A wonderful stay with such a warm welcome! The hotel is in a great location with plenty of parking. Our room was spotless and well equipped, and the breakfast was very good. The staff were lovely and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. A special thank you to the owner for her personal attention and warm hospitality. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel!

The staff was amazing and incredibly helpful with everything. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast exceeded my expectations. The location was also very convenient, especially if you’re planning to visit the famous beaches in the surrounding area. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Ne\-am simțit minunat\! Totul a fost peste așteptări, de la ospitalitate și calitatea serviciilor până la atenția pentru fiecare detaliu\. Micul dejun a fost excelent și ne\-a plăcut foarte mult întreaga atmosferă\. O experiență cu adevărat plăcută, pe care o recomandăm cu mare drag și pe care cu siguranță am repeta\-o\!

Singurul lucru care ne\-a deranjat au fost țânțarii\. În rest, nu avem nimic de reproșat, totul a fost foarte bine

Die Wohnung war komfortabel und sauber mit Meersicht und freundlichem Personal. Anlage war stylisch.

Das obere Bad fand ich zum Verhältnis zur Wohnung etwas klein und das es keine Türe zum oberen Zimmer hatte.

Ich fand das Personal äußerst freundlich liebevoll und zuvorkommend. Der Pool ist schön und die Wohnung äußerst sauber. Der Zimmerservice ist top und sehr verständnisvoll. Die Unterkunft sieht aus wie auf den Bildern.

Die Baustelle daneben ist derzeit laut. Da wir überwiegend selbst gekocht haben und die Wohnung nicht wirklich in Standnähe liegt, fanden wir den Preis für die Ferienwohnung etwas teuer.

El hotel es nuevo, moderno y acogedor al mismo tiempo. El desayuno delicioso, especialmente el café. El personal es muy amable y atento. Es un buen hotel para hacer base para excursiones por ejemplo la playa de Elafonisi.

An exceptional hotel, we could not have asked for anything more. We feel incredibly lucky to have found Eleni and her wonderful team. They have created something truly special, and the care and attention they put into everything really shows. From the delicious breakfast and impeccable service to the cleanliness, comfort, and attention to every little detail, everything was simply perfect. We felt so warmly welcomed and genuinely well taken care of throughout our stay. Eleni and her team were amazing hosts, and we cannot thank them enough for their hospitality. If we had to mention one small suggestion, it would be making the shower glass a little wider :)

Appartamento e struttura accoglienti, molto moderni e completi di qualsiasi comfort. Su richiesta gratuitamente, l'appartamento viene pulito anche ogni giorno (a sorpresa ci hanno lavato anche i piatti lasciati nel lavello). Pulizia ineccepibile. Appartamento molto spazioso con 2 balconi. La struttura è costruita per riservare una certa privacy e tranquillità. Staff all'accoglienza molto disponibile e cordiale.

Una piccolezza, la parte aperta della doccia è rivolta verso il water, rischiando di bagnarlo più volte.

The team went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my stay. The room was a good size and cleaned to a high standard. Breakfast and coffee were also excellent.

Appartement très propre, confortable et bien équipé. Personnel aux petits soins. Cadre idyllique (à condition qu'elle ne soit pas verte). Emplacement parfait pour visiter l'ouest et un partie du sud de l'île.

Annonce mensongère sur la surface du logement. On avait réservé un appartement de 85 m2, qui en réalité ne fait que 50 m2. Lorsque nous l'avons fait remarqué, on nous a répondu "vous pensez vraiment? On a pas mesuré." ... quelle mauvaise foi! L'hôtel était en travaux lors de notre séjour (aggrandissement), le bruits nous réveillait à 8h et impossible de faire faire la sieste l'après-midi à notre enfant d'1 an. Pénible pour des vacances qui devaient être reposantes! A cela s'ajoute la piscine qui s'est retrouvée verte pendant 2 jours, donc impossible de se baigner...

Absolutnie wszystko !!! To najlepszy tego typu obiekt w tej części wyspy. Począwszy od pięknego budynku , śniadania , basenu po obsługę która jest w tym obiekcie na poziomie 10 gwiazdkowego hotelu. Jeżeli szukasz miejsca butikowego , z wysoką klasą kulturą ale jednocześnie atmosfera domu i pobytu jak u rodziny to musisz się tu zatrzymać . Po prostu musisz ! Łóżko i pościel daje ukojenie po całym dniu aktywności. Dla mnie to bardzo ważne bo nawet najlepszy obiekt nie zadowoli mnie jeżeli na koniec dnia nie będę mogła położyć się w cudownie wygodnym łóżku z pościelą która jest luksusowa. Basen jest obłędny , wygodny zarówno dla dorosłych jak i dzieci . Rodziny z dziećmi będą miały tu jak w raju. A zakochane pary poczują się bardzo prywatnie i intymnie . Nie znajdziesz tu tłoku turystów , nie spodziewaj się głośnej muzyki i animacji. To miejsce w którym poranne fredo smakuje najlepiej . Do tego pyszne śniadanko w odgłosach cicho unoszącej się delikatnie kołyszącej muzyki którą powoduje że zaczynasz łapać się na tym że nucisz w głowie każdy kolejny numer . Dziewczyny mają naprawdę dobry gust muzyczny i nie katują gości głośna klubowa muzyka . Możesz spodziewać się raczej czegoś co puściłbyś gdybyś miał się zrelaksować i odprężyć . Jednym słowem - jeżeli szukasz miejsca z dobrym dizajnem , jakościowymi materiałami , luksusem oraz atmosferą kameralnością , relaksu a to wszystko w adekwatnej cenie to jest miejsce dla Ciebie . A jeżeli do tego zależy ci aby obsługa była dla ciebie po prostu przyjacielem i żebyś czuł się zaopiekowany to musisz tutaj się zatrzymać

L'hôtel est un établissement récent très bien conçu. Situé un peu à l'extérieur de la station balnéaire, l'hôtel est au calme. Le bord de mer est facilement accessible à pied. L'appartement était très spacieux. L'espace salon et chambre étaient très agréables avec une décoration design harmonieuse. La piscine est mise en valeur dès l'entrée de l'hôtel la possibilité d'une réservation par l'hôtel d'une ballade en bateau d'une journée dans la baie de Balos sans augmentation du prix du billet

la salle de douche était très exigue complètement en décalage par rapport à la taille de la chambre avec suite. le manque de mise à disposition suffisante de thé, café et eau

Extremely comfortable and modern room (suite with two bedrooms). Very clean. Excellent pool. Very good breakfast. And above all staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Location is in fact far more convenient than it seems being only a few minutes walk to main square and a few minutes further to waterfront.

Wracamy kolejny raz do Eleni, Danieli i wszystkich uśmiechniętych Pań. Bardzo blisko stąd na Balos, Elafonissi, Falasarnę. Luksusowy bardzo przestronny, czyściutki ośrodek z pełnym wyposażeniem. W każdym pokoju telewizor z internetem, klimatyzacja. Duże balkony z widokami na morze i góry. Salon z aneksem kuchennym. Możliwość pysznych śniadań. Tym razem wybraliśmy większy apartament niż poprzednio z 2 sypialniami. Ogromny, równie wspaniały jak poprzednio. Codziennie sprzątanie można zaprogramować na czytniku przy drzwiach. W apartamencie 2 różne ekspresy do kawy, kapsułki do użycia. Wyciskarka do soku, piekarnik, kuchenka, duża lodówka. Można przyrządzać posiłki. W łazience pralka, suszarka z dyfuzorem, wszystkie potrzebne kosmetyki nawet szczotki i pasty do zębów. Kapcie dla każdego. Duży basen, w koło dostępne leżaki. Mimo domowej i cieplutkiej atmosfery i pewnej kameralności przestronny i luksusowy ośrodek prowadzony bardzo profesjonalnie. Najlepszy hotel w jakim mieszkaliśmy na Krecie przy wielu pobytach. Niedługo będzie oddana 3 część obiektu, która jest bardzo obiecująca i dopełnia charakterem całości. Już nie możemy się doczekać . Kolejny basen, możliwość szerszego wyżywienia i cudowne widoki. Brzmi wspaniale. Najlepsze miejsce na wakacje na Krecie.

Breakfast was nice, the rooms where very upto date and comfortable the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

They are having a new part of the building renewed so some work is going on but not to bad.

It was great, and I really liked it that the staff reacted to our requests - we wanted to get more eggs, that was no problem, we wanted them to be more set, they also did it.

Tout était parfait: l’accueil souriant, le studio propre et fonctionnel, les produits offerts, le rapport qualité/prix est au top !

Nous pensions que la piscine serait chauffée, mais elle est de la même température que la mer. Cela nous a tout de même pas empêcher de nous baigner.

Leider roch die Küchenzeile beim Aufmachen der Schränke recht muffig. Kein Drama, aber unangenehm. Sicherlich ein Einzelfall: Nordseite, EG, Saisonbeginn

The space was immaculately cleaned. The living space was comfortable and large enough. The breakfast was an impressive spread with amazing coffee. Eleni was the most accommodating, personable, and hospitable host. She was a delight.

The tiny shower that makes everything wet in the upper bathroom.

Abbiamo trovato un'accoglienza squisita da parte di Eleni e un appartamento che superava le nostre aspettative, anche per confronto con esperienze cretesi precedenti. L'alloggio era nuovo, confortevole e davvero attrezzato per le nostre esigenze; anzi, i dettagli rivelavano cura e attenzione. E' stata l'accoglienza migliore della nostra vacanza

Nous avons passé 1 seule nuit dans cette résidence qui est toute récente (une partie est toujours en construction). Prestation de haut niveau avec un super confort et beaucoup d’espace. Une jolie piscine extérieure.

Peut etre un peu éloigné de la mer (20 minutes à pied environ )

De l’emplacement au confort des chambres, tout est très bien ! Mais c’est Eirini et Daniela qui rendent le lieu exceptionnel ! Merci à elles pour l’accueil, la gentillesse, les petites attentions et les superbes petits-déjeuners en compagnie de Simba et Ernesto ! Nous reviendrons :)

New construction and modern interior.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne, moderne Suite mit zwei Balkonen, einer mit Blick ins Hinterland der andere mit Pool- & Meerblick. Küche vorhanden bei Bedarf, alles hochwertig und sehr sauber. Superfreundliches Personal, toller Pool, hervorragendes, wenn auch überwiegend süsses Frühstück. Ruhig gelegen, nicht am Meer, für uns aber perfekt, da wir die wunderschönen Strände in der Umgebung erkundeten. Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit!

Super toll Einrichtung und schöne Aussichten

Aufgrund der bisherigen Bewertungen waren die Ansprüche hoch und wurden zu 100% erfüllt. Die Möblierung und Ausstattung der Suites (wir waren in einer der zweistöckigen mit 2 Schlafzimmern) ist nahezu perfekt, die Gesamte Anlage ist sehr sauber, die Gegend aufgrund der Lage sehr ruhig. Ja, der eine oder andere Hahn kräht um sein Leben, was aber nicht stört und wenn, sind die Fenster und Türen gefühlt schalldicht. Die Ladies, die das Hotel führen, sind wahnsinnig freundlich und hilfsbereit, das optionale Frühstück ist bombastisch und rechtfertigt seinen Preis. Die Aussicht ist toll, dennoch ist der Weg vom Ortszentrum und Strand nicht beschwerlich. Wir planen, wieder zu kommen.

La suite était très belle, spacieuse et confortable..Le personnel très attentionné et sympathique.Proche boutiques et restaurants, possibilité de faire son repas.

Seule la douche n'est pas bien conçue.

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt. Das Personal, und damit meine ich ausnahmslos alle, waren freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefüllt. Auch das Frühstück war das Geld wert. Parken konnte man auf dem nahegelegenen Parkplatz sowie an der Straße (beides kostenlos) ohne Probleme zu jeder Tageszeit.

Aufgrund der benachbarten Baustelle war es am Pool oft sehr laut aber dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts.

The location was not great but the place made up for it.

Very nice apartment and close enough for a short walk to the kissimos centre while being far enough away to be quiet. The pool is excellent.

Rien. Toutefois bien que n'étant pas très loin du bord de mer si vous avez des difficultés à marcher il y a dans le sens retour une pente assez raide.

Funcionários muito simpáticos e disponíveis. O hotel é recente e o quarto era moderno, cheiroso e tinha todas as comodidades para passar uns dias. A varanda com vista para a montanha foi um bom extra. A zona envolvente do hotel é muito tranquila. A piscina e área envolvente muito bonitas. Estacionamento fácil nas redondezas.

Para nós não foi um problema porque gostamos de caminhar, mas como o hotel não está mesmo no centro de Cissamos e se encontra numa zona mais alta, exige sempre uma caminhada para a zona central/beira mar ou então levar o carro. Outra sugestão que deixamos é terem uma opção de almofada mais baixa, visto que as duas opções eram ambas altas.

Struttura nuova e moderna, camere dotate di tutti i comfort (cucina, lavatrice ecc). Le proprietarie gentilissime, pronte a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Posizione comoda per visitare le principali spiagge della zona e parcheggio gratuito facile da trovare sotto l’hotel.

Tutto molto bello e accogliente la camera

Peccato per il cantiere di fianco. Apprezzabile il tentativo di coprire il cantiere con pannelli finta edera, ma la betoniera alle 8 del mattino che ci ha svegliati forse era evitabile in agosto

La posizione sia del paese sia della struttura è ottima come punto di partenza per escursioni sulla costa ovest, ma è anche molto comoda dal punto di vista dei servizi, pur sfruttando la tranquillità della campagna circostante. La struttura è pulita e accogliente in ogni suo dettaglio.

L'unico appunto che mi sento di fare è che la cucina potrebbe essere leggermente meglio fornita, con anche magari sale e olio (piccole confezioni!).

Het was allemaal niet af en niet zo comfortabel. De airco had maar 1 stand, normaal kun je bijvoorbeeld voor ‘s nachts de wind (fan functie) op z’n zachts zetten en de lichten uit doen (led functie). De bovenkamer was echt te warm zonder airco maar door de harde wind en felle lichten toch slechte nachten gehad. Ook was in de badkamer boven een gat in de muur, geen ventilatie en een te klein douche scherm waardoor het hele badkamertje (aan de kleine kant) helemaal nat werd. Ook was ik onaangenaam verrast dat er geen vaatwasser aanwezig was in de keuken. Al met al geen 4 sterren dus vond ik. Zeker gezien de hoge prijzen. We hebben het ontbijt laten zitten. Nog duurder dan in tophotels in London. Andere hotels op Kreta hanteren deze hoge prijzen voor ontbijt niet.

Pas grand chose La chambre qui donne sur la piscine (101) n est pas la mieux placée si on veut être au calme car avec les enfants qui crient dans la piscine cette chambre est plutôt bruyante Et elle est placée à l entrée des escaliers et ascenseurs

Przemiłe i niezwykle pomocne Panie w recepcji sprawiły, że od pierwszej chwili czuliśmy się mile widziani. Apartament dwupoziomowy, bardzo przestronny, zadbany i czysty.

Niestety rozbudowa hotelu nie pozwala w pełni cieszyć się urokami miejsca.
