L’établissement est très accessible en terme de transport en communs le bus et le métro 5-10 minutes. Y’a un petit centre commercial à 10 minute à pied ( vêtement, carrefour, fast food et restaurant) La chambre étais très propre tous les équipements fonctionnaient. Le personnel est très gentil et accueillant. Le buffet petit déjeuner étais plutôt varié.

Petit bémols sur la couverture elle étais légère ça va pour l’été et la matière étais pas très agréable sur la peau heureusement y’avais un drap.

Me gustó todo, osea... es que no entiendo como no es un 5 estrellas superior, es una barbaridad el hotel, desde como huele a lo flipantes y grandes que son las habitaciones, como lo hipermajo que es el personal... le doy 1 millón/10

Absolument rien c’était horrible un dégâts des eaux a détruits deux étages de l’hôtel l’odeur horrible dans tout l’hôtel ascenseur en panne et l’établissement qui refuse de rembourser la nuit payer et ma voiture bloquer toute la nuit dans le parking

מלון נחמד מאד.באנו ללילה אחד לפני היציאה לקרוז, לכן נתן מענה טוב במחיר. מרוחק ממרכז העיר.נמצא בלב אסור תעשייה . מלון חדר בסדר גמור.המסעדה הקרובה היחידה הייתה במרחק 15 דק הליכה. אין עוד מקומות אחרים לאכול בערב

The room we received was exceptional! Amazing view, comfy bed, amazing bathroom with a double bath, one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in!

Fairly big room. Elegance triple room.

No changing rooms by the pool which was in another building. Only toilets. Some days the pool towels were out and no staff to be seen.

Nettes Personal, Sauber, Gemütlich, schöne Anlage.

Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber ausbaufähig, nicht 4 Sterne meines Erachtens. Zimmeraufteilung war seltsam. Die Lage ist okay, nicht gut, nicht schlecht, Anbindung an die Öffis ist aber gut.

Alarme incendie qui a sonné 3 fois en pleine nuit, aucun geste de la part de l’établissement pour le désagrément, ce qui nous a empêché de dormir toute la nuit.

Schöne Zimmer, Super Frühstücksbuffet und nettes Personal

Wir hatten plötzlich Ameisen im Zimmer. Wir waren im Erdgeschoss. Zum Glück nur eine Nacht, weil es war eine Armeisenarmee im Bad überall zum Glück nicht im Bett.

Clean room and comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and helpful, location was good if going by metro and there's a shopping centre with restaurants etc nearby.

Would have liked a bidet and brush in the toilet. The buffet breakfast has a good selection but was lacking flavour. The coffee from the machine was ok, just not to my tastes either.

La camera è splendida! Curata, pulita ed estremamente spaziosa pur essendo in una suite per 4 persone, c'erano spazi ampi per tutti. La colazione abbondante e varia essendo internazionale.

L'unica pecca è che dispone di un solo parcheggio di altezza limitata per il nostro furgone e nessuno spazio scoperto, pertanto abbiamo dovuto cercare parcheggio al di fuori..perdendo non poco tempo e facendo un bel tratto a piedi, essendo distante dalla struttura.

Nu cred ca am avea ceva ce sa nu nu placa, doar daca am fi avut posibilitatea de late check out pe la 18.00 contra cost, pentru avionul nostru a fost tarziu si ne prindea bine cateva ore n plus de stat la hotel inainte de a pleca. Dar pesonalul a fost dragut si ne a lasat sa ne lasam bagajul la receptie si asta ne a ajutat mult.

Tiene muchos recursos alrededor, tiendas, parques, cerca del aeropuerto… hay varios bares y restaurantes cerca, incluso en el propio hotel.

Tuvimos que hacer una cola de más de media hora para el check in a las 3 de la tarde. Cuando fuimos a comer al centro comercial que está a 5 minutos andando nos intentaron robar unos jovencitos en patineta, claro que esto no es culpa del hotel pero si salen por la zona ándense con ojo porque fue en plena calle a las 7 de la tarde atravesando un parque lleno de gente y niños.

Czysty, przyjemny hotel z bliskim dostępem do stacji metra Fira oraz Europa/Fira. Bardzo miły i chętny do pomocy personel.

Przez pewien czas (na początku) nie działała winda na nasze piętro, ale nie była to jakaś dramatyczna sytuacja.

Check in system awful,very disorganised.We queued for 45 min to check in ,only to be told that neither of the 3 rooms we had booked was ready-this was at 4:00 p.m. There was water coming down from the ceiling in reception area so we asked if it was smth to do with that,the answer was ‘No,that has been sorted’. No apologies,just been told that the check in starts at 3:00,so I’m not sure what they meant by that.

We stayed there for 2 days and the swimming pool was closed the first day and we didn’t aware, it would be better if they compensate this for us with something else at least .

Wij hadden een behoorlijk luxe kamer. Wij hadden een upgrade gekregen omdat wij een 1 jarige kind bij hadden zodat we ons eigen campingbed konden neerzetten. De kamer was echt super fijn. We hebben ook een gratis parkeerplek gekregen.

Er was een grote waterlek waardoor we urenlang niet het hotel in konden. - airco was net iets te zacht van kracht.

Mic dejun incomplet, după ora 9:00 nu au mai făcut refill la bufetul de croissant . De la ora 9:45 au avut un singur aparat de cafea .Piscina este într-un corp seaparat fata de hotel. În rest un mic dejun acceptabil

La chambre est assez spacieuse, il y a une grande télé avec netflix YouTube inclus, là douche est bien. Petit bémol pour la Clim qui était forte seulement la nuit.

Le personnel était tellement désagréable, on est arrivé à 9h on avait fait une demande au préalable pour qu’on puisse avoir le Check in assez tôt. Pas de nouvelles on arrive sur place ils nous disent que ce n’est pas possible ce qu’on comprend totalement. Par la suite on apprend que la piscine est fermé pour maintenance ce qui n’était pas indiqué sur booking le personnel qui nous coupe et qui hausse le ton. Puis quand on passe au Check in à 15h on les entend parler derrière le comptoir en espagnol mais qu’on comprend très bien. Une jeune femme lui demande comment a été la matinée et le jeune homme lui réponds «  ça va c’est juste comme d’habitude les francais qui nous agacent ». Parce que oui petite précision en attendant 5h à l’hôtel nous avons croisé des français qui se sont plaint de l’hôtel pour les avoirs mis dehors causé par une inondation de l’établissement. Bref nous n’y retournerons sûrement jamais

There was water leaking from 2nd floor . Everyone waited outside till mindnight . Tried contacted email Alexandre Hotel . And still not received any reply from them . Not even say sorry for us . Horrible . Never seen before

All staff were polite to us. Breakfast was good. The hotel was clean and lovely. Overall everyone made us feel welcome. Thank you all for your hospitality.

I would recommend family and friends to stay at Alexander fira cogress when visiting Barcelona Spain.

Dobra Lokalizacja, basen, super obsługa.

Initial impressions was good but separating during room allocation was not what I hoped for, we booked as family and separating us to two different buildings was not what I booked for.

Leaked water in most of the floors flooding lifts and reception area keeping occupants out of the building and their rooms for over 5 hours up to around 11:30pm, and lifts not working after the incident and climbing steps to 7th floor was a nightmare.

- High-quality, soundproof room with large windows, silent air conditioning, and a massive, comfortable bed. - ​Well-equipped with a mini-fridge, desk, wardrobe, plenty of lighting, and generous supplies of towels and toiletries. - ​Large shower with double sinks and precise water temperature regulation. - ​Helpful daytime reception staff who merged two consecutive bookings so I could remain in the executive room without checking in twice. - ​Located close to a metro station, making it ideal for business trips or transit to the airport.

- ​Open-plan bathroom layout with no door or partition separating the shower and sinks from the bedroom area. - ​Rude night reception staff who just shrugged their shoulders when I asked for water. - ​No drinking water accessible overnight, as the hotel facilities were closed and the dispensers were out of order. - ​Situated in a business district roughly 30 to 40 minutes away from the city centre, making it feel somewhat pricey for general sightseeing.

Bajamos un poco justos de tiempo al desayuno y ya faltaban muchas cosas y ya no reponian... El parking en el exterior un poco caro. 15 euros por una noche, cuando habia sitio en la calle para dejarlo sin tener aparcamiento regulado.

My 10-year-old daughter and her 63-year-old grandmother were left outside Alexandre Hotel Fira Congress for over two hours during a serious incident, with no clear information or assistance. When they were finally allowed inside, there was no electricity, their belongings and documents were wet, and they had to carry their luggage down nine floors in complete darkness. The hotel provided no alternative accommodation or transportation, despite a child and an older woman being involved. They experienced a panic attack, severe emotional distress, nightmares, damaged belongings, and major additional expenses. The hotel has still not offered any meaningful response or assistance. Completely unacceptable treatment of guests during an emergency. Very dangerous hotel. Zero support and irresponsible owner

Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, mit sehr großem Bett und tollem Ausblick. Eine Kleinigkeit war im Badezimmer defekt und wurde mega schnell repariert.

Pas d’accès au parking, propreté de la chambre laisse à désirer. Cuvette des toilettes sale, murs pas propre, moisissures dans les douches. Manque de couvertures. Assiette salle dans les espaces communs vu le soir et encore présent le matin. Curieux. Le petit déjeuner est très quelconque voir très moyen.

The hotel was acceptable and the breakfast was good and varied.

The location wasn't ideal, the bed in the room was uncomfortable, and the value for money was reasonable considering the hotel's services. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and they didn't ask for a deposit, which was very kind of them.

Sé que no es culpa del hotel pero en la misma puerta nos rompieron una ventanilla del coche e intentaron forzar la puerta, por lo que el barrio ya no me parece tan seguro como era antes. Vengo todos los años y nunca me había ocurrido algo asi. Si venís, dejadlo en el parking del hotel

Номер був дуже чистим, просторим, зі всім необхідним, навіть був приємний бонус як безкоштовний міні бар . Дуже сподобалось відношення персоналу до нас, приємно зустріли, заселили трішки швидше, смачна їжа, басейн, напої. Чудове розташування до метро. Неймовірно сподобалось, щиро рекомендую.

The room was fine, but unfortunately the location left a lot to be desired. There was nothing there to do and there were no nearby shops. As Barcelona was suffering a heat wave and it was 35° it was very difficult to get around from this position except by taxi.
