The staff at the Chinese restaurant wouldn’t let us have five minutes to just look at a menu before deciding what we would like. It made us feel uncomfortable. The outside club ruined the entire atmosphere the grand building gives off.

Reviewed Jan 8, 2026Staff were ALL very friendly and helpful. Restaurant had excellent choice for European tastes as well as Asian. Top quality breakfast buffet - possibly the BEST out of seven hotels we have stayed in in Vietnam in the past month - again, great choices for European and Asian tastes. Super beautiful indoor swimming pool, and good gym equipment. Beautiful and luxurious decor in ALL parts of the hotel - everywhere!!
Nothing at all.

Dommage :(

No access to cash exchange or ATMs in town. This has nothing to do with the hotel but worth noting. cash only. Also only 2 x 250ml small bottles of water were provided without having to purchase from minibar. Not enough to get you through the night!
