The service was terrible. Delayed checking us in on purpose because the rooms were not ready despite the fact it was pass 5pm! They wouldn’t even offer you anything for the wait. Took us more than 30minutes to check in. I expected more from an international chain.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2024We didn’t use the breakfast service. There were many local eateries within walking distance that allow us to discover the food culture. There were also convenient stores and fresh food markets as well. The location was ideal. We had a direct view of the lake. The nearby lake and park provided some relief to the summer heat and avoid flooding during the stormy days.
None. The surrounding shops provided all the extra we needed to cater to our taste and lifestyle.

Reviewed Apr 30, 2024Such a nice apartment, with an outstanding view. we got the 2 bedroom apartment, it had 2 bathrooms also. super clean and modern, had everything we needed from the kitchen facilities, using the washing machine, toiletries etc. Actually when you arrive its not that wow from the outside but when you get to your room its WOW. The staff were super attentive and helpful also.
Nothing I didn't like but if i HAD to say something it would be the breakfast isnt that good in terms of selection but i guess its because most people will make their own breakfast in their apartments.
