スタッフの方々の対応が活気が無く、必要最低限の印象でした。 チェックアウトの際にも ありがとうございました の一言もありませんでした。 エアコンが古くちょこちょこと止まる。 喫煙室でしたが、空気清浄機の無いホテルが初めてで少し驚きました。 部屋が狭い。

We booked last minute and unfortunately they only had smoking rooms but the location was convenient so we chose it. Would not recommend smoking rooms, would have rather stayed further away. Corridors smelt horrible and so did the rooms. The breakfast was very plain and not worth the money. Better off finding a cafe for the same price and over food.

部屋のエアコンが常に稼働してる訳でなく、定期的にガっと冷やすタイプなのか、冷やしてない時間が暑く感じました。

①フロントに3人スタッフがいるのに、３台のチェックイン機に客が並んでいて、時間がかかった。 １人がときどき機械のそばで操作方法を説明していたが、２人はフロントの中にいて、何もせず立ってみているだけ。客が並んでいるときなフロントデスクでの人によるチェックインも並行して行うべきだ。 ②朝食が簡素だった。

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026清潔感があり、他所のホテルに泊まれないほど綺麗だと思う。今回は11階だった。狭かった印象でいつもの部屋とは違ったデザインだった。上階なので騒がしさや臭いは気にならなかった。ベッドの上からテレビが真正面だったので見やすかった。入り口のアメニティの位置が変わってたが分かりやすかった。宿泊客限定で入り口にあるロッカーを利用した、とても便利でまた利用したいと思った。近隣のコンビ二は外国人の店員で不快に感じることがあったので、いつもホテルフロントが日本人のスタッフで安心できる。今回も丁寧に応対してもらった。
良くないというより、自分が不便と感じた点でいうと11階だったのでエレベーターを待つ時間があった。部屋の狭さのせいかテーブル、冷蔵庫、ポット、椅子の位置が1カ所じゃないところ（いつもの部屋の一体化した置き方に慣れていたので）

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026The hotel left an overall good, though not particularly impressive, impression. The location is convenient, no more than a 10-minute walk from Nagasaki Station. The room is small but clean, with typical Japanese ergonomics: everything you need is provided, and the space is used efficiently. The staff was polite and stored our luggage until check-in, as we arrived much early. For the unpretentious traveler who just needs a place to sleep and be right in the center of things, this is a perfectly suitable option. There's no street noise, and the plumbing and air conditioning work properly. The only caveat: the common areas and hallways look a little tired, but this doesn't significantly affect the quality of the stay. If you don't expect anything spectacular, you'll be satisfied.
If you don't spend much time at the hotel and just use it as a place to sleep, then there are no complaints. It's a good choice in terms of price/quality ratio.
