Reviewed Nov 4, 2025El lugar es hermoso. Nos hospedamos en una habitación con espléndida vista al lago. El personal es muy amable. El restaurante tiene comida muy rica, algo casera, bien servida. La alberca y el jacuzzi muy bien.
Todo muy bien. La regadera falló un poco pero fuera de eso todo bien. Solo tiene ventilador pero el clima de Chapala es bastante fresco.

Reviewed Nov 19, 2024La alberca no cuenta con calefacción, el agua estaba helada y no se puede disfrutar, no nos metimos ni una sola vez por ese motivo durante la estancia. Lo mismo el jacuzzi, que si bien estaba tibio, no permiten niños en esa área y el plan era convivir en familia, no dividirnos a cusa de la pésima temperatura de la alberca familiar. El precio del hotel es elevado y tampoco cuenta cln red de wifi en las habitaciones y el del área común es deficiente, si quieres ir a descansar y estar pendiente de tu negocio te será imposible por este motivo. Son dos detalles fundamentales que sí te hacen pasar un muy mal rato en el lugar a pesar que está muy bonito y el servicio del personal en general es bueno. Definitivamente no regresaríamos, no garantizan una estancia acorde al precio.

Los alimentos y la atención del personal fue muy buena. Sin embargo, la alberca nunca estuvo ni templada, el agua helada y no le daban limpieza, las habitaciones son lindas, pero se escucha todo Al ser un club, tienen ingreso los socios y sus acompañantes y se adueñan. De los camastros, que resultan insuficientes. las habitaciones que tienen patio, se puede ingresar en la parte externa, ya que se comunican, entonces, tiene poca seguridad. La vdd no regresaría

Reviewed Jan 29, 2024I would stay here 100 times more. The pictures do not to it justice it is a beautiful property with an amazing view of the lake. Beds are comfy and food is very good. Staff was exceptional. Had to take many taxis and the hotel staff called them for us every time. And a tip if you pay your taxi driver a little bit more they will come back for you. Location was great just a few minute drive to lots of shopping and food. We had friends that biked from the hotel to shopping and they loved it. STAY HERE! You won’t be disappointed!!

No cumplió mis expeditivas en nada! Por parte de Hotels no se hacen responsables, hacer una reservación con ustedes es ir con buena esperanza de que todo esté bien porque ustedes no se hacen responsables de nada con posterioridad a pagar la reservación

There is construction noise early every morning. It is annoying to go rest and being woken up by all the construction noise. This resort does not have ac or mini split a/c. It only has a fan. If you open the patio doors the breeze is wonderful at night yet, you are startled by the construction noise early morning. So, if you prefer refrigerated a/c make sure you ask the hotels around this area if they have it.

Reviewed Sep 22, 2023El lugar es bonito, tranquilo y con una linda vista, aunque la terrazas de planta baja no están divididas con muros no te dá privacidad. Al personal le falta actitud de servicio, desde la recepcionista, hasta los meseros. Hay muchas telarañas por todo el hotel debajo de las sillas y mesas y en los cojines de los sillones.
