早餐很多食物已經沒了之後都沒有再補了。 浴室排水不良，浴缸會積水。 隔音不好，救護車穿梭的聲音很大聲。 床鋪和枕頭偏硬。

枕が硬くて高めさったのは困った。貸出品に低いのがあったのかもしれないがもう眠くてそこまで頭が回らず…

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026とてもリーズナブルなのに良くないところが殆どなかったです。 スタッフが丁寧かつとても感じが良く、部屋も清潔でインテリアが落ち着いていて、不快なく滞在することができました。 部屋のキーで電気が付けられるのは便利でした。 ロケーションも便利で行動しやすかったです。
ツインルームだったが片方のベッドの近くに電源が無く夜スマートフォンの充電がしづらかったことくらいです。

洗濯機と乾燥機が1台ずつしかないのは困りました。それと会社の運用・システムの問題だと思いますが、チェックイン時のスタッフさん側の手順が多い印象を受けました。

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Beim Reinkommen ins Hotel fühlte man sofort wie die Anspannung abfiel, es war ruhig und roch sehr gut. Die niedrigen Betten waren sehr bequem, die Ausstattung im Zimmer wirklich toll und hochwertig, es gab viele kostenfreie Extras wie Getränke, Eis und Nudeln. Es war ruhig und das Personal äußerst freundlich. Im öffentlichen Bad gab es neben den heißen Becken auch ein Eisbecken, perfekt nach den heißen Tagen.
Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer lief immer und war daher etwas laut, statt bei Errreichen der Temperatur zeitweise abzuschalten. Beim Frühstück war es sehr voll und ich musste 15 Minuten warten, schade wenn man erst später frühstücken möchte.

The only downside was that there was just one coin-operated laundry machine for the entire hotel. It was quite busy, so we had to wait in line and unfortunately didn't have enough time to dry our clothes before check out.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Breakfast was great!! Still very Japanese but with some international elements making it a tad more accessible. Room was exceptionally comfortable. Location was great - right in the heart of town. And for the money, I'm not sure how you could do better. Next time I'm in Sendai I'll most likely stay there again.
There was no coffee in the room. That's about it. And there's a Lawson downstairs so I survived!!
