Loved the location and accommodation.

I didn't like my room at 1st had no air. And the room was not cleaned properly.

This is an extremely nice Embassy Suites. From check-in to check out we had no issues. Everyone was extremely nice. We arrived for a surprise engagement so had four rooms. They were king bed two room suites which fit the occasion beautifully. Bathrooms were extremely clean, loved the big showers! The breakfast was phenomenal. Anything from cereal, waffles, eggs, and even made to order omelettes! I would highly recommend this hotel if you’re in the round rock area. We will be visiting again when we come back. We enjoyed the Bar Louie attached to the hotel. Again, extremely nice wait staff and enjoyed the live music.

Location was great, property clean. Staff attentive

Couch bed was uncomfortable but it’s a couch bed

Location. Breakfast was really nice

Bed was hard. Couldn’t connect to the WiFi

The location

You can hear other people talking the walls was a little bit thin.

The bathtub and tv’s in both areas

To much going on there was no coffee because there were so many guests and I went at 7 am. Did not think my room was very clean there was stuff in toilet and the bathroom needed a good deep cleaning.

We met Brandon and he was awesome!

Bad choice by having live music in the bar that’s attached to the hotel.

Knowledgeable, welcoming, not pushy

It was wonderful talking with David

My discussion with David was very enjoyable! He is an excellent conversationalist!

Perfect location with

The cleanliness and kind staff

Absolutely nothing

Very clean, spacious room

Breakfast was great! Hotel was clean and comfortable.

Indoor pool, I prefer an outdoor one.

Brandon was absolutely amazing. He helped me get my accounts and early points. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer

Cleanliness, friendly staff, great breakfast variety!

Can't think of anything

Not as good as I had remembered

New modern clean facility with friendly staff and nice amenities.

Nothing, everything was great.

Beautiful hotel! We loved the room an spaciousness. The shower was great! Breakfast was delicious.

The bed was a little firm for me. I would have liked more fresh fruit choices for breakfast.

The room was amazing very spacious , and clean .

The shower could be a little bigger .didn’t like it was a tub and the shower head didn’t really work .

Clean, new, staff was friendly. The bar/restaurant was delicious

Nothing

I loved that it was clean and the breakfast was great!

I don't like having to turn on the main light in order to turn on the lamp in the living area.

Staff at front desk was not welcoming. When I asked for bottled water, they front desk made me feel like I was making an unreasonable request.

Central

Nothing

Clean, comfortable and great made to order breakfast omelette.

Breakfast was good and the cocktail hour, minus the bartender. He was so rude to so many people. He had a constant chip on his shoulder. Just not pleasant or friendly at all!

The male bartender was rude and every night had an attitude. I asked for a crib the night before check in via the Hilton app chat and still had to wait 3 hours AFTER I checked in to receive it delivered to the room. Not very organized at all and wasn’t appreciated after a long day of driving and my one year old needing a nap.

Breakfast is great!

While the staff and general ambiance were absolutely amazing, the actual rooms are less than desired. The rooms are decorated beautifully and updated, but the noise level from other rooms (beside and above) and hall is absolutely terrible. So far I have heard people peeing, their full cell phone conversations, coughing, sneezing, the people above me having sex, moaning and all. I moved rooms and still had these issues. Never have I stayed in a hotel where the rooms carry this much sound, and I travel a lot. Definitely will not be staying again. A good night’s sleep is a high priority when I book a hotel and this did not meet the mark at all.

Nice and clean with good amenities

Nothing

Clean, and convenient location

Staff was rude and lacked information

Breakfast, and the rooms are exceptional 👌

The late check out is only at 12, I couldn't do 1pm like I would have like.

Todo es excelente

The property was close to everything.

Hot water was extremely limited. We requested extra towels and blankets and didn’t receive them.

The hotel was clean, room was ready and the food was great!

The beer battered fish and chips. It was over cooked and too crispy.

Staff was great and we always enjoy staying there. Excellent service all the way around.

Breakfast was great staff was exceptionally helpful

I have stayed here multiple times and this time it was quite evident the hotel was under new management. I stayed during a pretty bad ice/sleet storm and was appalled by the GM of the hotel parking his pickup under the entry, blocking vehicles of customers from a smooth check-in. I had to purchase my own soap for the vanity after my room was cleaned and the missing soap still not addressed. And the snacks at the little store in the lobby were the 1 ounce bags for kid's lunches. I checked out a week after the storm and the fountain pump out front still had a bearing screaming replace me. It's just not the same, and not worth the effort. I will stay closer to the office next time.

My check in was so horrible I could not sleep or enjoy my stay I just wanted it to be over so I can move pn

check in and staff

The breakfast was very good! The food was fresh and tasty. There is great seating. There is a large lobby with multiple sitting areas comfortable to meet friends or visitors.

I was pleased with everything.

Great location!

Very clean

The location.

I arrive after 3:45 and was told my room was not ready. After a long evening I just wanted to relax and the bed was uncomfortable . Did not sleep well.

Nice spacious room…clean

Breakfast food was just okay

We stayed here last Thanksgiving and loved it so we rebooked for Christmas time.

The front desk staff and woman manager are absolutely incompetent and stole money from us! I have been dealing with Hilton customer service, booking.com, and will deal with my cc company. Do not stay here!

Great bang for your buck! Loved the complimentary happy hour and breakfast and staff was friendly. Location is ideal, there’s places to shop, and grab food walking distance from the property. 100% will stay again!

Can’t think of anything

Location

I had to call front desk 4 times to come change sheets and drop off clan towels .then housekeeping came and she told me to change the bed sheets and the fitted sheet wasn’t even the right size

Junior was so kind and went above and beyond. He even reminded me about plugging in my honors account (holiday brain lol) to ensure I received points for my stay. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very accommodating.

Everything was EXCEPTIONAL

Nothing

We stay at this property every time we visit Austin and love the spacious rooms, great location, and friendly staff. Natalie the associate was wonderful.

I’ll start from the moment we checked in. We walked into the Embassy lobby and we couldn’t believe how beautiful it was with a huge Christmas tree in the center. The staff at check in were very polite and professional. I’ll just continue with pros and cons. Pros : Beautiful hotel Amazing staff Immaculate rooms Everything seems brand new Breakfast was perfect. Breakfast staff was amazing Parking, not bad at all Bar Louie -service an food was perfect Cons: Wish the luggage carts had rubber wheels. It’s so loud pushing it on the beautiful tile floor. We felt people were looking at us. That’s not really even a complaint. Again, thank you embassy, maybe Marriott’s can learn a lot from Hilton properties like this one.

Beautiful clean hotel with a 4-star feel stands up to Embassy's reputation for a welcome stay. The Hilton Grand Vacations team Brandon and Kimone were excellent ambassadors for the brand.

Great experience. Kid friendly. Absolutely the best hospitality. Thanks for making our stay amazing. Home away from home.
