The food was good. Stuff tries to show support.

1st day the pool is not working! Then we try to discover the beach, it's 7 to 10 min with the bus shuttle! It's too far away. Then we discovered that the beach related to the hotel is too narrow and too crowded! And in pictures they share the wide view of the owners beach side, which is 3 or 4 times of hotel beach part.

الحاجة الوحيدة اللي معجبتنيش ان المفروض الشاطئ رملي ورغم كده كان فيه صخور في اول البحر ممكن نعمل ممشى لحد انتهاء الصخور اقتراح بسيط بس هيفرق عشان الصخور كانت حادة

Private beach was nice and the chill area in the pool

Can’t relax there’s kids everywhere shouting and splashing in the pool. Music super loud from morning till night and nobody speaks English. Disappointing for a 5 stars.

The hygiene the cleaniness and overall vibe and swimming pool and spa. Also food was amazing!

Far from the beach, shuttles move every 30-60 minutes, busses not very accessible for older guests (first step is pretty high). Beach sands can be a bit steep going down to the water which is also a bit tricky for older guests or for anyone with knee problems. Although the swimming pool was great, the stairs you can use to get in and ojt out of the water starts very high up, so it needs someone with good knee health to do it.

Amazing hotel

Property is well managed and is very relaxing to stay at, starting from pool, lagoon and beach with internal transportation available at scheduled times. Staff are really helpful, flexible and always attendant with a smile and willing to assist, specifically mentioning Mr. Mohamed Badr who supported me several times.

Nein. Es war schrecklich. Alles kaputt und sehr schmutzig. Morgens 7.30 Uhr wollte der Maler ins Zimmer kommen. Ohne zu klopfen wurde die Tür geöffnet und ich sehr unsanft geweckt. Nach der Beschwerde beim Manager und der Bitte um eine Rückerstattung wurde ich dsmit abgespeist das Zimmer benutzt zu haben. Absolute Frechheit! In keiner Weise zu empfehlen!

The property is very nice and bright with sun and balcony giving very wide bright rooms. The room was spacious and beautiful, all staff were very nice and helpful. Food quantity and quality were very good

Disappointing experience for a hotel of this category We recently stayed at Tanoak in Ain Sokhna. The location is beautiful, and the compound itself is very well designed and pleasant. However, unfortunately, the overall experience did not live up to the price or to the standards we expected from a high-end hotel. The cleanliness of the room was disappointing. The mattresses had visible signs of mould, and the toilets showed rust, which is not something we would expect from a property in this price range. The welcome at reception was also not particularly warm or professional. Some of the hotel’s general policies felt quite unusual for a resort of this standard. For example, guests are given cards for the pool/beach towels, with a $30 charge if a card is lost. The same applies to the room key. Considering that this is a resort with a swimming pool, lagoon and sea access, these rules felt unnecessarily strict and somewhat out of place. We booked a suite for three people through Booking.com. The reservation was apparently registered for two guests, so we had to pay an additional €100. We accepted the extra charge, especially since breakfast and dinner were included, so this was not really the issue. What was disappointing was the way the situation was handled at reception, which did not feel particularly welcoming or guest-oriented. The food was decent. Breakfast and dinner were both acceptable, but nothing particularly memorable or exceptional. The checkout experience unfortunately reinforced our overall impression. The same receptionist who had checked us in handled our departure. Rather than asking how our stay had been, his first request was for the room key and the towel cards. We explained that we had handed the towel cards to the pool attendant in exchange for the three towels. Instead of simply checking with his colleague, we were asked to wait while someone went to retrieve and verify the towels before completing our checkout.

La piscine et le lagon sont agréables et permettent de bien profiter.

La mer est pas accessible facilement, horaire des bus définies ce qui n’est pas pratique quand nous avons des enfants en bas âge et que nous avons besoin de rentrer de la plage. Le ménage n’est pas fait correctement, et nous avons du réclamer des serviettes après chaque passage. Le service global laisse à désirer.

The room was not clean bedsheets doesn’t fit the mattress and the mattress is not clean, the toilet is very bad shower is weird water pressure is very bad the heater was not working at all the AC was not working properly, the food in the restaurant is mid, some are good but the seafood is very bad not fresh at all, and no variety too. The room service is the worst no towels, shower gel, or water refill and when we called the reception now one came. The rooms has no sound proof you can hear people walking in the corridor as if they are with you in the room

Our experience at Tanouk Hotel was truly wonderful, from the warm welcome we received upon arrival to the exceptional hospitality and attention to detail throughout our stay. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. I would especially like to thank Mr. Mohamed Kamel and Chef Yasser for their genuine care and attention. When I explained that my wife has dietary restrictions and can only eat certain foods, they went above and beyond to make sure suitable meals were specially prepared for her throughout our entire stay. They also made sure to provide almond milk, which was a thoughtful touch that we truly appreciated. Beyond the food, the entire team made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Their kindness and hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to the entire Tanouk Hotel team for such a memorable experience. We will definitely be coming back again! ❤️

C’est un belle hôtel belle piscine mais un cotée où il y a les canapés qui n’est pas accessible à la baignade , mais le lagon était magnifique et la plage assez correcte

The food was good, the beach was beautiful and sandy, and I really enjoyed the overall vibe and atmosphere of the hotel.

The rooms were very unclean. I found hair from previous guests, and there was even a large spider in the room. The blankets also did not feel clean. Overall, the hotel was very overrated for the price, and I expected a much more luxurious and well-maintained experience.

The reception is really friendly and helpful. The room size is spacious and the view is very good. They have a good chance to improve.

At the day of arrival at night, I found a lot of flies are coming out from the AC, it was really disgusting, I called the reception to check the issue, they did their best and the problem remain the same which means there are no clean and maintenance for the AC tubes, this lead to change the room after an exhausting day Most of the staff ask you to take their private numbers to provide you the service (which you already paid for) to get tips. The cleanliness of the room is not good, you have to stay with the housekeeping to make sure the rooms are clean and for sure to tip them. Night activities are really poor, it just kids show and repeated every single day even the same songs and music. The swimming pool is not in a good condition, the reality is totally different than the picture. Food quality is average, the same items on the breakfast everyday, the changes may happen in the dinner.

The resort is absolutely beautiful. I love that there wasn’t a language barrier and they all spoke great English. The food is amazing the pool is amazing the rooms are even more amazing. If you’re looking to go I highly recommend. Definitely worth all the money. It’s very clean also

الموقع مميز ، لكن بعيد عن البحر شويه ، الاستقبال كان ممتازا ، والمطعم جيد جدا ، النظافة جيدة وليست مميزة ، البول ممتاز، والبحر رغم البعد ممتاز ، واعجبني جدا أحمد امن البوابة بشوش ومهذب جدا ، وخالد في المطعم

لم يعجبني بعض الأشخاص في التعامل وهم قلة ، لا أستطيع أن أقول أن أحدهم تعامل بشكل سئ ، لكن عندهم تأخير كثير، وخصوصا عندما طلبت زيادة يوم تأخروا مرتين في يومين فقررت عدم التحدث لليوم الثالث وكذلك الدور الأرضي في الفندق به حشرات من الحدائق ، وقد يكون ذلك طبيعيا علشان الزرع والحر ، لكن الزرع يحتاج رش وليست الغرف فقط ، بخلاف ذلك هو ممتاز ، لذلك تقييمي العام 8 من 10

Very disappointing experience. The hotel did not respond to my messages or emails. Even Booking.com tried contacting them several times and informed me that the hotel had not responded. Very poor and unprofessional customer service. I don’t recommend at all 👎

I liked the design and the white color everywhere, and the rooms are nice.

I didn't like the small size of the place, the fact that there was only one swimming pool and it wasn't big enough, the distance to the sea, and the type of bus used to get to the sea from the hotel, which was very tiring. There were also no nighttime activities at the location.

i had a wonderful stay at this hotel. everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized, and the staff were always friendly and professional. a special thank you Mr. Ahmad Badr, who was incredibly kind and generous. he surprised me with a complimentary room upgrade, which made my stay even more enjoyable. i highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.
