飯店周圍飲食方便，後面還有百貨公司可以逛，也算熱鬧！

電気ポットに補充用のポットがあった。

部屋に時計が見当たらなかった。 バスタブの排水口に、何かなカスが残ってた。

乾淨，附近有很多吃的，也有很多店開到很晚，對面就有711很方便。電視很大也能看YT，行李自行寄存的空間也很大，雖然是無人櫃檯，但真的有緊急需求也可以用櫃檯電話馬上聯繫到工作人員協助！

·晚上周邊會有很多隨機搭訕的人，女生如果是一個人的話可能要考慮一下… ·離有電梯的地鐵出口有點距離

清潔でした、駅からも近くて便利でした

スタンダードなお部屋で2人での滞在だったのですが、小さめのスーツケースだったのにもかかわらず 2個のスーツケースはベットの上でしか開く事が出来ずそれはとても不便に感じました

Alles war modern und super sauber. Es gab keine Probleme und es war angenehm leise.

Der Rauchmelder im Zimmer war direkt über den Betten und hat eine helles LED Licht das ziemlich hell war nachts.

Breakfast in the “Hachi” restaurant was good. Check-in and check-out was easy. Good access to the hotel.

Hotel is not family-friendly. Staff was annoyed by playing child in the lobby. Rooms are very small. Air conditioning was old and not all modi are fully functional.

HPで紹介されている最寄りの駐車場について、割引がある駐車場と割引がない駐車場が混在して紹介されており、分かりにくい 割引がない駐車場だと、チェックイン〜アウトまでフルで停めると1泊4000円以上支払う必要あり

Hotel fantástico en el que nos hemos hospedado ya 3 veces, está la tervera. Siempre en habitaciones buenas. Pero esta vez quisimos probar por reírnos un poco una habitación temática.

Y aquí comienza lo malo. Habitación ridículamente pequeña en comparación con las demás, desgastadisima y sucisima con respecto al standar del propio hotel. Se notaba como si mil niños y padres con pocas ganas de educar hubiesen soltado allí a sus hijos. De la misma manera que un déficit brutal de quien limpia. La habitación olía a moho y orín. Muy desagradable.

仙台七夕祭り首選飯店 1.住在商店街充滿滿滿的日本文化。簡直是活在日劇劇情內。 2.8/5看煙火走路幾分鐘就可以在路邊看到煙火。 3.8/6一出飯店就可以看到炫耀的商店街。 4.8/7晚上商店街有踊り表演，真的很驚艷。 5.真的很喜歡這家飯店。

Personale assente, nella hall non c’è mai nessuno, tranne quando aprono il check in alle 15 da fare self service. La prima stanza che ci hanno dato puzzava di uovo, i cuscini di grasso di testa sporca. La finestra dava in faccia ad un muro.

お風呂など、水回りが清潔で綺麗でした。お部屋にスタイラーがあって、感動でした！コスパもよし。フロントが恐竜で楽しかった。スタッフの方にも迅速に対応いただき助かりました。

Petit déjeuner (inclus dans notre formule) composé de trois plats au choix uniquement, identique tous les jours et un peu lourds le matin (riz au curry, etc.)

Superbe hôtel. L'emplacement est idéal, en plein coeur des artères commerçantes de Sendai, proche de la gare et de tous les transports. Nous avons adoré la ville et regrettons de ne pas être restés plus longtemps!

Le manque de personnel physiquement présent est un peu déconcertant, même si ça n'a posé aucun problème au final.

距離車站有點遠，但沿途都有商店可以逛，行人在遮棚下也很好走。

Henn na hotel 是我在日本最喜歡的連鎖飯店, 去日本各城市都一定會先預訂 Henn na hotel, 飯店房間大小適合, 房間內有LG 電子衣櫥, 非常實用, CP 值非常高。 仙台 Henn na hotel 的老闆人非常好, 因颱風造成無法入住, 請求免費取消, 提出申請後, 兩分鐘內就回覆, 大方且體恤旅客的態度, 實在令人感動!

Location

They refused to make the bed clean in the room twice because of silly reasoning. Like the table next to the bed had items on it or there was an item, which to our knowledge there wasn’t on top of the bedding. There also was a weird smell coming from the reception.

面白いコンセプトは期待通りでした。無人のチェックインも、問題なかったです。部屋はシンプルで使いやすく快適でした。朝食にレストランhachi が食べられるのが最高。hachiの店員さんが気さくで優しかったのも良かったです。

お値段がもう少しリーズナブルならばよかったかな。

自助報到櫃檯很方便

離開時刮鬍刀放在桌子下的插座充電（因為桌上的插座只有一個），離開時忘了拿走。 當天下午和櫃檯反應，櫃檯說房務沒看到，請櫃檯告訴房務，能否再找找看，隔天再去一樣無蹤影。感覺溝通不是很好，不是很積極的協助。

LG styler in the room was a killer feature.

Easy to navigate check-in and staff was accommodating when we had issues. It is a convenient location for what we needed.

No major issues. Perhaps add more to the selection of amenities.

Convenient location in the covered arcade. novel check in process with the holograms. The LG freshener device in the room was fantastic.

There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. We informed the Staff and they changed the shower curtain but it didn't really solve the problem. There was a kettle in the room and tea bags but no coffee available. The hotel was okay but fell far short of our experience with similar prices hotels in Japan

テレビでも観たことのある「変な」ホテルということでしたが、１つも、たったひとつも変なことはなく、むしろこんなに効率的ですべての必要なものが揃っていて、人間の動線まで考えて作っているのではないかと思うほどいいホテルでした。清潔感にも溢れていて、この価格で文句の出ようがありません。チェックアウト後に夕方まで荷物を預けたかったのですが、一階の受付横に、無人なのに素晴らしい仕組みがあり最後まで「効率的」に驚きました。快適な時間をありがとうございました！

強いて言ってもほぼありません。特徴的だと言われているスタッフの方に会いたかったですが会えませんでした。それくらいです。

It's a bit of a distance from Sendai Station, but right below the hotel is a shopping arcade, making it very convenient for dining, strolling, and shopping.

ロケーションが良い、チェックイン前にセルフサービスのロッカーがあり荷物を預けることが出来た。部屋の広さに余裕がある。静かで良かった。 チェックインはQRコードですぐに出来た。、チェックアウトも時間がかからずにスムーズ。スタッフに全く会わないというシステムだが上手く回っているように感じる。

ベッドが少し硬すぎる。バスタブはやや小さめ。チェックインタイムは15時だがそれ以前にチェックインするのは有料とのこと。

搭乘地下鐵離仙台車站一個站，走路約20分鐘，如果逛街回來搭車回飯店，其實也要走一段路。但飯店位置也是熱鬧區，也有很多吃的。

トイレは別にしてほしい。

チェックアウトの時点で外がどしゃ降りだったのですが、フロントに「リユース傘 / ご自由にお持ち帰りください」と、たくさん傘が置いてありました。 折り畳みの傘は持っていたのですが、それだけでは大変だったので助かりました。

特別困ったことなく手続きして宿泊できたのが良かった。レストランのスタッフさんには子どもたちに優しく声かけしてくれて嬉しかったです。（騒がしい子どもに嫌な顔せずに対応してくれたのがプロの姿に感じました。）

2部屋頼んだのが宿泊者名義によって別々の手続きになり、チェックイン手続きを2回繰り返すことになったのがややめんどくさいなと感じたのと、私は大丈夫だったが、システム操作に忌避感のある方は、スタッフさんが1人も常駐していないことにちょっと気にされるかもと思います。

立地が素晴らしい。ゴールデンウィーク中であるにも関わらず、宿泊費が安かった。室内もきれいで快適に過ごすことができた。

Staff were amazing, went above and beyond to help us out as we needed to ship luggage to our next hotels. Room was always clean with the beds made. Almost no signs of wear and tear on any of the furniture. Awesome location surrounded by shopping, restaurants, and cafes.

They have the ability to receive luggage shipped to them but are unable to ship them out. But! Yamato is about a 5min walk away so it is not a bad trade off. Would definitely stay here again.
