała ręczniki. Było widać, że naprawdę dba o komfort gości. ❤️ Ogromnym atutem były również śniadania – pyszne, świeże i bardzo urozmaicone. Każdy z pewnością znajdzie coś dla siebie. 😍 Bardzo podobał nam się również basen – woda była świetna, a sama strefa basenowa idealna na odpoczynek po całym dniu zwiedzania. 🏊‍♀️ Lokalizacja hotelu jest świetna i stanowi bardzo dobrą bazę do zwiedzania zachodniej części Krety. To był naprawdę cudowny pobyt i z czystym sumieniem możemy polecić ten hotel. Jeśli jeszcze kiedyś będziemy na Krecie, zdecydowanie chcielibyśmy tutaj wrócić! 🇬🇷❤️

Le camere sono spaziose e dotate di ogni comfort, la colazione è di alta qualità e curatissima. La cosa più apprezzata è stata la gentilezza del personale, sempre solari, disponibili e super interessati a rendere il tuo soggiorno indimenticabile. Ci siamo sentiti accolti e super coccolati.

-La grande piscine - les équipements, la douche, le matelas, la propreté.. tout a été pensé pour votre confort! - la climatisation est parfaite. - le calme du quartier.

L’hôtel est très bien équipé avec l’espace piscine très agréable. Nous sommes arrivés tard le soir et n’avons donc pas pu profiter de la piscine. Le personnel a été très sympathique en nous laissant profiter de la piscine le lendemain jusqu’en milieu d’après-midi.

Beautiful 2-bedroom modern hotel, but extremely disappointing service standards. For a 6-night stay with 3 adults, basic amenities like toiletries and coffee were only provided on night one and never refilled for the rest of our stay. Most concerningly, after hanging my clothes to dry on the balcony, one of my tops went missing while all other items remained neatly in place. When I reported this to reception, they dismissed it by saying it was "probably windy." It was completely unbelievable given that every other item was untouched. The lack of standard replenishment and dismissal of lost belongings ruined what could have been a great stay.

Avrei dato 10 se non fosse per la terribile doccia in bagno, senza box doccia e con il piatto doccia a filo pavimento che faceva allagare tutto fino ad uscire fuori dal bagno, rendendo pure pericoloso camminare una volta fuori dalla doccia e costringendoci a fare la doccia in un angolo e ad asciugare continuamente per terra.

Séjour fantastique, petit coin de paradis au cœur de la ville. Les gérantes sont si gentilles qu’on se sent chez soi des l’arrivée. Les enfants sont très bien accueilli aussi ! Les chambres sont spacieuses avec tout le nécessaire. La piscine était chaude avec toujours de la place. Le petit déjeuner fabuleux !

The staff are exceptionally kind and helpful. Also, the hotel offers an excellent breakfast service (officially from 8 until 11 am) and they make the tastiest capuchino at the bar. Worth mentioning is that you could also have your breakfast to go in case you have an early start to Balos or one of the other famous beaches (you just need to make a request the previous day). The suites themselves are very spacious and comfortable, especially split-level ones. Rooms are cleaned and linen is changed every single day. However, by pressing a button you could opt out of the cleaning service for the day. Both levels have big terraces/balconies. In addition to the usual amenities, there is also a washing machine (but bring your own detergent) and an iron with ironing board. As far as location goes, this luxury aparthotel is located in a quiet area within a walking distance from the town centre where you could dine or do some souvenir shopping.

Kissamos doesn't have a half decent beach. Hence, it is not a smooth-going destination for car-less people, like we happened to be. And yet, the town offers organised day trips, jeep safari, boat trips, and loads of other opportunities. There's also the inter-city public bus service. Last but not least, at the hotel, there is a pleasant pool with enough shade around it that you could enjoy. However, I personally found the water a bit cold. Otherwise, the pool is a good alternative to the faraway beaches. And it doesn't get too crowded.

Our stay at Sapphire Blue Resort was absolutely wonderful and exceeded all our expectations. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The beds were extremely comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a full day of exploring. The swimming pool was one of the highlights of our stay — large, beautifully maintained and perfect for both relaxing and spending time with the family. The entire property has a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere and has clearly been designed with great attention to detail. What made our experience even more special was the fantastic service. The staff were warm, helpful and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. We felt very welcome. Everything about Sapphire Blue Resort was exceptional. It is one of those places you are genuinely sad to leave and would happily return to. We highly recommend it.

Alles was man in den positiven Rezessionen liest ist eingetroffen! Reichhaltiges Frühstückbuffet, sehr saubere Unterkunft und besonders nochmals hervorgehoben: Echt tolle Leute die sich um den Gast kümmern! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Everything! We had an amazing stay! The team is so kind - they made us feel at home. On the last day they even prepare a little snack of our favourite Greek pastry for our trip back. The rooms are very good and comfortable.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole. La struttura è perfetta: vicinissima al mare e con una bella piscina. L’appartamento era pulito, curato e dotato di tutto il necessario. Lo staff è stato estremamente gentile, disponibile e sempre sorridente. Inoltre, in due occasioni al mattino, mentre eravamo in piscina, ci hanno gentilmente offerto della torta per entrambi, un gesto assolutamente inaspettato e molto apprezzato! Non abbiamo trovato alcun difetto: tutto è stato davvero perfetto. Consigliatissima!

Gli unici piccoli aspetti migliorabili sono due. Al mattino l’acqua della doccia non era sufficientemente calda e usciva quasi fredda, per cui fare la doccia risultava poco piacevole. Comprendiamo che molti ospiti fanno la doccia la sera dopo il mare o la piscina, ma sarebbe comunque utile avere acqua calda anche al mattino. Inoltre, la finestra del pianerottolo della scala, accanto all’ascensore, si affaccia direttamente sul terrazzo dell’appartamento e, aprendola, è possibile accedervi. Per questo abbiamo semplicemente evitato di lasciare effetti personali sul terrazzo quando non eravamo presenti. Si tratta comunque di dettagli, che non hanno influito sulla qualità del nostro soggiorno.

All was good, but just a little recommandation: More hanging devices in the bathroom for Towels. The rest is just perfect.

We had a great stay at Sapphire Blue Suites! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The breakfasts were delicious and offered a great variety of options every day, so there was always something for everyone. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and cleaned daily, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, and we felt very well looked after throughout our holiday. We would definitely recommend Sapphire Blue Suites to anyone visiting Crete and would be happy to stay there again in the future!

Bardzo nowoczesny, z dużą dbałością o wystrój, pokoje przestronne, bardzo czyste, jeszcze lepsze niż na zdjęciach. Widoki z balkonów 2! na morze, Kissamos i na góry. Aneks kuchenny z wszelkimi pomocnymi sprzętami. Kosmetyki, ręczniki biała pościel. Woda w basenie cieplutka i bardzo czysta. Codziennie świeże smaczne śniadanie nawet dla córki z celikią specjalnie przygotowywane bez glutenu. Panie z obsługi cudowne, uśmiechnięte, bardzo życzliwe, pomocne we wszystkim. Obsługa z sercem na dłoni. Bardzo dziękujemy Eleni i jej zespołowi za cudowne wakacje i wspaniały czas.

The hotel is super nice and clean. Our room was very convenient and beds were very confortable. Heleni and Argyro were super kind, careful and gave us nice and good advices about beaches and restaurants. I definitely recommend to book there :)

Все было хорошо и очень понравился вид с балкона и террасы, чисто, уютно и спокойно.

С интернетом прям беда бедой - вай фай очень плохо работает. В квартире за шторой стена либо в плесени, либо не понятно в чем, что очень насторожило меня, так как у моего сына аллергия на плесень.

Unser Apartment und die ganze Apartmentanlage waren extrem sauber u auch der Pool war machte einen extrem sauberen Eindruck. Es hat uns an Nix gefehlt - ein sehr hoher Komfort in der Ausstattung u das gesamte Team war sehr sehr freundlich u umsichtig..wir hatten mit FS - große Empfehlung.

Da fällt uns Nix ein — wir kommen garantiert wieder .

Φτάσαμε αργά με βραδινή πτήση , μας περίμενε ένα ζεστό δωμάτιο , καθαρό και πάνω από όλα ήρεμο! Πολύ σημαντικό και για εμάς και για το μωρό μας που ήταν το πρώτο του ταξίδι. Η κα Ελένη εξυπηρετικότατη τόσο πριν φτάσουμε στο κατάλυμα , πρόθυμη να απαντήσει σε κάθε απορία μου και να διευθετήσει κάθε ζήτημα μας. Η κοπέλα στο μπαρ γλυκύτατη και πολύ ανοιχτή , να με βοηθήσει με τα γεύματα του μωρού, με την φρουτοκρεμα χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη! Μείναμε πάρα πολύ ευχαριστημένοι από όλα, από το πρωινό, την καθαριότητα αλλά περισσότερο από την άψογη εξυπηρέτηση! Θέλουμε πάρα πολύ να ξανάρθουμε! Ευχαριστούμε για όλα!

Tout était parfait, c'est un hôtel magnifique, avec un personnel d'exception! La chambre, plutôt l'appartement, était magnifique ! On n'en revenait pas.

L'établissement est plus luxueux que sur les photos, ils sont même en chantier pour créer une nouvelle aile pour augmenter leur capacité de logement. Les appartements sont très grands, très propres et super fournis d'électroménagers. Ascenseur, sécurité... Il n'y manque rien. Parfait pour visiter le nord ouest de la Crète, et les nombreuses et très belles plages du classement Européen. Je suis parapentiste, donc je vais peu être avoir la chance de pouvoir voler en soaring sur la plage de Falasarna...Pour terminer, l'accueil est excellent et les animaux de compagnie sont très bien acceptés.

Das Appartement war sehr geräumig und super sauber. Täglich wurde gereinigt. Die Lage ist top. Die wunderschönen Strände sind gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Jeden Abend sind wir zu Fuß nach Kissamos gegangen. Das Frühstück ist ein Traum. Sehr nette Angestellte, die jeden individuellen Wunsch erfüllen. Wir würden es jederzeit empfehlen und auch nochmals selber buchen.

Es gibt nichts zu erwähnen.

La salle de bain était très petite notamment la douche minuscule

Duży basen z wieloma leżakami. Dobra lokalizacja blisko głównej ulicy turystycznej miejscowości. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny. Apartamenty dobrze wyposażone i nowocześnie urządzone.

Śniadania były jednolite, nie były w formie bufetu. Podawano odmierzone, małe porcje w postaci jednego jajka, niewielkiej ilości smażonych wędlin słabej jakości, jogurtu, soku i pieczywa. Do tego cała taca ciast, pancake'ów i croissantów - dla kogoś kto lubi śniadania na słodko. Wifi praktycznie nie funkcjonowało na 2 piętrze.

Es handelt sich um ein neues Hotel mit überwiegend großzügigen Apartments, alles auf dem neuesten Stand der Technik, alles sehr sauber, auch der Pool im Atrium, moderne Architektur. Das Frühstück ist ganz hervorragend, vielfältig, preislich angemessen. Extrem freundliches Personal!

Leider keine unmittelbare Strandlage, aber ein Auto benötigt man ohnehin, um an die schönen Strände im Westen der Insel zu gelangen.
