Obvious neglect. Especially in the pool, gym and spa areas. Renovations in progress? Breakfast staff seemed timid and untrained. No juice cups once used. Management lacking.

- Pool Bereich ist okay aber umkleiden und locker room der Männer ist katastrophal - Schimmel im Kinderspielbereich. Mein Sohn musste bereits nach kurzer Zeit anfangen zu husten - durchgängig kalte Flure und Aufenthaltsräume, bei der Größe nicht verwunderlich aber selbst das Hotelzimmer was nicht warm bei der Ankunft

There is some construction happening in the hotel. It was happening right by our building. They should inform people about this in advance or move guests to a different part of the hotel (there are multiple buildings)

Reviewed Oct 16, 2025El personal fue super amable, llegamos tarde a la noche después de una mala experiencia en otro hotel y nos trataron genial, nos ofrecieron alargar gratis el check out hasta las 18 PM! Son una maravilla! Sobretodo el chico que nos atendió a la noche, millones de gracias por todo! El desayuno muy abundante y variado y las vistas de la habitación parecen de cuento. Super recomendable vivir la experiencia aquí!

Reviewed Oct 15, 2025We stayed as a family and booked two rooms with a mountain view. The hotel arranged everything exactly as we requested — and even beyond our expectations. The rooms were very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and provided great service throughout our stay. The view was stunning, and our kids really enjoyed the swimming pool.
Breakfast was included, though the variety could be improved.
