Looking out the window you got trash cans one side electrical boxes the other. Roof top pool is not as you’d expect. Total let down.

El hotel tiene un diseño retro inspirado en los moteles de ruta de los años 30 pero en vez de dar las puertas de las habitaciones a la calle, dan a patios internos con vegetación y equipados con sillones para estar. Las habitaciones son amplias. El baño es cómodo y tanto las toallas como las sábanas son de buena calidad. El hotel cuenta con dos piscinas, una en planta baja y otra en el rooftop; así como con 2 restaurantes: uno a donde sirven desayuno y cena y el del rooftop para almuerzo y meriendas. Posee toallas para la piscina y para la playa. Puedes utilizar bicicletas de manera gratuita. Y está a 200m de la playa a donde puedes acceder a 2 reposeras en la zona del hotel Westin. El personal es muy amable y eficiente. Tanto el personal de limpieza, como los del bar y front desk (en especial Iris).

Everything! We travel A LOT - and haw yet to stay at a place that truly ticks all the boxes. The restaurant was unbelievable. That is hard to find. The service was top notch, food & drink was so good, we will make a trip just for the food! It’s rare to have a resort where the breakfast, lunch & dinner are all noteworthy. The room was curated so well with such great thoughtful details. You can tell they thought of everything when remodeling this resort but kept the charm. I can’t say enough amazing things about the Shorebreak. We are booking again for our anniversary next year!

New beach towels would be nice, the ones given to us were old and scratchy. Room may be ready for a re-paint.

Great location lovely and clean

We were put in room 228 right next door to the noisy lift machinery that kept us awake all night the lady receptionist said they hadn’t had any complaints but the maintenance people said they bearly use the room because of the noise kept us awake most of the night as the lift moved up and down.!

The shower took forever to drain and by night 4 completely stopped draining (but they sent someone to fix it immediately)

Rooms were great! Pool was great! I felt like I got lucky with the rooftop pool. Such a vibe and so many nice people around especially because I was there alone for work.

Walls are so thin in the rooms I could hear the person next door snoring like they were in my room. It was really creepy bc it felt like we were staying with another person in our room and could hear everything they did and said.

No good client service, breakfast was normal, room wasn’t able to open shades, pool has few chairs and pool beds, expensive for the service provided, bad bed quality. Wouldn’t recommend.

Some of the staff were nice and helpful, great location.

The check-in took 40 minutes because of computer issues. To make up for it, they gave me 2 drink vouchers, but in the check-in process, I lost one. When I went to front desk to explain the person said "they had run out of them now, and couldn't provide a new one." I felt this very odd as I waited so long to check-in. It was also my birthday which felt a little less special because of a few issues throughout our stay. Overall it was very nice, just confused why lost vouchers that clearly hadn't been used couldn't be given again due to the very long wait time after arrival to check-in.

Good location and the free chaises at the beach. Wonderful pool on the roof with lunch service and view of the coastal. Delicious restaurant and wonderful bartender drinks.

Cool, almost beach front property. Two pools including stunning roof pool with stunning views across FL waterways and an excellent cocktail bar.

Ground floor windows face onto street, so we kept our blinds shut.

My only complaint was the room felt a little small with 2 people and 2 dogs. I would have liked it to be a little darker on the room so I could go to bed earlier but, I loved my stay here and would come back.

Amazing staff, amazing location!! Beautiful rooftop pool and bar

The hotel was great - we stayed for ten days booked two rooms. My teens loved the breakfast, the pool side, and the stay in general. The view from the poolside on top is amazing and a worth sitting there with a drink. Staff is welcoming and friendly, the hotel manager whom too care of all our needs was great and I would return again if I could.

I love the retro style, the amenities and it was super clean. As soon as we entered the room it smelled like to beach. Wish I knew what air freshener they use.

The only thing I didn’t care for is that our room was at the end of the hotel right on a residential street so we needed to keep shades drawn at all times for privacy, missing out on the beautiful Florida sunshine.

The staff is excellent, we loved the breakfast, and the location is perfect.

They charge you 40$ per night for sunbeds, yoga classes even if you don’t use it … other than that, the rooms would need a refresh and it was pretty noisy at night.

We usually love this location and have stayed here many times. The location is perfect for the beach, and the rooftop pool is an amazing amenity.

Our last stay here was not consistent with our past experiences. The Wi-Fi and TV were down for a significant part of our stay (the TV specifically was down for 2 days). This is just not acceptable for a hotel of this nature and disrupted our sleep and comfort. As you can imagine, without Wi-Fi or TV there isn't much to do and it was too late (and expensive) to find a new hotel for the same day. I also don't appreciate getting sent multiple surveys from the property without any acknowledgement of my feedback.

Nice comfortable room, good breakfast, nice social wine hour and lovely rooftop bar. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

It was close to the beach and walking distance to other restaurants in different places. I also love the fact that it was dog friendly and they didn’t charge extra fees just to have a dog.

I had stayed here previously and they gave us free breakfast and free drinks at the bar however, this trip they didn’t go above and beyond for the birthday that we were celebrating. It was kind of a disappointment.

I was put in a room originally where the drainage didn’t work so showering was really uncomfortable. I got moved next day and the manager was really nice and helpful.

Great location close to the Bach, comfortable bed and good WiFi. The rooftop pool and bar is truly excellent and has great views. There is a social hour every day with a free glass of wine to all hotel guests. Free coffee in the morning.

The gym was relatively small but well equipped.

Everything! It was our 2nd stay ( with our puppy dog) and the entire staff was excellent! The location near the beach but in a quiet neighborhood can’t be beat and we even walked to morning Yoga on the beach. The rooftop bar with music was so fun for my grandson’s 22nd birthday. And the food and service at the restaurant , Fuga was super delicious and memorable.

The main level pool and tiki bar does not get much use for the large space. Perhaps the area could be used another way - maybe a mini putt putt? And a bartender to serve up tropical concoctions?

Very cute, was just quite not much of a party vibe! If u want quite and relaxing this is ur spot!

I had an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me, my spouse and our pet feel genuinely welcome. The check-in process was smooth, and every interaction was marked by professionalism and kindness. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The hotel’s attention to detail really elevated the experience. The location was perfect - a block from the beach, in-house dining and other dining options along the beach. And the on-site rooftop pool was a real highlight. I left feeling refreshed, cared for, and eager to return. Thank you to the entire team for making my memory memorable. Very friendly staff, hotel was very clean and the restaurant was very good. Rooftop has an amazing view. Walkability was excellent to the beach water taxi restaurants clubs etc.

The place itself is ok. The room was clean, a bit small but still decent. Be careful when booking here. The parking is outrageous! They only offer valet parking for $47 per night plus tax and if you don’t use the valet parking option then you will have to do metered parking at $4 per hour and the meter has to be reset every 4 hrs even at night. Plus a lot of hidden fees at check out, resort fees at $40 per day plus tax. Not worth it if you ask me.

Really nice place, they include free beach chairs, free tea and yoga on the beach plus more. View from the rooftop bar and pool is amazing. Very kind front desk staff and you can walk to the beach. High-quality restaurants walking distance nearby. Only two floors, but small and cute.

Room was small, smelled musty at first and flooring was coming up in several areas. Mildew is around the exhaust fan in bath. No shower glass or curtain, might be what they do now. Facility, pools, restaurant and bar was great

Cute, if you are into the retro thing. Late 60s 70s feel. All the rooms had outdoor entry. Lizards sat in my window pane on the 2nd floor. Very friendly staff. Complimentary drinks is a plus. Non-optional valet was a little high. Sufficed for last minute one-day booking, but probably won't return.

The beach towels included with the room were so old and dingy. That was the only negative. Otherwise everything was great

The rooftop pool was amazing, and the food and drinks at the hotel were great. Staff was super friendly and helpful, and the location couldn’t be better, right by the beach and restaurants. Even though we couldn’t check in early, they held our bags, and by the time we finished lunch and drinks upstairs, our room was ready. Overall, such a fun and easy stay!

This is a fabulous hotel. The rooftop pool views are outstanding. The rooftop pool food and drink service was speedy and professional. The first floor restaurant served up excellent Italian cuisine. The rooms were spacious, clean, immaculate, and comfortable. My singular disappointment is the extra fees added on to the room rate.

The location just can’t be beat !! Walk to the beach and dozens of restaurants. The rooftop pool and bar is cozy and so comfortable . Also the staff is the ultimate in professionalism and goes out of their way to establish small connections with every guest. The kitchen is excellent too! Every fish we had was thoughtful and very very well prepared .

Property was super cute, details are not communicated well at all. Booked for a certain amount, arrived and was charged more to which i had to ask about. They explained there’s a room deposit of 100$ per night, only AFTER i asked about the charges.

I stayed at this hotel last week and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. First, the resort fee was already included in my reservation, yet I was asked to pay it again both at check-in and at check-out. This created unnecessary confusion and left a negative first and last impression. The amenities supposedly covered by the resort fee were also a letdown. Beach chairs were advertised, but there was no one on the beach to provide them. Bicycles were included, but the rental system required SMS verification, which doesn’t work for guests with foreign phone numbers. The “complimentary” bottled water could easily be replaced with a water fountain, which would be both more ecological and convenient. Most importantly, the hotel did not have a proper baby cot available. Instead, we were given a playpen — which we had to assemble ourselves
