The staff were all friendly and professional. I absolutely loved my stay here! The highlight of my trip was sitting back and sipping my morning coffee while enjoying the stunning sea views. The scenery alone is worth the stay. Highly recommended

The property has an amazing location near everything you need to have a perfect stay in Dahab. Walkable distance to restaurants and beaches. Not even mention the terrace and breakfast… Absolutely stunning!!! Staff very friendly and attentive as the management set the tone for great service. Highly recommended!

We had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel. The location is excellent, and the staff were the highlight of our experience. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The breakfasts were good, and overall the hotel offers great value for the price. The rooms are a bit dated, but they are comfortable. If there is one area that could be improved, it would be the cleanliness of the bed linens and some of the room facilities. A few small updates would make the stay even better. There is no direct access to the sea, but we easily used a nearby beach, so it was not a major issue for us. Overall, we were happy with our stay and appreciated the kindness and hospitality of the staff.

The only things we would like to see improved are cleaner bed linens and some room updates, as the hotel is a bit old. It would also be wonderful to have direct access to the sea. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back again. Thank you!

مكان الفندق غير واضح، حتى ابن المكان لم يعرف اين الفندق! عندما عثرنا على الفندق عرفتا ان الموقع جيد.

عند الوصول اخذت منا جوازات السفر لتصويرها ولم تتم اعادتها مباشره، بل وضعن في درج غير امن! ونحن طلبناها بعدها بوقت قصير!!!! عند الدخول الى الغرفه كانت غير نظيفه، بل ووسخه كثيرا، السرير كان وسخا حاولنا النوم بضع ساعات وعند النهوض كانت ظهرنا تؤلمنا!! الارضيه غير نظيفه، المكيف انطفأ بعد عده دقائق من وصولنا ولم يعمل حتى اتصلنا بهم لتصليحه! صباحا في اليوم التالي، خرجنا من الفندق واستاجرنا فندق اخر نظيف ومريح وبقينا فيه حتى اخر يوم برحلتنا!!! لا انصح ابدا في المكوث بهذا الفندق!

I booked the room expecting a clean and comfortable stay, but unfortunately the restroom was very smelly and not clean at all. I requested a room change, but in the second room I found bugs under the bed.

I spent an amazing time at the hotel. The hotel has a beautiful café on the coast, where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast and rest all day long. The room is very comfortable. The hotel is located very close to the city center. In conclusion, for such a cheap price, I got everything I wanted.

Unfortunately, the fridge in room 107 wasn’t working properly.

So briefly it was a horrible stay : 1- the room locker wasn’t working and we left our stuff inside in the first day with no locker and we complained a lot about that with the reception and nobody cared until I called booking.com themselves and finally they did it after getting in fight with the hotel staff. 2- the public beach bathroom was always dirty as in the photos. 3- the breakfast is horrible 4-nobody is setting at the reception most of the time 5-the rooms’ curtains is useless and you gonna wake up since sunrise, and the window is made of wood so no soundproof, like you’re staying in street and the noise is until 2 am 6- the bed’s mattress wasn’t comfortable at all. 7- one of our beds had no blanket and we asked them several times and they didn’t bring it. 8- no towels in the rooms

Good value for money. Excellent breakfast. Pleasant staff. Some signs of out of season lack of attention e.g. some light bulbs not working. Bathroom plumbing a bit ropey. But otherwise fine. manager was very helpful.

The guy in reception at check in and check out was pleasant. Very helpful and informative. Loved the location...walking distance to restaurants and great shopping.

Ok, I had a few issues with this place. I think the Hotel itself is a work in progress...alot of potential there but far from finished. Its in a beautiful location and on the outside it looks beautiful but in the actual rooms....a big mess!. My shower had no shower curtain or anything to protect the water from splatter, so everytime I showered the whole bathroom floor would be flooded...and the toilet is in there too. When I asked for soap they gave me shampoo bottles instead. There were no clean towels when I got there and when I asked for some...they have me 1 and it was marked by some kind of ink. They were fixing rooms downstairs so always alot of noise and they originally said buffet breakfast was included and started at 8am. I didnt get served breakfast until after 9am and it wasnt buffet. Reception in the evenings are never manned because they are all in the back watching something...place could be better and I hope they do get better in time because it really has the potential to be a great little gem!

The bathroom has a smell always, there’s no shampoo, the room cleanliness is not up to standard, a lot of dust behind the couch under the TV. The chairs in the balcony are in a bad condition.

I really enjoyed my stay at Happy Land Hotel. The location is perfect, very calm and relaxing, exactly what you need in Dahab. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt cozy and peaceful. I would definitely come back again.

Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich bei der Buchung im Datum geirrt und konnte den Zeitraum ohne Probleme und Zusatzkosten ändern. Das Frühstücksbüffet war abwechslungsreich, üppig und sehr, sehr lecker mit fantastischer Lage direkt am Meer. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Matratze sehr bequem. Ich komme bestimmt wieder.

Jest to najfajniejszy hotel w Dahab na jaki trafiłem. Mieszkałem w tym mieście już w wielu hotelach ale ten był najlepiej zorganizowany dzięki dyrektorowi Mahmedowi który wkłada sporo wysiłku i starań żeby goście byli zadowoleni z pobytu. Największym atutem hotelu jest świetna lokalizacja niemalże w samym centrum Dahab i śniadania na tarasie przy morzu. Śniadania rewelacyjne!!! Można było najeść się do syta lokalnymi specyfikami. Do tego wyśmienity chleb przypominający polski o walorach smakowych przewyższajacy większość polskich piekarni wypiekany na miejscu ktorego nie da się kupić nigdzie w mieście. Bardzo polecam to miejsce. Średnia ocena 7.8 nie jest adekwatna do jakości ponieważ w wyżej ocenionych hotelach jakość była dużo niższa!!! Na pewno wrócę w to miejsce.

Personnel sympathique et très serviable, le patron toujours au petit soin, dépannage pour petit souci, omelette et pancake du petit déjeuner extra. Grand merci à vous tous.

It was a perfect stay! I really enjoyed my time there. The best part was the breakfast — they served sourdough bread that tasted homemade, and it was absolutely amazing.

non è un hotel di lusso, è economico ma confortevole, il personale è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile a venire incontro alle tue esigenze, colazione abbondante e in riva al mare, posizione centrale vicino al centro e alla spiaggia di lagoona, a pochi passi avete diving, noleggio bici, e centro massaggi, anche il centro medico è raggiungibile a piedi. Insomma tutto a portata di mano

qualche lavoretto nelle stanze andrebbe fatto, comunque funziona tutto e il personale interviene subito per ogni richiesta

Staff are sleepy. I informed them I would arrive in the early morning, but when I arrived, I had to wait 2 hours until his highness woke up. Also, they are asking to give them a high rate even before arrival.

The rooms was not clean, there were ants all over the place and food under the bed from other guests. I reserved a king bed room and ended up in a double bed room

The wifi as well was not working and the AC was very bad

We really enjoyed the hotel's excellent location, comfortable beds and value for money. The staff, especially Alaa, were so helpful and welcoming.

It was very tight and the furniture is extremely old and the sheets were not clean. The pictures in booking is completely different from the reality. The rooms are not sea view or even side view. The beach is far away from the rooms. Some of the staff were extremely rude!

A beautiful and peaceful spot right in the heart of Dahab. The camp has an excellent location—close to everything yet still quiet and relaxing. It truly reflects the spirit of Dahab: simplicity and authenticity. It’s important to set your expectations before coming . If you're looking for a luxury hotel experience, this may not be the right fit. But if you're coming to enjoy Dahab as it is, you'll appreciate the atmosphere here. Yes, some maintenance is needed in parts of the place, but when I spoke to the team, they were responsive and said improvements are already underway. They even offered to send a technician immediately if I needed anything fixed during my stay. For what you pay, this place deserves a 1000 out of 10. It's all about value for money—and in that sense, it's a hidden gem.

The receptionist was A+, very helpful and great English, which is not that easy to come by. The room was alright, it had everything that you need. Good location.

Breakfast was very basic. Not much of a community sense going on for solo travellers, it looked like it's more of a family hotel.

Overall, our stay at Happy Land was truly exceptional. The location is unbeatable, situated right in Mamsha (the vibrant heart of Dahab). The breakfast was delightful, and enjoying it at the restaurant, which is set directly by the sea, made the experience even more special. The room was a comfortable and well maintained standard hotel room. The staff went above and beyond with their helpfulness and friendliness, thank you all! I’m definitely looking forward to returning soon. ❤️

Staff are very polite and helpful and caring, as alone female they really looked after me and made me feel safe, great location and nice breakfast in a really nice restaurant with sea view, pure smoothies 👍🏿fast free wifi internet everywhere. The room wasn’t clean

The only thing that we liked were the location of the hotel and the beds.

-The wifi wasnt working. -The cables socket plugs werent working. -One of the rooms we rented the shower head was loose and water was getting everywhere. Room (105) -the worst thing we faced was the staff, they didnt give us ANY privacy, always lurking around when we go in and out of our rooms. Looking directly at us while wearing our swimsuits and pjs as if as we werent wearing normal vacations clothes. Which was weird because we always go to dahab and we never face something like that especially from our hotel staff. We were making sure that we locked the rooms with the room key because we were truly uncomfortable and felt unsafe.
