Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! We had a wonderful stay at Villa Santos Apartaestudios in Barranquilla and would definitely stay here again. The property is in an excellent location, close to Buenavista Shopping Mall, VIVA Shopping Mall, restaurants, and the Berlinastur bus service. For a couple, I would personally rate the location 9.8/10 because it was very convenient for shopping, transportation, and getting around Barranquilla. Our room was comfortable, had air conditioning, a refrigerator, a private bathroom, and was cleaned every day. The property also has free Wi-Fi, a swimming pool, a garden, and a terrace. The best part of our stay was the staff. They were extremely welcoming, friendly, attentive, and helpful. They gave us useful information about the area, helped us make sure we were using the right transportation, and also provided laundry service. We truly felt that they cared about making our stay comfortable and safe. Overall, this is a very good place to stay in Barranquilla, especially for couples looking for a convenient location, good service, cleanliness, and easy access to shopping and transportation. I definitely recommend Villa Santos Apartaestudios, and we plan to stay here again when we return to Barranquilla.
One thing travelers should know is that Booking.com indicated that an American breakfast was served on-site, but breakfast was not provided during our stay. Guests should therefore plan to prepare or purchase their own breakfast. More chairs and a table outside
