Hotel room was not clean, we saw cockroaches roaming in the room. No visitors allowed, no outside food allowed Hotel restaurant food was pathethic. No coffee or tea kettle kept

1. The chair had hair on it. 2. The bed was dirty. 3. The toilet was dirty. They gave me another room that has hair on the bed. It’s the worst property that I’ve ever stayed at in my 20 years of travelling to some of the most remote parts of the country. Since it was late, i just requested for 2 new sheets, spread it over the furniture, used it minimally at night and left first thing in the morning.

Bei der Buchung zählte für mich vor allem die relative Nähe zum Flughafen und die Lage direkt in Nagpur.

Bei der Ankunft musste ich sofort in bar zahlen. Das war so nicht bei booking zu erkennen. Da ich nicht soviel indisches Bargeld hatte, musste ich sehr spät abends noch an diversen Geldautomaten mein Glück versuchen, was ziemlich anstrengend nach einem langen Flugtag war. Der Hotelchef versuchte vor der Zahlung noch, uns in ein anderes Hotel (sehr sehr viel teurer) umzulenken, um uns loszuwerden. Ich fühlte mich hier nicht wirklich willkommen. Allerdings muss man fairerweise sagen, dass er auf seinem Moped mit mir zu dem anderen Hotel und den Geldautomaten fuhr. Für diesen "Service" rundete er den Übernachtungspreis dann frecherweise kräftig nach oben auf... Wir erhielten überhaupt keine Informationen zum Frühstück, den Frühstückszeiten, dem WLAN-Passwort im Zimmer... Ich weiß bis heute nicht, wie das Frühstück eigentlich gedacht war. Wir bestellten einmal etwas von der ausliegenden Preisliste für Essen und Getränke und bekamen dann Sandwich und Kaffee geliefert, dies war dann überraschenderweise inkludiert. Nur das Wasser mussten wir zahlen. Die übrigen Tage sind wir immer außerhalb des Hotels frühstücken und essen gegangen. Hier werde ich definitiv nicht noch einmal buchen.

No clean and very worst staff

Room charges was paid but even after paying it was not reflecting in their server waiting for 2 hours and the reception guy was very arrogant to say that they don’t want to give the room even after paid at hotel

Everything. As i was not allowed to check. OYO confirmed the booking but didnt allocate room saying they are sold out.

L'hôtel et la chambre étaient sales. Nous avons dû faire changer les draps à notre arrivée. La salle de bain était sale et il y avait des cafards morts. Il y avait une serviette sale en boule dans le placard à notre arrivée. Il a fallu demander de l'eau / du papier toilette / des serviettes car il n'y en avait pas. L'eau était payante. Nous n'avons pas pris de petit déjeuner car l'établissement ne donnait pas confiance. Pas de parking.

Location is fantastic. Eating options all around and very close to the railway station.

For the price charged, the property could provide a simple toiletry kit. Basic bathing products could be provided for a one time use. Either in sachets or small bottles. The cleanliness could have been better. Furniture was stained and room hadn't been cleaned properly for my stay.

Both the rooms we booked weee cockroach infested and also they didn’t accept credit card it seems they don’t have machine . Doors and bathroom fixtures were broken . Breakfast and even starts after 8am in the morning. Since we had paid up money in advance we had no choice to checkout and go to different hotel . The entire hotel needs a treatment for cockroaches till then don’t allow your members to book this hotel . Best part they have Hit spray bottle kept at the reception .

Only the location and wifi was good nothing else.

The cleanliness was 0/10, the towel was filthy, the bedsheet/pillow cover/comforter was dirty with stains,

Almost, nothing.

No facilities. No towels. No doormat to clean the wet feet. Nobody came to clean the the room during our entire stay. 100% advance was taken at the time of check in. Breakfast time were not maintained on the second day. Many cockroaches and mosquitoes seen

On making reservation, I noted that the site listed a 24 manned desk. I communicated that our flight would arrive at 0230am. I reserved 7 rooms and received confirmation. On arrival, the hotel lobby was dark and locked. We found an unlocked door and found two men sleeping in the lobby who told us that they were unable to check us in until 11am in the morning. Even when we clarified that we paid for the preceeding night in order to accommodate our late arrival, we could not be checked in. Our group of 8 with 15 suitcases then walked 1 mile to another hotel where we were treated warmly and accommodated well.

Breakfast was scheduled after 10.00 am, too late according to norms..hence couldn't avail this facility.

The reception staff had a very callous attitude. They were lethargic and had an unwelcome attitude. The guy kept me waiting for almost an hour in the morning hours and also asked me to pay extra 30% despite booking my stay well in advance. How would you improve the shortcomings after my feedback?
