Nine Pyramids View Hotel

Nos cancelaron la habitación el día antes (teñíamos que ir la noche de fin de año), nos enviaron un whats app y nos dijeron que teníamos que cancelar la habitación porque tenia overbooking. No dijeron nada mas ni contestaron las llamadas

This hotel is quiet, in a quiet back street (so make sure you are dropped and collected at the hotel). It is basic with no additional facilities. The rooms are clean but very tired (rusty shower head) but the balcony has a view of the pyramids. The linens were all clean and the bed comfortable. The TV did not work for the first 2 days but was then sorted and even the BBC World service was available. There is a big fridge and basic coffee/tea facilities. The breakfast is served on the top 5th floor which has a panoramic view of all 9 pyramids and an outside area if warm enough. The breakfast buffet is good with local hot and cold options. If you are having a few days busily visiting the Giza pyramids/GEM/Saqqara/Dashur and just want somewhere to sleep and eat breakfast this will do. Do check multiple booking sites and you should be able to book for less than US$50 pn.

The hotel is quite nice, with very friendly and helpful staff. The receptionist Adel was exceptionally kind and assisted us with many things we needed. Additionally, a girl from the morning reception shift helped us resolve an issue regarding a nearby restaurant that had overcharged us. Our room was comfortable, and the breakfast was nice. However, there is a hygiene issue during breakfast, as there were many flies. Perhaps this is due to the hotel’s location. However, this location offers a beautiful view of the Pyramids, which is truly remarkable, though it was still a bit annoying to have so many flies around. It would be helpful if the hotel implemented a way to reduce the number of flies during breakfast. The hotel provides free airport pickup, which is very convenient. We were delayed at passport control and visa processing, but the driver waited for us patiently. The staff in general goes above and beyond for the guests, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s location has both positives and negatives. The surrounding area is generally dirty, but it provides excellent access to the Pyramids, the Great Sphinx, and the Grand Egyptian Museum, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The only other downside was the WiFi, which needs improvement, as the connection was very weak and almost unusable during our stay. Overall, it’s a good hotel with great staff and comfortable rooms. I would definitely stay here again, as the staff’s friendliness and willingness to go above and beyond make the experience memorable.

$200 was robbed from my room while I was out. They told me to look at their cameras. Well they are outside the room! Housekeeping went in 3 times, the safe in the room was hanging off the hinge and would not close. I knew what dollars I had because I was still spending the euros I had brought and only paid extra nights at the hotel one time with dollars. Otherwise just the $25 for my visa. I left the hotel in disgust next day. All the Reception people become less friendly if you don't book their tours, and I have my own regular people in Egypt. First and only time this has happened, Egypt in general very honest and safe.

La struttura ha un’ottima qualità-prezzo, ottima vista sulle piramidi. Camere spaziose, colazione molto buona e variegata, staff gentile e pronto ad ascoltarci in ogni momento.

La realtà al di fuori della struttura lascia un po’ a desiderare, ma del resto bisogna abituarsi perché è una cosa comune un po’ per tutte le zone.

It was my first time in Egypt, I flew in from London. On arriving Cairo, their driver( Omar) was waiting. On our way to Giza, the driver stopped and offered me a Coca-Cola drink free. On getting to the hotel, the staff at the reception were awesome. They broke the Ice. Mariam, Salma, Aml and Aya where fantastic, especially Mariam. The environment is homely, neat and peaceful. All staff are courteous and friendly. Restaurant has an amazing view of the Giza Pyramids. I loved the welcome drink of lemon.. The buffet breakfast is also rich. Overall, there's serious value for money in whatever class of room chosen. They arranged my tours and it was a very pleasant experience. Thank you Ali and Omar, Reda for making my tours memorable. Mein Aufenthalt war äußerst angenehm. Herr Adel am Empfang war sehr herzlich und professionell. Im Restaurant haben Ayman, Mohamed und Boussy mit Freundlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit und schnellem Service überzeugt. Alle meine Wünsche wurden sofort erfüllt. Ein großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team für den hervorragenden Service!

I really like the view of the pyramids from the balcony and rooftop. I booked a Deluxe single room with balcony, free breakfast and free airport transfer to hotel since I stay for 4 nights. Hotel staff are really nice. The room was good too, clean and comfortable. I also get a private tour with them with a license tour guide to the GEM, pyramids and some shops with free lunch.

موقعه وقربه من الأهرامات والإطلالة وفطور الصباح والموظفين ودودين ومحترمين ونظيف وسعره حلو مقارنه بالخدمه هاذي ثاني مره نجي له وكل مره ننوي ايام نلاقي نفسنا مددنا لفتره اطول سلمى وايه في الريسبشن ماشاء الله عليهم اتمنى ما يتغيرو ونجي ونلاقيهم لأنهم بجد ذوق والموظفين الي بالمطعم كلهم بدون استثناء لطيفين ومهذبين قضينا فيه اسبوعين لطيفين 🍀🤍

الإنترنت ضعيف في الغرف واتمنى تكون المخبوزات في الإفطار طازجه اكثر غير كذا كل شي مرتب وجميل

Great buffet breakfast on our first morning, great for me as I am vegetarian and have a severe wheat allergy. Second day we were faced with pre-prepared plates with mainly meat and bread. They offered to make something different, great I thought. 15 minutes later a plate of lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber arrived. No eggs, no yoghurt! We were then asked if we wanted beans, which she said would be 5 minutes. 15 mintes later they arrived as we were leaving to be picked up for an excursion. No milk for coffee was out, had to ask for this also. We had 2 rooms, day 1, room 211 was cleaned and the door left unlocked by the cleaner. Room 311 was not cleaned at all. On returning to the hotel on day 2, room 211 had not been cleaned, room 311 had been cleaned and the door left unlocked!! Description of the facilities is inaccurate, the are no hot tubs in the hotel, the don't even have baths in the bathrooms!! I would not recommend this hotel without some serious improvements. We won't be staying here again!!

The location was not nice, it was very in a very poor area, almost a ghetto. Could not see the pyramids from our room, we had to go upstairs to it. There was a strong smell of urine outside and inside, the room was dirty with the shower floor very dirty. We left the following day.

J’ai beaucoup aimé le restaurant ainsi que la superbe vue sur les pyramides.

Gros point négatif : le chauffeur a exigé un paiement alors que le service était censé être inclus par l’hôtel. Il a également tenté de nous vendre des excursions en nous demandant de ne pas en parler à la réception, ce qui montre une intention claire de nous arnaquer.

الغرفة كانت هادئة ونظيفة ومطلة على الاهرامات الثلاثة والطاقم كانت رائع وسريع الاستجابة ويوجد مواقف سيارات والاستقبال كبير جدا وانترنت وغسيل الملابس ، ويوجد لديهم رحلات سياحية بأسعار مغرية تقريبا من الاهرامات ، قريب من جميع الخدمات ، و المكان آمن وهادئ ويوجد لديهم خدمة التوصيل من وإلى المطار . إما الاسعار جدا رخيصة مقابل الاقامة في الفندق .

La vista a las pirámides y que tenía aire acondicionado

El personal que llevó nuestras maletas nos pidió propina sin nosotras tener la iniciativa de dárselas, se quedó parado en la habitación sin querer irse porque quería propina. Nos pareció una completa falta de respeto

Lo staff è giovane e simpatico, pieno di premure. Ho gradito molto la colazione egiziana (ful, felafel ecc.) che, su mia richiesta, gli addetti si sono quotidianamente premurati di servirmi. La vista sulle piramidi di Giza è semplicemente spettacolare. Ho apprezzato anche la pulizia della stanza e, in generale, degli ambienti dell'hotel.

L'unico problema è il wi-fi: la connessione non è stabile. Rilevo, inoltre, che l'hotel è a un chilometro e mezzo dalla piana di Giza (circa 18 minuti a piedi), non a ridosso dell'area archeologica.

Très beau menu diversifié, mais la nourriture n’est pas disponible. Indiqué la présence d’un bar, mais aucun alcool. Parfois bruyant la nuit. Personnel dévoué.

We had an amazing, magical time exploring Giza, Memphis, and Cairo! Every moment was unforgettable – from seeing all the iconic sites to learning so much about ancient Egypt, its incredible culture, food, and art. The hotel was exactly as expected – peaceful, comfortable, and perfectly located with breathtaking views of the 9 pyramids. Having 24-hour service made our stay so easy and relaxing. A huge thank you to Adel and Tison and the entire team at 9 Pyramids Hotel for making our stay truly magical. And a special shoutout to Reda, our fantastic guide, who brought the history of ancient Egypt to life and took us on a journey we’ll never forget. Highly recommended experience!

Hotel muy bien ubicado para la excursión de las pirámides. Lejos de el Cairo (40 min en auto). El restaurante de la terraza muy bien y con excelentes vistas a las pirámides. Un punto negativo la limpieza, deja mucho que desear. Experiencia personal: contratamos tour en el hotel y no cumplieron con lo pactado. Aunque ante todos los requerimientos han cumplido y ayudado a buscar soluciones

I always enjoy staying here. I visit at least once a year. I like the room with the view of the Ancient African pyramids. The women at the reception desk are nice. The location is ideal for me to easily get around town.

As a licensed medical professional, I highly suggest not eating anything from the rooftop restaurant unless you want to spend your vacation on the toilet. The breakfast at the restaurant here has given me food poisoning. I had excursions already booked but had to cancel due to my symptoms of diarrhea, stomach pain, and nausea from the food poisoning. Luckily, I brought medicine from the U.S for emergencies. It's disappointing because I like the hotel, but the restaurant is a deal-breaker for me. I visited again after a year and gave the restaurant another chance, but after eating breakfast, I had to go to the toilet. :( So, I won't be eating at the restaurant again, even if it's free.

What can I wrote, Im beyond and above extreme happy to stay in this hotel. The location, room, stuff, whole experience was more than amazing. Start from pic up us from the airport, even my fly was a bit late the driver waiting for us. After arrival even was after midnight we was served a welcome drinks and open for us the rooftop. The rooms was very nice with the view for pyramids, and very clean. Breakfast serving in the rooftop was very delicious, like the other food serving in the restaurant. The stuff very helpfull, everyday with the smile coordinate for the best service. I fly to Egypt twice a year and I can honestly say this is the best hotel what I stay. In my opinion deserve for more stars then have. Ac at rooms, super comfy beds, bathtub for relaxing after long day. WiFi working on whole hotel.

Views of the Pyramids was great.

We booked a Deluxe room with Pyramid views, Balcony and Bath. We were given a room on the 2nd floor with a limited view of the Pyramids and no bath. Was told I would have to pay $100 USD per night for a room with a bath. After a few hours and negotiations that would rival any courtroom we ended up compromising for a better view but still no bath. There was no way they were going to give me the room I had booked. Their tours are overpriced. We booked a camel ride to the Pyramids with entry tickets included. When we arrived at the gates to the Pyramids we were told we had to buy our entry tickets. Made the guide ring the hotel and get a promise we would get a refund for our tickets before buying them. Took 2 trips to the desk to get the money back. Paid for transfer to the airport on the last day, half way to the airport was told we would have to pay an extra $15 USD because "the girl" had not charged us right. Most of the staff were very nice

Has nice views from the rooftop but the photos are not the reality, read the Google reviews.

Some of the staff are dodgy and are constantly trying to rip you off. Paid the hotel for a driver for a full day. However he wouldn't let me get out of the car at the airport until I paid him more money. In order to get on the plane I had to pay him as he was getting aggressive and started threatening. This was despite the hotel telling me he was going to start driving to the airport at 5pm. We were at the airport at 4:30pm because the driver harassed me and called me 10 times while I was in the Egyptian Museum. Don't trust anything the hotel staff says Also the hotel is in very bad condition. As per the attached photo, there was mould on the chair.

Hotellets terrasse med udsigt til pyramiderne.

Hotellets indgang ligger i en meget smal gyde, som er svært tilgængelig. Derudover er Hotellets reception slidt og ikke særligt ren. Til gengæld ligger prisen i den billige ende. Hotellet kunne trænge til en gennemgribende vedligeholdelse.

La vista es impresionante, las habitaciones muy cómodas y el personal era amable.
