Reviewed Sep 16, 2026We stayed here for one night due to a volcanic eruption affecting our travel plans, and we were very happy with our stay. The room was spacious enough, clean, and well equipped. The bathroom was large and very clean. Breakfast had a good variety of continental and Indonesian food, and the Bubur Ayam was especially delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a short but relaxing stay, and the airport location made it very convenient for us to check in on time the next day. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely stay here again.
Nothing negative to mention.

The reception staff are friendly, polite, and well-organised, helping visitors with every query and last-minute requests! The room bathroom is extra spacious with amenities like bidet function, full accessories, e.g., hygienelly & sunstainably sealed toothpaste(s), tootbbrushes(s) comb, sanitary bag, soap, conditioning shampoo, and full-body shower gel. The low-noise hairdryer is a pleasant plus, as well as the fresh towels and bedlinnen. The actual indoor decoration is tasteful and relaxing with very good-sized furniture and plugs/ports for our electronics in every corner. A big bench to accommodate luggage and a roomy desktop for getting out-ready or work/study!! The rooms are very quiet with clever climate control, and you can not tell this hotel is situated within the Anara Airport complex. The restaurant is equally spacious and elegant, with tasteful soft jazz & soul music ambient throughout! You can find an extensive range of culinary creations from Egg Benedict to cooked meals and healthy, hearty eating!! Coffee is served by the most polite staff, even the refills! Try and sit at a sun-lit table, overlooking the atrium, though all tables are sun-lit throughout the day! Reviewed Sep 4, 2026初めてのインドネシア訪問の到着日に宿泊。 翌日に国内線に乗るため、市内に出ず空港に泊まろうと考え、こちら一択でした。 国際線到着と、国内線出発が、どちらもT3であることを確認して予約し、大正解でした。余裕行動をバックアップしてくれる宿です。 ホテルの場所がわかりにくい、との評価を多数読んでいたので、サインを見落とさないように気をつけて向かい、迷わずに到着できました。 入国後に、T3の制限エリアを出ると、さまざまなサインとともに、ホテルの方向もさりげなく案内表示が出ています。ロゴではなく、他のサインと同一書体の文字表記のみなので、見落としやすい印象がありました。 ホテルへのサインの矢印が、斜め右上方向を指している場所で、これを「右方向にあるエスカレーターで上がる」と理解する必要があります。一階の右奥方向だと早合点して進むと、おそらく苦労します。 サインに従って、ターミナル内をエスカレーターでのぼり、外気を感じる暑い渡り廊下を渡った先、中華系の航空会社の事務所や待合所風の空間を抜けた突き当たりに、ガラス扉があり、さらに進むとフロントがあります。 (これは推測ですが、T3以外のほかのターミナルから移動してこのホテルへ向かう場合や、帰国の前泊でT3出発ロビー等から向かう場合、T3到着階からの動線とは少し異なり、難易度が上がる可能性を感じました。) フロントスタッフは、外国人慣れしていて、笑顔と分かりやすい英語で、朝食とチェックアウトの案内をしてくれました。 重要事項の欄の説明を読むと、現金でデポジットの支払いが一旦必要と書いてありますが、事前決済をしていたためか、支払わずにカードキーを受け取れました。 客室は少し手狭でしたが、空港という限られた敷地内のホテルなので、納得できます。設備やベッドも、一泊には充分な、安心できるレベルです。 食事は、T3の出発ロビーに移動すればたくさんの飲食店があり、全く困りません。 朝食も種類豊富で、色々少しずつ味わえて楽しめました。 夕方以降に入国なら、次回も一旦空港に泊まるという選択をしても良い、と思える宿でした。

We were also told we needed a VISA of $30US which we were not told about. The hotel needs to be more transparent with this information so all visitors are aware.

The hotel has no signs so it was hard to find, staff were very weird. We had room service and said we will pay at check out because we had little time to rest and eat, they literally called and said we have an emergency you have to pay now- so had to stop eating to actually pay.
