Radisson Collection Hotel, Bodrum

Hotelul este construit intr-o zona izolata, intr-un golf intre munti. Zona este amenajata frumos si ingrijita, iar in zona dimprejur sunt restaurante, cafenele, magazine de haine si un magazin alimentar. O parte din restaurante apartin hotelului, iar restul sunt private. De mentionat ca este departe de orice atractie turistica la cam 30/40 min cu taxi care percepe cam 25-30 eur / drum. Nu au Uber sau Bolt, cand se comanda Uber iti vine un taxi. Camera a fost spatioasa si s-a facut curatenie in fiecare zi. Apreciem faptul ca zilnic primeam 2 sticle de apa din partea hotelului. Camera, curatenia, plaja, amabilitatea personalului a fost de nota 10. Plaja a fost curata, cu iarba verde si palmieri, cu sezolnguri disponibile si cu prosoape curate.

Angajatii nu stiu limba engleza mai deloc. Ar trebuie sa le oferiti un training pentru a ajunge la un nivel mediu de conversatie, te intelegi foarte greu cu ei si de multe ori am renuntat la ce ne doream pentru ca nu intelegeau. In ceea ce priveste micul dejun, acesta reprezinta punctul slab al hotelului deoarece nu se ridica deloc la nivelul asteptarilor fiind foarte saracacios, lipsit de diversitate, dar mai ales de calitatea produselor. Cafeaua este de cea mai slaba calitate, parca bei apa colorata, iar aparatele de cafea mai mereu se defecteaza, iar angajatii nu stiu ce sa faca cu ele. Am fost nevoiti sa ne cumparam zilnic cafea de la cafenelele din zona(care erau scumpe), ceea ce nu este normal. In plus, la micul dejun era plin de pisici, caini si albine, am vazut foarte multi clienti care s-au plans de faptul ca pisicile stau pe scaunele de la masa si deranjeaza lumea in timp ce mananca. E inadmisibil sa lasati lucrurile asa, sunt oameni care au alergie la pisici si pot ajunge in spital sau altora sa le intre par de pisica in mancare si sa le stricati concediul. Pana la urma noi va platim serviciile, nu pisicile. Pe plaja, problema erau cainii care se tot plimbau printre sezlonguri si faceau baie in mare. O alta problema a fost cu restaurantul Heaven de pe plaja, unde angajatii iti puneau consumatia pe camera, dar nu verificau daca camera respectiva era chiar a ta si astfel am ajuns pe una dintre camera sa avem bauturi de platit pe care noi nu le-am consumat. Oricine poate veni sa spuna un numar de camera, iar angajatii marcheaza acolo consumatia. INADMISIBIL! Va recomand sa introduceti o masura prin care sa se poata confirma faptul ca persoana respectiva detine acel numar de camera.

The breakfast should be more of an international breakfast by focusing on items found in Arab countries mainly lebanon such as beans and falafel and cheese varieties and freshly made Manakish and sahlab….. cakes with different flavors should always be available for breakfast and a larger variety of pastries and juices as well. Hot chocolate should be on the menu

Il resort è spettacolare, inserito in una marina in un contesto di quiete e cura, c’è qualche negozio di abbigliamento, un Carrefour abbastanza fornito ma piccolo, qualche caffè e qualche ristorante. Il punto di forza è sicuramente la spiaggia privata con il prato impeccabile che arriva fin quasi al mare e acqua cristallina e bassa per molti metri, caratteristiche che la rendono ideale per i bimbi anche piccolissimi . Teli da spiaggia e da piscina in omaggio ogni giorno e sempre profumatissimi!! Comodissimi lettini grandi e ombra di palme e di ombrelloni in paglia ovunque. Non si è mai sofferto il caldo perché la baia è sempre ventilata e secca. Camera con vista mare e balcone davvero spaziosa e comoda per tre persone e persino il letto aggiunto era comodissimo così come i tanti cuscini offerti di diversa tipologia. Biancheria da letto e da bagno IMPECCABILE e profumata ogni giorno. Bagno grande con spazi separati e chiusi (sia doccia che wc) che consente a più persone di famiglia di condividerlo rispettando una certa privacy. Piscina sempre disponibile e pulitissima e continua sensazione di essere soli perché il resort ospita poche camere per cui non c’è mai rumore o folla. La colazione è infinita e di qualità. Il personale spicca per una altissima attenzione al cliente e ai suoi bisogni. La nostra cara Nur è stata sempre così dolce e carina con noi. Una vera professionista! Così come la responsabile della colazione, una giovane donna impeccabile e sempre vigile su tutto e su tutti. Un contesto rilassante dove staccare è davvero possibile e dove non si soffre mai il caldo. Spero di ritornare.

Solo in un’ottica di perfezionamento, una maggiore attenzione alla pulizia delle stoviglie a colazione soprattutto dei piccoli recipienti per prendere le marmellate perché forse per velocità non erano tutti impeccabili, così come le ciotole per prendere lo yogurt avevano sempre un po’ di bagnato ancora dentro, la quale cosa non depone benissimo ma davvero basta una maggiore supervisione e si può recuperare. Altro spunto un po’ negativo i prezzi alti di tutti i negozi e dei ristoranti non proporzionati alla qualità dell’offerta. In generale non si mangia da 5 stelle ed è un vero peccato perché sia il ristorante italiano che il bar sulla spiaggia offrono piatti molto nella media. Non abbiamo provato il ristorante interno però quindi non saprei esprimere un giudizio.

Уже второй раз останавливались в этом отеле. Вид из номера на море потрясающий, свой пляж в бухте с зеленой травкой под ногами, кофе на пляже, атмосфера вокруг отеля. Отзывчивый персонал на ресепшен. Хорошее качество массажа в спа.

Не всегда легко найти свободные лежаки, кофе в ресторане на завтрак пить не смогли, заказывали за деньги на пляже. Брали массаж два раза- во второй раз посчитали стоимость выше, хотя брали ту же услугу. Из-за того, что мы уже опаздывали в аэропорт- спорить не стали, так как время оплаты за массаж было очень долгим. Не смогли продлить номер на пару часов.

**5 Sterne auf dem Papier – Service nicht vorhanden. Vorzeitig abgereist.** Wir hatten 8 Nächte gebucht und sind nach 7 Nächten vorzeitig abgereist – und haben unseren Urlaub anschließend um drei Tage in einem anderen Hotel verlängert, weil dieser Aufenthalt mehr Stress als Erholung war. Das sagt eigentlich alles. Das Zimmer selbst war gut und startete sauber, aber danach hörte der 5-Sterne-Anspruch auf: **Strand:** Fest montierte Sonnenschirme, die man weder öffnen, schließen noch bewegen kann. Darunter kein Rasen, sondern regelmäßig Matsch. Strandservice: Nach 1,5 Stunden kam erstmals jemand, um Getränke anzubieten; Bestellungen dauerten mindestens eine Stunde und kamen bei 33 Grad warm an. Wir sind deshalb jeden Tag 30 Minuten pro Strecke in externe Beach Clubs gefahren und haben dort Eintritt bezahlt – im Urlaub, den wir wegen des Privatstrands gebucht hatten. Reaktion des Managers auf unsere Beschwerde: „Schade." **Trockenreinigung:** Bei Booking als Hotelleistung gelistet, das Zimmerformular verspricht Rückgabe am Folgetag bis 18 Uhr. Tatsächlich hat das Hotel gar keine eigene Reinigung und konnte sie auch extern nicht organisieren – das wurde uns schriftlich bestätigt. Für uns buchungsentscheidend, komplett ins Leere gelaufen. **Housekeeping:** Toilette wiederholt nicht gereinigt, Bettwäschewechsel erst nach drei Tagen Nachfragen und Eskalation, Zimmerreinigung teils erst um 18 Uhr, in der Kaffee-Ecke fehlte jeden Tag etwas anderes (Zucker, Milch, Tassen), Wasser wurde nur an 4 von 7 Tagen aufgefüllt. Die Klimaanlage lief, kühlte aber nicht. **Frühstück:** An sich ordentlich, aber nur ein einziges Mal in der ganzen Woche konnten wir unser Heißgetränk tatsächlich zum Essen trinken – sonst kam es immer mindestens 10 Minuten versetzt. **Tennis:** Wir haben das Hotel wegen des Platzes gewählt und vorab Kontakt aufgenommen. Erst vor Ort erfuhren wir: Verlässlich spielen kann nur, wer den Hoteltrainer bucht – sonst muss man den Platz jederzeit räumen.

Hotel con camere vista mare bellissime, nuove e spaziose. Localizzato dentro ad una piccola marina con negozietti e ristoranti molto carina. Posto di relax e tranquilita'.

La mattina gli ospiti vanno ad occupare i lettini della spiaggia con gli asciugamani e poi spariscono per ore, lasciando pochi o nessun lettino disponibile anche se sono tutti mezzi vuoti.

Super kind service, the hotel is situated right on a stunning beach. Excellent breakfast. The beach is beautiful and the water crystal clear. Beach service is super efficient. Hotel is very quiet and with a relaxing atmosphere. We had an amazing stay and we would definitely come back.

It is like a very elegant village, have everything from simple gourmet food market, a few good but different restaurants,, cafes, small shops, not very commercial but got everything that you need ! We stayed for four days and don't feel going out ! With nice Mariner, Great place to enjoy yachting!

The property is very far from everything. It is not a 5 star hotel, more a 4 star. The floor was dirty and never cleaned properly. There is no bin in the bathro No good restaurants around the hotel.

Ужасный завтрак (без нормального выбора и с мошками), отсутствие приличных ресторанов на территории (есть только один и там так себе меню) и неудобное расположение отеля. В итоге приходилось всё время куда-то ездить на ужин по 40 минут. Персонал в чатах отвечал раз в сутки и был практически бесполезен. На пляже не было даже мороженного.

Персонал выше всяких похвал! Торт сыну на День рождения был сделан с учетом всех пожеланий, повышение категории номера бесплатно, все это создало очень праздничную атмосферу и незабываемые впечатления от пребывания в отеле

I liked how there were so many things to do around the hotel, such as the spa, gym and water sports. There was also so many nice little coffee shops and places to eat nearby

There was nothing I disliked

Le personnel étaient adorable, souriant et toujours disponible. L’hôtel est un réel cocon, vous pouvez vous y balader (plusieurs boutiques et petit café). Super agréable d’y séjourner c’est un réel endroit où vous pouvez vous reposer et vous relaxer.

المكان جدا بعيد عن كل شيء وتراه مو منتجع يعتبر فندق جدا بسيط وصغير، الفطور مو حلو خدمتهم جدا سيئه ولا ياخذون الطلبات ويتجاهلونكم لما تحاولون تطلبون ويقولون لكم خذوا من البوفيه مايبون ياخذون طلبات منيو الفطور، يعني من الاخر الفطور تجربه سيئه جدا ومتاكده اذ احد بيسكن الفندق بيتفق معي😅 الشاطئ للمجمع كامل مو خاص بالفندق وكله صخري مافيه رمل ابيض ايضا شايلين الكراسي اللي على الشاطئ كلها مو زي الصوره يعني فاضي مافيه مكان للجلوس والمسبح حقهم صغير ومو حلو شكله

Очень вежливый персонал! отель красивый и новый, на территории есть несколько ресторанов, кофейни, магазины и все, что нужно. Нам очень понравилось абсолютно всё. Есть сауна, хамам, бассейны, спортзал, корт для тенниса и другие активности. Остались только положительные впечатления 😌

As it was off-season, not all restaurants were open, which limited the food options. As the location is quite secluded, it was difficult to find any other restaurants nearby. Also, rooms weren't as luxurious as expected from a five star facility.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It was very quiet, clean, and comfortable, which made it perfect for relaxation. The service from all staff members was kind, professional, and very welcoming. I would especially like to thank Mr. Mohammed Ali at the reception. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, assisting me with many things during my stay. He helped me plan my daily schedule from morning to evening, advising me where to go, where to start, and how to organize my day. His guidance and recommendations were excellent and made my trip much more enjoyable.

I would say almost nothing, or to be more accurate they offered us a birthday cake with candle on my birthday but forget to provide matches to light it and despite several requests weren't able to provide them and we could only light it up with a cigarette lighter borrowed by the front office staff that we had to come down to return!!!!

What happened to Turkish Hospitality?? I was used to some good service in Istanbul and some Cappadocia Hotels but at this hotel the staff, with 2 or 3 exceptions were almost all more interested in their cellphones then in the paying guests; no pride in the job or in providing, at least, a reasonable service. Some examples: At check-in we were offered a non-alcoholic beverage of our choice.. As we took care of the process quite fast we were asked if we prefered to have them in the room to what we agreed.. The drinks never showed up, and I had to phone 3, THREE times to have them. At 2nd day on breakfast they said they run out of English breakfast tea for my Wife despite it existence in the room..of course I had to tell them to get it from housekeeping as no one there thought of that. All the coffees in the 4 days of our stay (so more then 20 coffees as we were 4 persons) were served without spoon.. You don't use spoons in Bodrum Some bread were frozen and still cold. The breakfast spread was small and monotonous for a 4 day stay, mainly cheese quality; one of the days they run out of water melon and as I asked for more there wasn't despite the next day it appeared.. It looks like they didn't want trouble. Housekeeping was very unreliable.. Some days no turndown service, as others theys showed up, took all the towels away and forget to replace so had to ask !!! No place to put the hand soap ant the trash bin was not working as the top didn't belong to the bottom part. No service in the beach the was full of trash; All the visitors to the beach could use the Hotel chairs as there was no enforcement from the inexistent staff. And don't think this is all like that in Bodrum because we had excellent service in some restaurants, namely Karul Bitez. So I recommend avoiding Radisson Collection and staying somewhere else.. Of course in a different price range go to MO or Aman or for something in the middle to the Edition.

We had such a wonderful stay! The hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful, and the spa is a perfect place to relax. But what truly made the experience special was the staff — they felt like a little family. Everyone was so kind and welcoming to me, my brother, and especially my puppy! We felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Highly recommend and would love to come back!

Everything about the hotel and the stay was fantatistic. Lovely hotel purpose built and set to enjoy the anthaven surrounding. Elena helped organise all of our trips and tours that we organised. Elena did everything we asked of our and we couldn’t ask for anymore from her. We love to travel, and there was no problem using this as our point to travel from. All the staff were very attentive and helpful and sweet. The hotel itself opens up onto the anthaven development, and it’s a fantastic development. Plenty of cute looking architecture around the marina; plenty of nice shops. A lot of restaurants in the area to choose from with plenty of variety. The aspat beach is beautiful. Anthaven isn’t part of the hotel, but the hotel is built on the anthaven complex and it’s important to realise this. For us, the two things combine beautifully.

We had a wonderful stay at Radisson Collection Hotel in Akyarlar, Bodrum and would happily come back again. The hotel is in a really nice spot peaceful and quiet, but still close to the beach and only a short drive to other places around the peninsula.Our room was very clean and modern, with comfortable beds and a lovely balcony where we could sit in the morning. The bathroom was spotless and everything felt well looked after. One of the best parts of the stay was the staff always smiling, polite, and helpful. You could tell they really cared about guests having a great time.

Beautiful property in a stunning location. Excellent service - very helpful reception who went out of their way to help, upgraded us to an oceanfront room and gave us an early checkout.

The service is very questionable for 5 stars hotel. We had to call for many reasons. We didn’t have hair dryer in the room and it took them so long to bring it. Our room wasn’t clean many mornings and it was very uncomfortable as we were staying with the kid and one of the reasons to choose hotel was a cleaning service which should simply daily routine. There were many other issues as well.

Бесплатная парковка. Станция для зарядник электрокара. Дизайнерский номер, мягкие подушки, отличный вид из окна, в общем можно перечислять и перечислять, рекомендосьен! Вернёмся обязательно именно в этот отель!

The whole experience was excellent. Special mention for the excellent staff and services from the checkin to the breakfast services.

Location is a bit out of town, however, as it was the off-season, commuting was not an issue, plus many things to do within the hotel in a relatively warmer climate.

В не сезон совсем не было гостей. И часть ресторанов была закрыта. Остальные готовили из минимальных остатков и совсем не вкусно

The hotel staff were consistently committed to going above and beyond to ensure our stay was special. This included upgrading our room, complimentary gifts and providing a list of activities and places to eat. I would have no reservations in recommending this place to someone looking for a holiday centred around relaxation and luxury.

Elena and her team are extremely friendly and sweet! 10 out of 10 for the services! Easy parking. Breakfast was good, we had lunch in the hotel as well which was extremely nice! Hotel is right at the sea, no private beach, the sun bed at the beach were open to public, but we went in a quiet season, it wasn’t many people around. By saying that, not much to do around, most shops are closed, but that makes the walk around the bay very peaceful, view is stunning! Spa and gym with heated indoor swimming pool was defo a plus! We spend the day in the hotel, eating, drinking, relaxing and recharging! Room was very nice spacious and clean. WiFi was very strong.

Everything was great! Elena the relationship manager greeted us on arrival & made our stay very warm and comfortable as we were here to celebrate a very special occasion- our babymoon. We were in the suite facing the ocean which was absolutely fantastic & would recommend this property to anyone. We will definitely be back again!!

Not good restaurants

The facilities were all lovely and the property was well maintained and very clean. The staff were all attentive and the breakfast with the a la carte menu was good too.

We stayed during the off season so a lot of the surrounding resort facilities were closed. We were expecting this, however it would have been great to have had more information, and some advice about what would be a good way to spend our time in bodrum and surrounds during our stay. We had someone from guest relations give us a download of the property which was good, but some more information on bodrum peninsula and surrounds, which towns have good attractions, how to get around using transport and what restaurants off the property were good to try, would have made our stay a 10/10. The rose in the minibar was not good, so don’t risk it!

A bit more flexibility from the staff to borrow a yoga mat for 24 hours from the gym into my room would have been appreciated as I needed to do some physio exercises but somehow was told borrowing a yoga mat was not allowed. This should be something basic available to guests upon request.

I had a really lovely stay at Radisson. Everything was exceptionally clean and the staff were so helpful. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable. The overall atmosphere was warm and relaxing. The only small area for improvement would be the breakfast options, it would be great to see a bit more variety to cater for different tastes. That said, it’s a wonderful place to stay and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Bodrum!!!!

Some examples: At check-in we were offered a non-alcoholic beverage of our choice.. As we took care of the process quite fast we were asked if we prefered to have them in the room to what we agreed.. The drinks never showed up, and I had to phone 3 (THREE) times to have them. At 2nd day on breakfast they said they run out of English breakfast tea for my Wife despite it existence in the room..of course I had to tell them to get it from housekeeping as no one there thought of that. All the coffees in the 4 days of our stay (so more then 20 coffees as we were 4 persons) were served without spoon.. You don't use spoons in Bodrum?? Some bread were frozen and still cold. The breakfast spread was small and monotonous for a 4 day stay, mainly cheese quality; one of the days they run out of water melon and as I asked for more there wasn't despite the next day it appeared.. It looks like they didn't want trouble. Housekeeping was very unreliable.. Some days no turndown service, as others theys showed up, took all the towels away and forget to replace so had to ask !!! No place to put the hand soap ant the trash bin was not working as the top didn't belong to the bottom part. No service in the beach that was full of trash; All the visitors to the beach could use the Hotel chairs as there was no enforcement from the inexistent staff. And don't think this is all like this in Bodrum because we had excellent service in some restaurants, namely Karul Bitez. Avoid this hotel and go somewhere else.

Elena the manager and her team always offering outstanding customer service, thank-you team Radisson Collection you have made our first stay as a family in Bodrum Turkey truly memorable. Rooms are contemporary with an elegant decor throughout, offering all you need for a very comfortable stay. Sea view rooms like the Aspat Heaven are spectacular. Facilities within your own private bay include an indoor / outdoor pool, spa and great gym. Paddle and tennis court on site, hire of surf boards, to while away the hours. Clothes, jewellery Shops and supermarket on site. Fantastic hotel restaurants . Thank you team Radisson Collection Bodrum you made our stay truly magical. We will definitely be returning next year to make more wonderful memories.
