說真的，CP值爆高，真的是可以成為我下次來長崎的第一選擇，真的很舒適，100分我能給95以上。 先講交通的部分，地理位置我覺得很難有飯店能超越了，有夠近，和AMU PLAZA可以說是共構，旁邊就是AMU PLAZA的門，要搭叮叮車或是搭JR去其他地方超方便。 再來是飯店服務人員的態度超級親切，服裝儀態整潔，是完全有在重視工作的感受，有任何疑問都十分願意協助。 飯店設施的部分，房間算很大，29吋行李箱能整個攤開，房間整潔，該有的都有，細節不馬虎，房間採光有夠好，我們房間的方位居然早上還能直接看到船進港(我住10F)，景色真的很棒，再來是每一層樓都有飲水機，這點真的讚。 早餐我覺得整體來說中上，是好吃的，但就是單純覺得主餐的內容好像直接改自助式也可以，不用硬要分出兩個主餐(中西式)，其他自助區都很新鮮好吃，也有長崎蛋糕能吃到(我去的時候是有啦)，吃早餐的地方就是AMU PLAZA裡面一間合作的餐廳，我是覺得這做法也不錯，沒記錯是要從5樓的專屬通道過去。 飯店整體裝潢讓人覺得很大器也很親切，就是內心感受很舒適！ P.S.過個馬路對面的【大庄水産 長崎駅前店】很好吃，有要去的可以參考看看。

其實也沒什麼特別不喜歡的，單純覺得如果有提供交誼廳或是在櫃臺附近能有行李磅秤會更好。

Très bien situé à la sortie de la gare et près des transports en commun. Accueil professionnel. Chambre spacieuse, propre et bien équipée.

朝食にうまやを利用できたこと。女性スタッフが全員親切で嬉しかった。

great location, next to the main train station. very helpful staff helping us to book a ride to the Gunkanjima island.

we had a real issue with the air conditioner. it was impossible to tune it to the correct temperature and a weak air flow. if you turn it off, you suffocate. if you turn it on, you freeze. it’s a shame because otherwise the hotel was exactly what we were looking for. the breakfast is served in a restaurant outside of the hotel and inside a food court.

This hotel was a very nice experience! It’s within easy walking distance of Nagasaki Station and all the public transport options. We arrived late in the evening but still had a very pleasant and easy check-in. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast is served in a separate restaurant in the shopping mall next to the hotel. The restaurant has a very traditional Japanese style, and the food was absolutely fantastic and delicious! In addition to the buffet, we could choose between Western-style or traditional Japanese-style dishes. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay, and we 100% recommend this hotel! We will definitely come back!

La relación calidad-precio de este hotel es muy buena, cumplió nuestras expectativas. Además tiene la ventaja de que está al lado de la estación de tren y de un centro comercial que tiene muchísimas tiendas.

チェックアウトが11時はありがたい 朝イチで朝食済ませて バス利用でお墓掃除お参りで汗💦びっしょり ホテル戻ってシャワー🚿出来ゆっくり 過ごせたのが都合良かったです

Things we liked: 1. Location- right where the train station is at. Lots of places to eat. It is also right next to the mall and the tram/streetcar spot. 2. Cleanliness and free bathroom amenities. 3. Staff were very kind and responsive.

What we wish we have in our room was a microwave. We were on the 9th floor and the microwave was placed on a central location which was the 6th floor. If you want to warm up your food after a long day and late coming back, you will have to go there.

天井からの空調の音、特に重低音で響いて来る音がうるさい時がありました

駅直結でとても楽でした。また利用したいと思います。

特にありません。が、しいてあげるとすると、エレベーターの近くにあるウォーターサーバーに蓋がおいていなかったことです。コップの蓋もあればお部屋までの持ち運びがスムーズにできたかなと思います。（子供がいたので溢さないか心配でした）

The first room I entered had a muggy smell from the restroom. I was afraid this might be the case for all rooms since it's an older hotel. However, the room they switched me to had no issues. Thanks!

Not a single thing I didn't like - staff were hospitable and kind throughout my stay. It was helpful that I was right by the train station as it has an information desk for tourists, and they were helpful in arranging my travel back to Fukuoka before the storm hit.

The location, service, and cleanliness were great. It was also relatively cheap for the quality

部屋が綺麗で、アメニティも良いものだった。大きめの手鏡もあり化粧もしやすっかった🍀 高速バスから直結で、観光手段としても移動手段もとても良かったです。

위치가 좋음. 기차역과 붙어있고, 버스 터미널과 가까움. 직원들 친절. 각 층마다 식수대가 있어 아주 편리했음.

자기전 침대에 기대 책을 읽는 습관이 있는데, 자세가 잘 안 나옴.

Si trova praticamente all interno della stazione. La colazione si fa in un bar del centro commerciale comunque molto buona. Camera pulita e abbastanza grande. Personale top. Gentile e disponibile. Soprattutto al ricevimento Kasumi e Soyeon. Grazie mille per l accoglienza.

市内の名所や商業施設へのアクセスがいい。JRと隣接してスケジュールが立てやすい

浴室は広くていいが、出入りの高さが気になった。夜中にトイレを使う高齢者には、ストレスが掛かる。

無！飯店樓下是餐廳，所以難免會有油煙味。

立地もスタッフ皆様の対応とても心地よいです。お部屋も綺麗で布団もふかふか。空気清浄機も設置あり。ダブルベッドのシングルユースで広々ベッド。最高の1日をありがとうございます。

The location is good, the bed is comfortable and the breakfast was tasty.

Surprisingly uinpleasant check-in experience - one staff member was really strangely impolite. This is not what we expect in Japan, and we always act in a respectful way so there was no reason to be brash. Also, the way breakfast is arranged is so so - you need to go to a restaurant in a shopping center and there, options are quite tasty, but limited. Also, the rooms are small...

Clean, friendly staff, water/hot water provided on every floor, great location.

The WiFi connection wasn’t good. We also didn’t like the music in the hallway. We could hear it inside our room early in the morning when we wanted to sleep in.

Great spot centrally located for ease of exploring Nagasaki. Short walk to the station and a mall on your doorstep. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was bigger than most Japanese hotels and plenty of additional features provided such as phone chargers, irons and ironing boards.

The parking suggested was 2000 Yen per night, but we found parking across the street for 1000 yen.

After 1 month of travel around Japan this place was the worst. Stay next door at the Marriott.

Location clean safe

Bathroom has an ENORMOUS step to get into or out of. Very dangerous. We had to keep the bathroom light on in case we used it in the middle of the night so we wouldn’t get severely hurt trying to get into or out of it. Also high shower/tub but that seems to be everywhere here.
