很新很大很干净 我们房间有正对湖的浴缸 超满意步行100米就是音乐厅 听音乐会超超超方便

早餐太太太一般了 10.30结束 9.45到已经不补菜了 一堆剩菜残羹 蛋白质只有鸡蛋 肉都没有 工作人员（特别特别是餐厅的）专业度需要极大地提升

A hotel with a spacious room and a "stunning view from the window"

I was unhappy with the lack of basic, working Wi-Fi and the exorbitant deposit, which was more than double the cost of the stay.

Location...nearby mall of splendor..and nearby meixi hu art and culture park by Zaha Hadid design..i stay for it

There are stores inside the hotel which a bit disturbing the total design and ambience

Alles perfekt!!! Der IndoorPool mit Blick auf das Kunstmuseum und der Option im Hotelpool ein SUP zu mieten und damit den Pool zu befahren: was besonderes. Diverse Preisgünstige und qualitativ gute Restaurants in der Mall direkt neben dem Hotel, U-Bahnhof ist 100 m vom Hotel entfernt.

The room overlook the lake and can see the sunrise. The hotel location is good. The dinner buffet was good and the hotel staff, named Moon, at the restaurant was very helpful and teach me how to use MeiTuan to save money.

The housekeeper responded promptly, notified us in a timely manner, provided excellent service, had a beautiful environment with Meixi Lake just next to it. The breakfast was delicious and the kids enjoyed it. There was a swimming pool and a children’s playground. The small animals were very cute. We will definitely stay here again!

This hotel is fantastic! We stay here every month and feel right at home. The service is excellent, and the staff is wonderful.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff are super helpful and friendly. You could see a very great view of Mexi Lake and art performance center from the hotel window. The hotel also have a beautiful pool and gym, which can work out super easily! Recommend 100/100

Of all Marriott hotels that I’ve stayed over the years and attained the lifetime platinum status, my experience staying for the one night at Meixi Lake Hotel on10-Dec-2024 is the worst. The hotel management is not only selfish but also very unthoughtful of other customers. If there’s an agreement with the table tennis association with exclusive rights to certain facilities within the hotel like the gym, steam room, etc. for a period of their stay 10th to 18th Dec and restriction imposed on other customers to access these facilities, customers should be informed in advance of their check in about these limitations. They should be given ample times to decide if they want to keep the reservations and live with the restrictions or change the hotel. By informing the customers this situation at the time of check in only gives customers no choice and options but to put up with the selfish acts of the hotel management. I’m very disappointed with the hotel high handed way of managing this situation, especially for a LIfetime Platinium Elite Member who have been a loyalist to this group. My advice to the manager at the time of check out this morning is to pre-alert those customers about to check in for the next few days so they don't get the same bad experiences as I have gone through. Hopefully she understands and values other customers as the table tennis association😔

The rooms were spacious and the clean. The staffs here were friendly as well as willing to assist us in everything and staff . Everything was perfect and the food were really nice too. Overall a great experience as well. Happy to come back and visit again.

Beautiful hotel, good services, excellent food and high international attention services for tourists and foreigners. You can enjoy gym, swimming pool, bar lounge, cottages, and too many beautiful places. It's ubicated beside to the Jingmao Cultural Center Opera House

Totally exceeded my expectations, beautiful hotel which felt a privilege to stay there. The location quite nice, near to the subway and there is a big shopping mall nearby. Especially the view there, ssssuper nice, a big lake just nearby, and you can see the skyline of Changsha in your room and the architecture next is incredible! Absolutely everything catered for and the staff wonderful, special mention to the staff sherry & sunnie who are really enthusiastic and nice. I felt like I’m so welcomed and they treated me like an old friend, they shared a lots of informations and give me suggestions even this is my first time here. Please sends the best regards and the most sincere gratitude to all of them! The luxury collection definitely will be my first choice if I visit Changsha again. Hope to see you again soon!

They have good environment,i like the cinema close the hotal.The employees were friendly and patience.The bathroom is very clean and the items are organized very well. l like their turn down service,it's so warming and closed.l like this hotal.

This hotel was very luxurious and convenient. Located near the Cultural and Art center metro station. Lobby and pool were impressive. I received a room upgrade to a suite overlooking the whole lake. Club lounge was in lobby bar and provided very affluent happy hour dinner. Service was excellent.

Great service and good location. The hotel is neighboring the beautiful meixi lake and the Culture and Art Center. Every staff we met is so friendly and helpful. Especially thank Victor Zhang for the wonderful tour of the Culture ulture and Art Center.

Pleasant stay at the hotel which is located beside the Mexican lake with walking distance to mall and a couple of good restaurants. The staffs are very nice and I was welcomed by Ms. Rachel at the receptionist right after my arrival. Ms. Molly ZHU is also very helpful and the tiny problem I encountered was solved immediately. Good response abolity. I also got great help from Ms. Cindy LI of Housekeeping and the sanitary condition of the room is far beyond expectation. No doubt my friends and I will definitely come back for another great stay.

That’s my third time here and definitely not my last. Location of that hotel is very pleasant, there’s a subway station and lots of shops nearby. The staff is very helpfull and kind, rooms are clean and comfortable. I want to say a massive thank you to Judy, who really helped me with whole pandemic stuff. The hotel observes the principles of hygiene and cares for its guests and their safety. You have my sincere recommendation.

I stayed in this deluxe boutique hotel recommended by a friend. The hotel is very nice and looks quite new. The front desk has upgraded the lake view room, which has a great view，Thank you all for your service！

The hotel close to Metro subway, shopping mall, exhibition center. Exterior view is great, interior design same, like it very much. Check in and out happened to be the same staff, Tina Zhang, give us great service and lovely smile all the way thru, much appreciated for rich info provided, excellent. Food is also great, by far is the best since pandemic. (I had visited mote than 10 Bonvoy hotels since convid-19 outbreak). Miss out the lounge club happy hour as I am not free at that time. Will try next time. Room is spacious, and has great view, perfect for family with 2 kids. The only not perfect one is the BBQ set at night as when food came, not hot already. Maybe it is actually not a good choice to have it as in-room dining.

Good atmosphere and lovely service. Also the location is nice and convenient which closes to the subway station as well as the department store. The security staff is careful who shows the safety of hotel. Will revisit here very soon.

Arrived at the hotel on 18th May 2020, I have never experience such a careful stay. Except with the excellent furbishment, epuipments and service, the hotel has done great disinfection work for all the area including in and out the room with marks informed, also prepared several masks for my travelling. That really moves me during such a serious period and gave me a comfortable, safe stay with Changsha. Thanks for the front-end assistance who has upgraded a lake-view room for me with welcome gifts, and thanks for Jame Jiang, the bell boy helped me with my luggage when leaving and carefully gave me a card informed the taxi I took.

An exquisite trip and thank a lot for you guys the arrangement! My girlfriend was so happy for everything ! The room was cleanness and layout is great! Staff of Lobby lounge was good! So sorry for forgetting the name of who wrote the handwriting card of GRO maybe Tianli？🙃
