Only the Location being near the center

The whole room smelled like weed or hash something like that , bed sheets looks like it has beenvused & washed thousand times The shared bathroom smells like hell Really rude staff they treat you like your staying for free except for the woman receptionist that checked us in , fair price for just only for 1 or 2 night stay

It was such a terrible experience, the rooms was not like it's looked like on the app, the toilet was not working, there is no mirror in the toilet, no TV, the AC composure was on the top of the room so you can feel the vibration in ur bones, and beside all of that the stuff was so rude, they put us in a triple room with 3 beds in a very tiny space also when we asked to have our room that we reserve it which is double room with 2 beds only and enough space to walk through the room, they said not available and this is what we currently have, so we asked to cancel the reservation and they can take the day cost and the remaining to be refunded, once we suggested that the owner "Kirolos" Started to black mail us and start to put pressure by that we have only 2 options, first one to stay and take what it ever we have now or we can leave but they would take 50% ??? He threatened me by stating that " I have the ability to refund you guys the money and take one day cost only but I will not do that because I do whatever I want " We called 122 and one of the police officers came and investigate in the matter and after checking the room and the photos on the booking he take our side and he escalated the matter formally and after that Kirolos the owner offered that he would take one day cost only but only after the police officer came, at the end it was such a nightmare I would never try it again and not recommending any one to go through such an experience like this 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

The people here work hard to keep the place clean. It's very well located, close to the beach and all the shops and restaurants. The beds are very comfortable and the showers work perfectly. The terrace is a pleasant place to sit, both day and night. If I were to return to Dahab, I would definitely book this hostel again.

The bedsheets/ cover weren't clean but it wasn't a big deal, there's not enough space for storing clothes.

It needed a bit more cleanliness and the wifi was very bad but for the price I’m not complaining too much.

First of all the location is amazing because it’s near to literally every thing u want ( restaurants ,cafe, taxi station, supermarkets,…) Secondly the room was very clean even though I arrived early so they didn’t have much time but they were able to clean it very well and gave it to me There were clean bed sheets and cover and a large towel and a couple hangers for clothes! The mattress was really comfortable There were mini refrigerator which was a good addition to the room and air conditioning was working perfectly. I choose the room with attached bathroom which was very clean and there was hot water all of time and never had issues with water . I highly recommend reserving the room with the attached bathroom Thirdly there is a large shared garden with tv and some tables and chairs if u want to eat outside the room or simply enjoying ur time inside and it has a very nice vibes. and Most of the rooms open directly to the garden so there are no stairs so i think it may be a good option for people with special needs . Lastly the staff were extremely helpful and cooperative. Definitely I will be back

The only thing I can think of is there was no soap in the bathroom but I usually travel with my own products so that wasn’t a problem for me .

The best camp I have stayed in during my stay in Dahab, the staff is very helpful, rooms are clean, the AC is excellent and the location is strategic.

Best compromise price quality

I have been in three different hostels in Dahab and this one was very clean with comfortable beds. If you like some peace and less noise this one is it. It's not as centrical as the others but in 10 minutes walking you are in the center of Dahab. The hostel had a very nice ambiance and relaxing patio. Right outside of the hostel you can find lots of restaurants and mini markets for whatever you need.

Some problems with the Wifi. It comes and goes.

freedom to check-in/out late or early without extra charge, able to leave my bags secured with the front desk while out and about in Dahab after checking out, use of shower facilities in the hostel after checking out, supportive staff to help me manage excursions as a solo traveler, location: close to Laguna/restuarants/cafes/reputable diver shops without being directly in Lighthouse boardwalk which can be loud - location was perfect and quiet, room was good with my own shower and bed compared to other options that require shared rooms for the same price as Auski, A/C and cleanliness was good

It was a relaxed place and I felt comfortable. The staff was helpful and welcoming. Easy going place.

Really friendly and helpful staff. 24 hr reception and they let me check in very early as I was coming on the ferry from Jordan. Bed was comfy. Lots of hot water in the shower. Nice Bedouin-style common area with a hammock. They played music in the evenings but it didn't go too late. Great location, right near the beach and the main restaurant street. Would 100% stay again.

The bathroom was dirty most of the time, the painting in my room was falling apart.

The staff members and the manager were all really helpful and friendly throughout the stay, they truly care about providing a proper service. A great place to meet new people and socialize, as well as the perfect location it has.

The staff are amazing, they help you with anything you need, very kind people, my second time at auski and there would be a third next time I need a hostel in dahab.

I don’t recommend the place for solo female travelers as one of the Staff was inappropriate and kept trying to force a conversation and sort of flirting with me, also the first impression was bad asking me if I smoke or drink! Then he offered to put the wifi password but then I was surprised he added his phone number as well!! Which I didn’t approve of, in summary his presence made me so uncomfortable the whole stay. Other than that the place was okay.

Perfect location

The outside is clay but when you pass by you will ruin your room inside. There is no special place to store your clothes which is risky in a hostel with shared room.

Sai is cool, and very hardworking to make sure the hotel conpound so clean. Sai's smile make my stay in the hostel different. AC good function even in dorm. Good clothes hanging area. Cool and cozy common area. Quiet corner.

Location is perfect to explore Dahab, and also to to explore both the quiet and loud aspects of Mashraba street,

very close to the Mashraba and a walking distance from most restaurants and the bus stop. Kero and Posy were very friendly and hospitable and the rest of the staff too.

the bathroom in our triple room was very dirty the toilet had not been cleaned and it looked like it was permanently stained in the bowel so bad we didn’t even use it. we ended up using the bathroom and toilets in the communal bathroom as it was way cleaner than our private one in the room. was fine for 2 nights

Nice place to stay in a great location. Near restaurants, shops, scuba providers. Great staff- super helpful to accomodate anything you might need and easily reachable for any questions. Appreciated their help with airport dropoff.

Wifi was hit or miss. The first couple days I did have some issues connecting to wifi, and the team was able to restart the router. The rest of the visit the wifi was pretty reliable. Accomodations are basic but a good value for the money, especially when I was booking at the last minute. Water went out one night but the staff was quick to repair it.
