Options for breakfast were limited but good. Food quality and taste was good as well.

Lifts were not clean and no AC in reception area. Should be taken care.

A fantastic place to stay in the heart of Nagpur. The hotel was very clean, well-appointed, and offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always happy to help, making us feel well looked after throughout our visit. Each morning we enjoyed a delicious, simple South Indian breakfast, which was fresh, tasty, and a great way to start the day. Its central location makes it an excellent base for exploring Nagpur or travelling around the city. The food orders were quickly delivered. The room is clean. Excellent location near the Nagpur Railway station.

Please offer bar soaps, everyone do not prefer the shower gel. Please offer shampoo sacheta. Not everyone use shower gel to wash hairs.

Polite staff

Washroom tap points open and even geyser power switch is missing and a tissue paper inserted in switch place. Very old feeling in the place . It’s actual worth of room 202 was not more than 2000/- which you have charged Rs 3300/-

Nothing, I won't recommend this stay at all. Staff are pathetic and rude. What was shown was completely different. Morning complementary breakfast has no options except partha . Water bottle is charged which is not acceptable. When asked was delayed. Amount which was charged and the gesture they showed is worst . This should be shut. My parents are old and they don't deserve this even after paying the amount.

The hotel has a great ambience with cricket theme. Apparently it is owned by family of CK Naidu, the first captain of Indian cricket team. The lady at the reception Anuradha Naidu was very pleasant with excellent hospitality.

In brief- I will stay here again without any doubt and definitely recommend it with top ratings. Why (Reason) - My wife and I had to stay for a day at Nagpur, so we needed a safe, clean, comfortable and affordable hotel. This property is very near to (within walking distance) the platform number 1 of Nagpur Railway Junction. It is small, spic & span (very clean) with comfortable rooms. The hotel is tastefully decorated in cricket theme as the property had belonged to Late C.K. Naidu the legendary Indian Cricket Captain. The staff are young, very well behaved, polite and decent. I happened to meet the owner by chance at the reception, he is also very helpful and humble. It ticked all the right boxes for us and we are happy with our choice.

The location is on point, roughly 200 meters from the Station. But do keep in mind, if you're planning to Check in Early. As it's on availability basis. You can't make reservations for early check-in.

NICE ROOMS, SERVICE STAFF'S BEHAVIOUR IS ALSO GOOD AND COOPERATIVE. The theme of the property is based on cricket and cricketers. Overall experience is good.
