Very fast internet most of the time, not always. Good food. Hotel smells good everywhere.

Room werent clean. ACs are not working properly. The dining area is too small to accommodate the masses of guests! Poor entertainment. Staff members hate their job.

The food was really delicious, and Chef corllos was extremely helpful and accommodating. When I told him that my daughter was craving a specific dish, he went the extra mile and prepared it especially for her. Really appreciate the great service and the lovely experience! ❤️

Clean and very spacious rooms. Super friendly and welcoming staff mainly the reception team. Clean and large swimming pool area. The food was delicious with good varieties. The resort is very calm, organized and close to Cairo.

Beach area needs more attention however water is crystal clear.

I liked how well designed and chic the hotel is, The room are very clean and comfy, The check in and out was super easy and welcoming

The chef in the breakfast restaurant (the one who made eggs) He was really super rude and unprofessional His way is super bad to guests I visited this place once to have my breakfast omelette but never again

The beach facilities need a major upgrade. The beach space is very small and cramped.

​Disappointing Experience – Definitely Not a 5-Star Hotel, bad experience ​I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. It falls far short of 5-star standards in almost every aspect: 1. ​Unbending Financial Policy: I originally booked for 4 people, but upon arrival, we were only 3. The management completely refused to refund the difference for the missing guest. 2. ​Hotel was under Maintenance & Neglected Cleaning: The facilities was under maintained, with hazardous electrical wires sticking out of the walls. Housekeeping completely ignores trash in the hallways right in front of guests, and there are no recreational activities like billiards available. 3. ​Inconvenient Beach Access: The beach is located very far from the hotel rooms. You are forced to either drive your own car or wait for a golf cart shuttle, which is a major downside. 4. ​Unprofessional & Unsanitary Pool Area: Complete lack of supervision and basic rules. I witnessed staff members making tea for guests right by the pool using a personal kettle borrowed from one of the guests! Additionally, some guests were swimming in regular cotton undershirts without any enforcement of proper swimwear rules.

Very clean and well organized hotel. The food is amazing with too much variety. The pool is clean and rooms are new with good furniture. The staff is friendly starting with Maya Magdy from reservations then Mario from receiption who smooth our early check in giving us a rooms upgrade and also Ahmed from room service and cleaning. Thank you all for making our stay adorable.

Absence of daily activities either at pools or beach except the only singer performed in the first day “Ahmed Mostafa” with great performance and nice voice.

الفندق موقعه ممتاز ، الإفطار جيد ، الموظفين راقين وعندهم حسن التعامل مع الضيوف.

ان يكون نقل الضيوف كل 15 دقيقة الى البحر ( قولف كار) ، الفندق لا يقدم خدمة دخول المرافق الرياضية ( السونا ، حمام البخار) برسوم ماليه علما بأن الفنادق الأخرى سواء المحليه او العالميه فهي مجانا للضيوف المقيمين في الفندق طبعا الصاله الرياضيه مجانا ولكن حمام السباحة داخل الجم مقفل وعندما ابلغتهم تم ارسال شخص للقيام بفتح الحمام حيث التوقيت 11 صباحا، عدم وجود فعاليات ترفيه خلال أيام الاسبوع،

I was worried because my mum uses a wheelchair, so I contacted the hotel in advance. They were incredibly accommodating and prepared everything perfectly before we arrived. They changed our room to one that was more suitable for her needs, and the staff were very helpful throughout our stay. They made our experience comfortable and stress-free

الحمام في الجناح تفوح منه رائحة كريهة كذلك ستائر الجناح لا تغلق تماماً مما يصعب النوم فيها بعد شروق الشمس والفطور يعتبر عادي مايتغير والمطعم كذلك أكله عادي جداً ولا توجد فيه اي فعاليات بالنسبة لن اكرر الإقامة مرة اخرى

بعده عن البحر الثلاجة بالغرفة صغيرة و جلدتها خربانة فلا تبرد بطريقة صحيحة المطعم عادي جداً والحمام في الغرف لا يوجد به شطاف فقط في الأجنحة ولا يوجد فيه فعاليات وكل شيء يغلق الساعة العاشرة مما يدعو للملل

The hotel is excellent and staff is friendly and professional and the location overlooking the golf course is superb.

The premises are great and the staff were very responsive, helpful and friendly.

Not all the ramps were wheel chair friendly and there were too many insects outside that cannot be avoided in the room once you open the balcony just to enter and exit.

Spacious rooms,nice room furniture, clean, good open buffet both breakfast and dinner, excellent staff service with professional polite conduct.

The beach is far you need to take a transportation from the hotel, mosquitoes is overwhelming specially late night theyre everywhere, the reception couches and chairs are not comfortable at all, toiletries not good you have to specifically request some like slippers toothbrush. Yes the beds isn't comfortable for me cause they're soft.

All New place 👌🏼 room is very clean , a/c was perfect , staff was very friendly and helpful, the fore restaurant is a good choice

Some dust issues maybe fixed by extra effort ( elevator specifically ) but not affecting the overall staying quality

Gute Lage. Sehr schöner Strand. Gute Schwimmbadanlage. Nettes Personal, zuvorkommend und behilflich.

Sauberkeit in der Dusche, das Hotel ist 2 Jahre alt und in der Dusche sammelt sich an den Fugen leider schon allerhand Schmutz. Kein Englisch am Fahrzeugeingang. Auch beim Check In Mitarbeiter vor der Tür musste man sich eher mit Händen und Füßen verständigen. Fürs Check-In konnte man nicht vor der Eingangstür parken, sondern musste sofort einen Parkplatz suchen.
