Die Lage am Bahnhof Europa/Fira ist perfekt, sowohl für die Anreise vom Airport, als auch in Richtung City, oder auch mit dem trans Montserrat Ticket zum Kloster. Auch die Restaurants in der Umgebung sind recht gut. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und sauber, das WLAN funzt, Checkin und Checkout seemless, Coffee-to-go-Ausstattung und Wasserspender 24/7 im Frühstücksraum verfügbar, das Frühstück selbst vielfältig und gut, bis auf den "Fahrkartenkontrolleur" am Zugang zum Frühstücksraum war das Personal top

Im Frühstücksraum war es, obwohl flächenmässig sehr gross, auch zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten, immer sehr voll, wodurch es zu langen Wartezeiten an den Waffelstationen kam und das Personal, obwohl sehr fleissig, insbesondere mit der Rühreiproduktion gar nicht hinterherkam...hier sollten die Kapazitäten eventuell etwas erhöht und eine zweite Buffetstelle eingerichtet werden, denn insbesondere Geschäftsreisende verlassen sich auf ein effektives Frühstück, welches direkt verfügbar ist und wollen nicht, oder haben gar nicht die Zeit, auf bestimmte Artikel länger zu warten...

Een prima hotel,we kunnen geen minpunten bedenken. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, goed ontbijt. Met bus L 95 dat vlakbij het hotel is,ongeveer 15 á 20 in het centrum.

Hotel nowy. Czysty. Warto go wynająć jeżeli jest się więcej niż na dwa dni w Barcelonie. Pyszne śniadania.

Pierwszej nocy nie działała nam klimatyzacja w pokoju. Na zewnątrz było wtedy 29 stopni w w nocy,więc był to dla nas horror. Na moją prośbę o zmianę pokoju otrzymałam informacje że wszystkie są zajęte. Dopiero kolejnego dnia otrzymaliśmy inny pokój z działająca klimatyzacją.

Hotel som využila na prespanie (1noc) kvôli blízkosti letiska. Metro je hneď 2-3min od hotela, izba menšia, ale na prespanie stačilo, posteľ pohodlná, kúpeľna obrovská, ale počuť bolo všetko. Ak máte tichých susedov, je to ok, inak by som ja osobne mala problém. Raňajky fajn, vybrala som si. Ak chcete cestovat po meste, hotel je ďaleko. Čiže skôr odporúčam na takéto prespatia.

Хотелът е с много чисти и добре обзаведени стаи. Леглата са широки, с комфортни матраци и възглавници. Персоналът е любезен и отзивчив. Има възможност за безплатно съхранение на багажа. Местоположението е много комуникативно - в близост до спирки на метро и автобуси.

Закуската би могло да бъде с по-голямо разнообразие.

The location is really close to the metro station Fira/Europe, making it very convenient to go to many places in Barcelona. The room was quite spacious and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. We got a room with a beautiful view.

One of our phones got “stolen” by the cleaning staff. Might have been an honest mistake but the hotel manager we talked to Sunday and Monday was rude and unprofessional. The ladx at the front desk working when we checked in and the one we meet on Sunday Evening when we picked up the phone after the phone was miracously found were both very courteous and polite.

Nada. Solo durante desayuno he tenido un discusion con la camarera sobre mermalada. No hay fresas esta vacio. La respuesta dr mujer: hay un otro. Melocoton. Claro, pero este respuesta no profesional. Un dia antes la camarera le he avisado tambien: mermalada ambos vacio. No es un gran problem.

I checked in on August 24th after an exhausting travel delay from Paris due to heavy rain, arriving around 1:30 AM instead of 9:30 PM. Unfortunately, the treatment I received during my stay was very disappointing, with only one staff member showing true professionalism Marcos (Receptionist): When I arrived late and exhausted, he refused to issue my key unless I paid a €50 deposit immediately, despite having already prepared it. His attitude was extremely rude and unhelpful given the situation. I eventually had to hand over $100 as collateral just to get into my room. The Female Supervisor(Lorena): She was the only highlight of this terrible service experience. She listened attentively, understood the exhaustion I was dealing with, unlocked my room so I could shower, and smoothly handled the currency exchange once I got Euros from the mall. She displayed the actual hospitality standard this hotel lacks.

Polecam hotel bardzo blisko metro z którego dostaliśmy się do każdej części Barcelony. Śniadania również bardzo dobre, łóżko wygodne + wieczorem klimatyczny widok z okna. Okolica bardzo spokojna, blisko galeria handlowa.

Hotel nuevo cómodo con un centro comercial pegado y muy buenas comunicaciones

En recepción no se enteran mucho. Nada más llegar me dijeron que la reserva estaba mal que solo tenía una habitación cuando eran 2. Le tuve que sacar el justificante de la reserva, al final se arregló pero el susto no me lo quitó nadie. En el check out querían que pagase otra vez los impuestos locales. En recepción los veo muy despistados. Por Último en el desayuno falta personal y tienes que recoger tu mesa al finalizar el desayuno como en MC Donald.

The hotel was fine. The staff was pleasant.

It was difficult getting to the hotel, we had to take public buses from the airport. It was great being so close to the mall. But our issue is that we had several items, including prescription pain medication and a credit card stolen from our room and the staff basically brushed it off instead of doing a thorough investigation. We still haven't received any resolution of our complaint even through Hilton headquarters.

A szobákban nagyon kevés a szekrény, a pici bőröndökből egyáltalán nem lehetett kipakolni a ruhákat. Vizes fürdőruhákat és törülközőket sem lehetett kiteregetni, egy darab szárító sincs a szobákban. Egy foglalásban egyszerre két szobát foglaltunk, egymásba nyílókat, erre kaptunk az első emeleten és a hatodik emeleten 1-1 szobát. Jobban oda figyelhetnének, hogy az egyszerre foglalt szobák közelebb legyenek egymáshoz, főleg ha egybe nyíló szobákat foglaltunk.

There was a deposit which was either not mentioned or I missed somewhere, but I guess it is a local thing and it does get sent back quickly after the stay.

The breakfast food was delicious. I did not try it myself, but I saw many guests enjoy making their own waffles; I had never seen such an apparatus before. I was happy to have a kettle in the bedroom. I appreciated the spacious shower.

Śniadania trochę słabe, szczególnie w porównaniu z Hamptonem w Warszawie: jajecznica trochę sztuczna w smaku, fasolka czasami chłodna, ekspresy do kawy niekiedy w trybie awaryjnym; ogólnie jest ok, ale wybór i jakość jedzenia w Polsce jest na wyższym poziomie.

2ème séjour dans l'hotel et toujours aussi bien reçu. Chambre spacieuse, literie confortable, calme, ascenseur rapide et petit dejeuner tres bon. un peu excentré de Barcelone mais au pied de la station de train / métro. Personnel parle Anglais espagnol et même français, Parking en supplément pour la voiture, mais au moins elle est garé au sécurité.

Le petit déjeuner etait excellent, il est très bien fait pour tout les goûts… personnellement j’ai adorée, continuez ainsi. Monsieur Ilias est très sympathique et très bien expliqué en français lorsque nous avons parlé des langues étrangères, il mérite ce job, particulièrement à l’accueil Merci l’équipe…:)

Je pense pour un week-end tout allait très bien, pour améliorer je pense il faut conseiller les restaurants où les touristes peuvent aller bien manger / déjeuner ou dîne, et plusieurs spécialités pour compléter les séjours et garder les meilleurs souvenirs !

La habitación amplia, con ducha muy amplia y baño adecuado. Es espacioso para poder dejar cosas en la misma con tranquilidad. Tranquilo para el descanso.

El desayuno con numerosas personas, con descontrol en la limpieza. Extrañó no ver zumo o no ser visible fácilmente. Poca variedad comparado con otros hoteles de perfil similar. El garaje era pequeño con plazas muy ajustadas.

The only pros I can think of this property was that it was clean. The breakfast was decent.

The property was in a very industrial location. We had a room on the ninth floor however the view was of nearby construction. There was a mall within walking distance. We were on vacation and this hotel was definitely a bad choice. We did not feel like we were on vacation at all. The hotel did not even offer complementary coffee,tea or bottled water. They said we could purchase a cup of coffee or other drinks in their lobby bar if we wanted coffee. In the room there was a little hot water maker and teabag coffee which is disgusting. This was a huge letdown after 17 hours on an airplane. I would not recommend this hotel for vacationers. This would probably be a better suited hotel for business related travel.

We had a really enjoyable stay at the Hampton by Hilton Barcelona and were genuinely impressed with the overall quality of the hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything felt clean, comfortable, well organised, and welcoming. The location was very convenient for getting around. The hotel is only about a 2-minute walk from the metro and bus station, making it very easy to travel around Barcelona using public transport. Although it is a little away from the main city centre, we actually really liked this because the hotel is located in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood, away from the noise and crowds. There is also a large shopping centre right next to the hotel, which was extremely convenient for shopping, food, drinks, and anything else we needed during our stay. One of the things we appreciated most was the cleanliness. The room was super clean and well maintained, and the whole hotel had a fresh and tidy feeling. After spending long days exploring Barcelona, it was great to come back to a comfortable and spotless room. The air conditioning was excellent, which was especially important during our visit. The room stayed at a comfortable temperature throughout the night, and the air conditioning worked quietly and effectively. The breakfast was another highlight. There was a really good variety of food and plenty of options to choose from, so there was something for everyone. The selection was generous, the food was good quality, and it was a great way to start the day before heading out to explore the city. The staff were fantastic as well. Everyone we interacted with was extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. They made us feel welcome and were always happy to assist whenever we had a question or needed anything. Another really useful service was the luggage storage. On our last day, after checking out, we were able to leave our luggage safely at the hotel and continue exploring Barcelona without having to carry our bags around.

L'albergo è moderno, pulito, silenzioso. Le camere non grandissime, ma accoglienti, dotate di tanti comforts, tra cui ferro da stiro e cassaforte. Unica pecca, la mancanza di un armadio in camera, ma per il resto non mancava nulla. Molto pulito, colazione abbondante e molto varia, atta a soddisfare le esigenze e i gusti di tutti. Lo staff gentilissimo e, organizzato. Un'esperienza positiva nel complesso.

Forse la posizione un po' decentrata, perché gli spostamenti per visitare le maggiori attrazioni necessitavano di un cambio tra treno e metro, ma la distanza è stata sicuramente compensata dalla vicinanza alla fermata metro, dalla puntualità dei treni e dalla tranquillità della zona in cui si trova l'albergo. In ogni caso, la zona è servita anche da ristoranti e grazie all'efficienza dello staff, siamo riusciti a cenare una sera a tarda ora.

Good location, very easy to come from airport in the night. Check in is possible 24h. Good place to stay if you want to be close to the airport.

The check in is very slow, there is just one person in the reception and the process of the check in is not a smooth process for some guests. Maybe more stuff in the reception would improve this. The hotel is a bit far from city centre you have to catch the bus. Cleaning lady might knock at your door at 9h, what in our opinion was too early. But good for ones that want to wake up early for breakfast.

Excellent location near tube and bus stops. Uber operates here, so nice and convenient too. Breakfast choice was Excellent, with everything from cooked to cold, fruit and so on.

Hotel très propre, moderne, disposant d’un parking en sous sol, et très facile d’accès par la route, en bus ou en métro. Personnel très agréable, pdj excellent avec un large choix de produits. Les chambres sont spacieuses, tout comme la sdb, et les lits très grands et confortables.

Sortir du parking, avec un grand virage en pente peut s’avérer stressant et difficile.

Personalen är helt fantastisk – så trevliga, vänliga, professionella och hjälpsamma att man nästan känner sig som hemma. Och chefen är verkligen något alldeles extra! En otroligt engagerad, varm och professionell chef som sprider positiv energi och verkligen bryr sig om både gäster och personal. Det märks tydligt att det finns ett stort hjärta bakom hela hotellet. Servicen är på topp, personalen gör verkligen det lilla extra och hela atmosfären är fantastisk. Man lämnar hotellet med ett leende och längtar redan tillbaka!
