Clean facilities, room was available for early check in, pool area was excellent with plenty of floating ducks & water jets for hire. Pool side menu is extensive and waiters will go the extra mile to get food from restaurants within the resort not on the pool menu.

Extremely friendly, polite and helpful staff. A wide range of restaurants and cafes, easy access to the sea. Restaurants are of high quality.

The sea water is murky in this area, but it has nothing to do with the hotel. Just to keep in mind for those who prefer pristine water.

My stay at the Holiday Inn Resort Ho Tram was an absolute dream from the very first moment to the last. The hotel is gorgeous, offering wonderful, relaxing views, and the multiple pools made it such a fun and easy choice for a family getaway. From the moment I checked in until I checked out, I felt completely taken care of and pampered. The front desk team—Lisa, Paul, Linh, My, Lily, and Kiem—were just wonderful, greeting me with such genuine warmth and making the whole process an absolute breeze. Breakfast at Lemongrass Restaurant was a daily highlight and left me fully satisfied. The customer service blew me away: I was greeted warmly every morning, my table was constantly kept clean and clear of used plates, and the team always checked in to see if I needed anything else. Phong, Nhu, Hung, and My covered the floor with such care and went completely above and beyond my expectations! Dining at Ginger Restaurant was another fantastic experience with a cozy, warm welcome, great decor, and a wonderful atmosphere. The menu has so many great choices, but you truly have to try the Banh Xeo—it was so delicious with its crispy shell, fresh bean sprouts, pork, and shrimp, all tied together with fresh herbs and a savory fish sauce dipping blend. Ultimately, it was the incredible people like My, Hang, Trinh, Nhi, Huyen, Nhu, and Van Anh who made the biggest difference, turning a great meal into something truly special! Overall, my time here exceeded every expectation, turning a simple 3 days’ vacation into an unforgettable getaway. Between the stunning views, fantastic amenities, and incredible food, it is a wonderful destination on its own. However, it is the truly exceptional, heartwarming hospitality of the entire staff that sets this hotel apart and makes me eager to return.

Amazing facility and location but the best part is super staff who are the most helpful, polite,enthusiastic and courteous.We truly had a nice time during our stay. I won two nights here via a casino promotion. I got a King size bed large room with ocean views, the room was about 40 - 45 sqm, really huge. The views into the pool and the ocean were to die for. The standard was absolutely outstanding. I didn't sample the in-dining room service, because it was over a weekend, and some restaurants in the complex were open 24 hours, but I would like to do so in the future and hopefully will report back. I have nothing to complain here in terms of room standards and quality, at least this room type I was offered, it is beyond amazing. CONS VS. INTERCONTINENTAL NEXT DOOR: The reason I have given it 4 stars, or 4.5 if I could twitch this rating, is because I suffered some issues in the restaurant downstairs (Lemongrass) with the breakfast service. First, I noted that compared to Ginger (in INT), this was really very crowded even at first thing in the morning after 6:30 am, you already saw some families there sitting with their children and all the cavalry. The actual restaurant is very nice but due to these large influxes of people, it felt really crowded. Second, I noticed they don't have a good hot station temp control, the food that should be hot, was mostly lukewarm, this compounded by the air conditioning and plates that are on cold shelves with no preheating. Furthermore to this, the eggs were not made to order, they were just lined up in poor heat control, and this is a huge health hazard. I took some of the fried eggs that were just left there to grab, big mistake. I got the runs both of those days, with an upset stomach. It was not only one or two plates, there were lines of between 6 and 8 egg plates, omelettes, you name it, all left there languishing, barely at room temperature. That is a massive no, and shows people who don't have culinary competence handling food. Also it has to be mentioned, the gym in HI is really really tiny, compared to the INTERCONT, which is a bit bigger and better equipped

Our family had a truly wonderful and relaxing 11-day vacation here. Every time we stay, it feels like coming back to our second home. We are always impressed by the warm hospitality and genuine care from the hotel staff. A special thank you to the LemonGrass Restaurant team, especially Mr. Toàn (Outlet Manager), Cường, and Duy, who were incredibly kind, attentive, and always made us feel welcomed. The best of best hotel resort in Hotram Beach . Beautiful room, large swimming pool and good quality of food and very warm welcome ,helpful , kindness services from Ms . Trang Front Office Manager and Mr. Toan Lemon Grass Restaurant Manager , Mr. Vu Chief Concierge and Bellman Nhan as well. All of them make me and my family had a memorable experience at Holiday Inn Hotram. Thank you for all and we are happy to be back in the near future .

I recently stayed at this hotel from May 25th to May 30th and was very disappointed by the food hygiene standards. On the evening of May 25th, I dined at the Food Court and suffered food poisoning that night. The next day, May 26th, I ate at Lemongrass Restaurant and experienced food poisoning again. Hoping for better on my final day, I ordered the grilled squid at Khoi Restaurant. While eating, multiple flies landed directly on my food. I have attached a photo showing several flies on the dish. This level of hygiene is unacceptable for a hotel charging 5-star prices. After already falling ill twice, seeing flies on my meal was the final straw. I had to leave the dish untouched and could not finish my meal. I believe this hotel has the potential to be excellent, which is why I’m leaving this review — to help them improve. The management should urgently investigate the hygiene and food safety practices across all their restaurants. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements so that future guests do not experience the same health issues and disappointment.

Beautiful interiors, family-friendly facilities, and plenty of swimming pools to keep the kids entertained throughout the stay. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and kindly assisted us with a room upgrade based on our preferences. Their hospitality made our experience even more memorable. We would definitely love to come back!

The hotel complex is great, they have a few different restaurants, a games room (paid), casino, children's room (paid), even a small pharmacy and convenience store. The swimming pools and mini children's waterpark was the highlight. The breakfast was fantastic and the dinner at the Lemongrass restaurant was superb. I would like return there in the future for a longer stay.

The hotel is around 2.5h from Ho Chi Minh city and airport. The hotel provides a shuttle bus, but the trip is a little tiring, specially with small children.

The staff are very reliable and professional, and they handle any issues quickly. We also really enjoyed the food it was excellent. The pool is safe, with a lifeguard on duty. Although only a suite was available during the high season, so it was a bit expensive, we were very satisfied.it was perfect. We would definitely choose the same room again next time. It’s the perfect place to spend a relaxing weekend or vacation.

The pool floor is not good. Many kids hurt their feet. My kids and couple of other kids have their feet completely hurt in many places due to the condition of pool floor/bottom.

Staff were friendly, personable, and helpful. Rooms were clean, large and comfortable. Food was delicious. There were lots of activities to stay fun and fit.

We wanted to spend a few days relaxing in the general Ba Ria (Vung Tau) area - a friend had recommended staying at the Holiday Inn Resort at Ho Tram. We booked 3 nights from a Monday afternoon to departing the next Thursday lunchtime, giving us two whole days to chill-out by the pool. The hotel complex consists of two separate hotels - the Intercontinental Grand Hotel and the Holiday Inn Resort - sharing a common central area, but with two distinctly separate accommodation blocks. From the moment we checked-in, we realised how good the hotel was! The staff are superb, the room was excellent, the pool area was fantastic (never seen such a well-maintained pool area - cleaned by the maintenance team twice daily at 7am and 3pm). The hotel's beach to the immediate front of the Resort was cleaned (scarified at 7am each morning, to remove any flotsam/jetsam from the previous high tide) - we walked each morning on the hotel's beach before taking our breakfast. After it was to the pool area for sunbathing and relaxing for two days of peace and quiet - perfect!! The breakfast (taken in the Lemongrass Restaurant) was fantastic - the range of food, the quantity of food and the quality of the food were beyond any criticism - we have not seen better in 140+ hotel stays!! The Resort has two distinct phases of occupancy - very quiet on Monday to Thursday and then quite busy Friday through to Sunday. From Monday to Thursday, a couple of food facilities (the food court and BBQ restaurant) are closed - what remains open are the Lemongrass Restaurant, the Sports Bar, the Pool Bar and of course the main high-end restaurant, thus giving a guest plenty of eating options during the early part of the week. This review was the easiest I have ever written - the Holiday Inn Resort gets 10 out of 10 in every category - an exceptional score, well-deserved by an excellent resort hotel.

Nothing - a perfect relaxing 3-night stay.

The hotel is amazing. Breakfast buffet had so much to choose from and everything was so tasty. The rooms were so comfortable and clean. The pools are fabulous. Staff are so friendly and helpful.

There is not a lot of choice for restaurants for dinner, the lemongrass restaurant is very nice but would have loved some different options as well. The resort also has other resorts nearby but the nearest decent town -Ho Tram is 45km away and took about an hour and a half to get to. That said it was so nice we didn’t want to leave the resort much anyway!

Amazing facility but the best part is the super staff who are most polite, accommodating, and pleasant to all our needs during our entire stay. So Highly recommend. Golfing at the Bluff is also outstandingly challenging and scenic complemented by the most polite caddie ladies. Can't find better praises..

Place is ideal for the family. They have a lot of activities which the whole family will enjoy.

By far one of the best experiences we have had. Immaculately presented and maintained with multiple restaurants and pools areas. Every staff member was friendly and courteous on every occasion and made us feel welcome on every transaction.

Overall, the stay was quite pleasant, but there are still several areas that need improvement to truly match a 5-star standard. The room was excellent: spacious, clean, well-ventilated, and very comfortable. The swimming pool and the beach were also wonderful and provided a relaxing atmosphere. The staff’s attitude was very polite and professional throughout the stay. However, some services were quite limited. The food options available within the resort were rather restricted, with not many choices compared to what is normally expected from a 5-star resort. The game area was also quite small and had only a few games. In addition, there was no welcome gift. From my experience with other 5-star hotels or services, there are usually small welcome treats such as candies or snacks, especially when guests note that they are celebrating a special occasion. Overall, I would rate this experience 5.5/10. The resort has great facilities, but it would benefit from improving the variety of food options, expanding the game area, and providing welcome gifts for guests, especially during special occasions.

Everything. Large rooms, very clean and modern hotel, fantastic pool area, great bars and restaurant, superb breakfast buffet and very helpful and friendly staff. Free shuttle bus to/from Ho Chi Minh city. All in all a 10+.
