Tesisin konumu feribota, old town ve merkeze yürüme mesafesinde olduğu için sevdik. Kahvaltı güzel ve taze. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü.

Öncelikle odalarda kettle ve kupa var. Resepsiyonu arayıp poşet çay istediğimizde ‘Vermiyoruz rezervasyonda yazıyor.’ Şeklinde cevap aldık. Ertesi sabah kahvaltıda birsürü poşet çay vardı. Bir tane ordan gönderseler ne olurdu ki? O zaman odaya kettle koymayın. Benim bildiğim otellerde misafirler zaten check in 15:00 itibari ile olduğu için yorgundur diye en azından bir su bir çay ya da kahve ikram ederler. Odaya girdiğimde yastığımın üstünde saç gördüm.i ve otelin verdiği şampuanlar yarım yarımdı. Temizlik herhalde biraz alel acele yapılmış. Daha dikkatli olunmasını isterdim.

Номер досить просторий. Ремонт не ідеальний, але все справне і чисте. Персонал дуже привітний і завжди радий допомогти. Мають місце для валіз, якщо ваш літак ввечері і ви хочете погуляти містом перед аеропортом.

La camera non era pulitissima, capelli per terra e il lavandino in camera non era comodo

The hotel was in a great location and the renovated room was nice and comfortable overall. Breakfast was okay, and our stay was generally okay.

The reception service was quite average and could have been more informative and welcoming at check-in. We had to ask where breakfast was served, and the Wi-Fi information/code was not mentioned either. It would have been nice to receive the basic hotel information automatically upon arrival. The soundproofing could also be better, as you can clearly hear other guests coming and going and the doors closing plus one night had young neighbors partying the whole night. The cleaning or laundry detergent used in the room and bedding had an unpleasant smell rather than a fresh, clean scent. In addition, the silicone around the shower was visibly moldy and should be replaced.

Бяхме 7 нощувки с моя партньор и останахме изключително доволни от хотела. Пристигнахме рано сутринта , а настаняването беше след обяд но ,като отидохме за наш късмет се освободи стая и ни настаниха веднага ! Персоналът беше много мил и любезен ,стаята беше чиста и приятна, а локацията също 10/10 ! Бихме се върнали отново !

The staff was awsemone. We had some medical issues and the lady from the front desk helped us a lot! Te rooms were clean, the breakfast good and fresh. Very good location

Kahvaltı saati 07:30 olarak ısrar edildi ve 07:25 de kahvaltı alamadık.Bu üzücü idi

Old town ve merkezde olması çok avantajlı sessiz sakin bir otel biz çok beğendik yine gelirsem düşünmeden burda kalırım.Çalışanların hepsi güleryüzlü hergün odanızı temizleyelim mi diye soruyorlar.

Nagyon jó helyen van, a szálloda kialakítása modern, a szobák kényelmesek, a személyzet kedves, mindenben segítettek nekünk. A reggeli számunkra teljesen megfelelő volt. Nagyon közel van a tenger, a körülötte lévő kis utcák hangulatosak. Ha egyszer visszamennénk szívesen választanám újra ezt hotelt gondolkodás nélkül! Szívből tudom ajánlani.

We really liked everything at Hotel Santa Maria: the staff, the room which was big, with an excellent layout and terrace, cleanliness, breakfast... Everything was at a high level. The staff are exceptional, from the reception to the cleaners, we have high praise for them. We spent a wonderful 15 days in that hotel. We will gladly recommend him to our friends and colleagues.

There was not a single thing we didn't like because the hotel is exceptional.

La posizione centrale e lo staff gentile.

Purtroppo appena sono venuti degli ospiti che soggiornavano accanto alla nostra camera, si sentiva puzza di fumo, probabilmente fumavano in bagno e l'impianto di aspirazione portava la puzza di fumo in camera. Purtroppo dovrebbero scriverlo che è severamente vietato fumare in camera.

Es liegt sehr zentral. Frühstück war auch gut. Ich würde dieses hotel weiterempfehlen.

I haven't expected to be this good, room was over my expectation, we was 3 yes room was for 4 but even the 4 people its really big so satisfied with room and bathroom size, beds are clean and comfortable, little fridge, facilities for coffee, many mirrors, so much staff for your lagguage and clothes. Location is excellent it's in center you are close to everyting but despite this it's not noisy. Good breakfast and friandly staff.

Nets for window are really in need, mosquitous are really disturbing all the night.

Много модерно, чисто, много големи и хубави стаи, местоположението е идеално близо до плажа и стария град, гледката от терасата е уникална, закуската беше хубава, персонала беше много мил, имаше къде да си оставим багажа, беше доста тихо, леглата бяха удобни всичко, беше идеално.

Μικρό πρωινό αλλά κάλυψε τις ανάγκες μας όσο μείναμε εκεί. Η περιοχή πολύ καλή , δίπλα σε όλα. Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό.

Τα δωμάτια θα μπορούσαν να είναι πιο προσεγμένα. Βρήκαμε σκοτωμένο κουνούπι πάνω στο τραπέζι και κάτι σημάδια δίπλα στη πρίζα.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit sauberen und gemütlichen Zimmern. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist ideal und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Il personale super accogliente e la posizione centralissima. Abbiamo preso una camera tripla ed è stata molto confortevole e spaziosa per il nostro soggiorno a Rodi. Consiglio questa struttura!

La colazione potrebbe migliorare offrendo una maggiore varietà di dolci.

2 aile konakladık , 2 oda tuttuk , odalar gayet temizdi , kahvaltı çok güzeldi ve özenli hazırlanmıştı, check-in saatinden önce bizlere odalarımızı vererek çok büyük yardımcı oldular,tüm personeller güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi.

Tesis konumuyla,temizliğiyle oda konforu yataklar yumuşak olmasa benim için harikaydı.Rezervasyonumu çift kişilik yatak olarak yapmama rağmen tek kişilik yatakları yan yana olan odayı verdiler ve bu sorumluluğun booking de olduğunu söylediler ve odama çıktım.Televizyonda internet olmadığı için Türkçe hiçbirşey seyredemedim söylememe rağmen düzeltilmedi.Benimle gelen çifte verilen oda daha kötüydü çünkü ne havalandırma ne klima ne de fön makinası çalışıyordu.En son günün akşamı odadayken içeriye teknik ekip geliyor klimayı tamir ediyor fakat dinlenmeye hazırlamış kişiler dinlenemediler.Odaya konulduğu söylenen saç kurutma makinası da randımanlı çalışmamış.Odaları kokuyordu çünkü havalandırma çalışmıyordu. Bunun haricinde resepsiyonda bizi karşıyan bayanlar güleryüzlü ve sevgi doluydular.Kahvaltıda hizmet veren kadın kabaydı. Konumu muhteşemdi her yer yürüyerek ulaşabildim..Odalarda tv internete bağlanırsa tekrar gelmek istediğim bir oteldi.Her şey için teşekkürler…

Great location, just around the corner from heaps of restaurants & bars. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Looks like it has recently been renovated, so all amenities are quite modern. Breakfast was nice

Vynikající, chutné snídaně. Hotel umístěný ve výborné lokalitě blízko centra. Personál byl milý a velmi ochotný.

Прекрасное расположение в двух шагах от моря, порта, и замка! Новая мебель, очень красиво и чисто! Персонал очень дружелюбный! Завтрак просто великолепный! Очень хочется приехать опять!

Çünkü otele vardımda otelde tadilat yapılmakta idi ve otel kapalıydı ve bu tadilat bana hiç bir şekilde bildirilmedi bu nasıl bir işletmecilik anlayamadım

Das Hotel war trotz vollständig bezahlter Buchung nicht geöffnet und eine Baustelle. Wir sind Mitten in der Nacht angekommen und wussten nicht, wohin. Wir wurden weder vom Hotel noch von Booking Com informiert. Damit begann der Urlaub mit Stress. Das Geld für die Buchung haben wir zurück bekommen. Durch eine gezwungen ne Neubuchung in einem anderen Hotel sind uns erhebliche Mehrkosten entstanden, die wir bei Booking.com nun einfordern. Das Santa Maria City Hotel scheint nicht seriös zu sein.

Παρα πολύ καθαρό ξενοδοχείο μέσα στον ήσυχο δρόμο. Πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό. Πλούσιο πρωινό.

kahvaltı çeşitleri yeterli idi..kahvaltıdan memnun kaldık. en önemlisi otelin konumu elli beache çok yakın idi..

Maalesef odalardaki yataklar çok kötü idi...2 ayrı yatağı birleştirip çift kişilik yapmaya çalışmışlar ...yataklar rahat değildi. acilen değiştirilmesi gerekir. odaların ve banyonun temizliği kötü değil ama biraz daha özen gösterilebilir.

The breakfast is exceptionally good, every day there is something new. Even if its 10 mins before the breakfast time ends, there is still plenty of food. It was perfect for the price.

Could be a bit cleaner. Toothpaste and showergel stains in the bathroom from the previous guests, mosquito blood/chocolate? on the furnitures.(it came off with a wet wipe easily). Even though they clean rooms every day, it is superficial.

The hotel and the room were above expectations. Central location, friendly and helpful lady at reception upon arrival. Very large room, divided into 2 areas (we were 3 people). Bathroom had a great shower. Breakfast was also very good, offering a variety of salty and sweet options.

The reason I am giving 8 out of 10 and not more is related to air conditioning. There was only 1 air conditioner in the room, “covering” the area with the double bed. In the other part of the room, with 2 single beds, it would have been too hot without opening the window. So there were mosquitos and lots of bites. On the balcony, the rack to hang clothes was very rusty and unusable - this needs to be replaced.

Aamiainen oli hyvin tarjolla ja monipuolinen. Plussana se, että saimme lähtöpäivänä aloittaa aamiaisen vähän ennen klo 7 jotta ehtisimme ajoissa kentälle.

Hotellihuone oli siisti ja siivooja joustava. Mutta olin pyytänyt allergiahuoneen ja toivon että hotelli allergiahuoneita varten valitsee hajusteettomia siivousaineita

Was a good location close to the beach the town and the old town so easy to see everything. The site was close to the grocery store and the restaraunts had lots of selection

A bit noisy for my liking but it's not surprising given how close to everything it was I had mosquitoes in my room so had to get rid of them before I could sleep a bit annoying more then anything A decent breakfast but nothing really special I wish they would mix things up on the menu maybe different eggs scrambled and not so dry

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι στο κέντρο της πόλης και δεν χρειάζεται μεταφορικό μέσο για να γνωρίσεις την πόλη, τα έχεις όλα ακριβώς δίπλα σου. Η υπηρεσία περνούσε καθημερινά από το δωμάτιο και το φρεσκάριζε. Το πρωινό ήταν παραπάνω από πλήρες για τα αστέρια του ξενοδοχείου με καθημερινές μικροαλλαγές στης επιλογές πρωινού που διέθετε

Merhabalar tesis görüldüğü gibi değil çok kötü 2 gün önce oradaydım ve 2 gün kaldım içeride bir su bile yoktu duş aldığımda banyodaki su yatak odama geliyordu böyle rezalet bir hotel görmedim tavsiye etmem

Hôtel bien localisé, pas loin de la plage et du centre ville. Tout peut se faire à pied. Le personnel est accueillant. Prix très attractif (basse saison)

Les photos de la chambre choisie ne correspondent pas du tout à la réalité, surtout en terme de déco et d’équipement. Ils ont voulu rénové, mais c’est mal fait, les finitions ne sont pas faites du tout: des traces de béton sur le carrelage de la sdb, le miroir pas centré et pas droit, les poignées de portes fixées de travers… Très mauvaise insonorisation autant de l’hôtel que de la rue. La taie d’oreiller était sale le premier jour, j’ai dû en demander une propre. Les draps de lit ne sont pas du tout adaptés à la taille du lit, ils sont trop courts, résultat le lit était défait tous les matins et on se retrouve sur le matelas. La propreté: un moustique mort sur le mur de la sdb datant d’un client précédent. La lampe principale qui beugue complètement, pas possible de l’utiliser. Une prise murale qui ne tient pas et quand je retire la prise du sèche cheveux, tout le bloc vient avec. Des murs abîmés avec plein de traces. Des rideaux aux fenêtres clairement pas assez grands. Pas de voiles alors que l’hôtel d’en face est proche. Petit déjeuné varié, mais pas savoureux du tout.

Κοντά στο κέντρο για μετακίνηση εύκολη ακόμα και με τα πόδια. Μεγάλο και άνετο δωμάτιο. Πλούσιο και γευστικό το πρωϊνό.

Οι τοίχοι ήταν λίγο λερωμένοι. Το πόμολο της εξώπορτας κουνούσε.
