Reviewed Oct 6, 2025Selesa. Lebar. Bersih. Kemas. Dalam bilik dan juga di luar bilik. Biasanya dgn harga yg sama di tempat lain, kita nampak jarak antara satu pintu dgn pintu lain adalah dekat. Tapi kita nampak jauh di sini. Begitu juga dgn bunyi dlm bilik air sebelah. Saya tak dengar bunyi bilik air sebelah jika sedang digunakan. Memang sangat selesa.
Pintu bilik air yg kurang lancar pergerakan semasa dibuka dan ditutup.

Reviewed May 29, 2025The location is just a minute or two minutes walk from Terminal Bas. Also, there are a lot of restaurants and food court nearby. The room is clean, have a lot of facilities. There are KTV and pub down below but we are lucky that our room is at level 3 so we didn't hear the noise, only noise coming from car park at level 4 (vehicle sounds).
The hallway is kind of noisy when people walk by. Maybe in future, can put carpet to absorb the sound.

Reviewed Apr 7, 2025the water pressure was good. the aircon is working well. a basic malaysian tv channels plus singapore channels. my room is windowless so no comment for view. manage to park the car in front of the hotel. need to put the deposit of RM50. walking distance to Sunway Kluang Mall and Kluang Parade. Main bus station is next building.

Disturbing noisy Jumanji-like sound from a nearby club at night till 8 am. My bad for not considering reviews from others on such noises at night.

Reviewed Feb 3, 2025The location was near to many eateries, as well as the Sunway Kluang Mall. We booked the executive suite, and the room was huge. Bed was comfortable and clean too. Hotel and counter staff were kind enough to return the vanity kit which I had left behind in the room. Thank you very much!
The executive suite could have been cosier. It would be better if the management included some additional furnishings (e.g. sofa, wall art, etc) and carpeted the laminated floor.

Reviewed Feb 1, 2025The pro is the room was clean and our twin beds were comfortable. Expect the bare minimum as far as amenities are concerned. The bathroom didn't have extra rolls of toilet paper. No towel hooks or racks by the sink. Only tiny tubes of shampoo were available, no soaps given. Standard rooms do not have windows, only deluxe rooms have windows. I didn't know this when I booked this room. Strongly suggest this be made known for booking. If you are looking for a place just to rest your head, you have got it. Like I said, you get the bare minimum. If you expect any more than that, you would be disappointed.

Reviewed Feb 1, 2025I have booked three rooms. My brother stayed in one. The room has no windows. The pillows smell terribly bad. So was the bed. He couldn't sleep in the bed. When he complained, he was told all other rooms were fully booked. No help was available. When he showed up at the front desk, they suddenly found another room, which was barely satisfactory. He assured me he wouldn't return to the hotel again.

Unfortunately, one cannot get a decent sleep due to the disco nearby till at least 8am. Definitely would not recommend for light sleepers. Stayed here for 2 nights, hope to have a decent sleep after we leave here.
