Limited Activities, Room was too small

I was blown away by the experience of the hotel and the way they went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. All the staff were so kind and helpful and went the extra mile wherever they could. The interiors and grounds are absolutely gorgeous! The room was so spacious and so many beautiful finishes and touches. The mini bar's initial stock was complimentary. Breakfast buffet was absolutely incredible - with an array of options from Vietnamese cuisine to more western options as well.There's plenty of pools and spaces to hang out (the pool bar was a highlight). The private beach access was lovely for a morning stroll. The nightly fountain show was fun. And the night club was also a fun activity for a Friday night. The Spa was divine. There's plenty of restaurants. It's definitely an adults playground and a great way to restore from a week in busy Ho Chi Minh. Also, even when something didn't go smoothly, they would make sure to compensate - for example there was a mix up with me going to a Tai Chi class from the resort activities and they offered me a complimentary 1 hour paddle boarding.

For me the improvement point would be the body wash/soap - it seemed to be drying out our skin - although I've never really been to any hotels that I actually like the body wash etc. Also, around resort activities communication could increase - as I didn't realize I'd need to book 8 hours in advance to do one. And then when I booked a 6am Tai Chi class it wasn't super clear how I was meant to get there on time etc and there was a bit of a mix up. But they definitely made up for it and still ran the class for me (even though the location changed and by the time I found where to be it was about 20 mins after the scheduled class) - and they also gave me a complimentary 1 hour paddle board to make up for it. Which was very appreciated.

Amazing staff and customer service through the entire property. Bus pick up staff, check-in, ginger restaurant - lemongrass restaurant - Bistro - pool side bar staff, the entire team at the breakfast buffet couldn’t have been more dedicated and exceptional. A really wow and relaxing experience. I want to personally thank so many staff members for going out of their way to create a smooth experience for friend with disabilities. I wasn’t expecting anything special but they showed kindness, consideration and immediately knew what to do given our circumstances. I would rate their service 10 stars.

Other services and food was very over priced. However staff were fantastic.

There are no slippers suitable for use for going to the beach.

The day I visited with many teams' visit and the breakfast place is so crazy crowded. This is not a good thing for business travellers.

the room was simply stunning large and very clean. the breakfast was plentiful with a wonderful selection to choose from. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The numerous pools never left you feeling crowded and the grounds were immaculate

the location whilst lovely did leave you feeling secluded - there was no where to wander outside of the resort area and the Hamptons Plaza that was within 10kms was a ghost town with closed down shops.

Prendre le petit déjeuner dans l’hôtel à côté . Surpeuplé je déteste la foule au matin. Les premiers jours le petit déjeuner était super en bas de l’hôtel. Ensuite du au manque de clients la salle petit déjeuner était fermé.

The resort itself is large and well run, with good facilities and pools. However, the beach was significantly eroded during our stay. Several access points were already cordoned off, and swimming in the ocean felt unsafe due to a strong undertow and steep shoreline. If you’re mainly looking for a true beach-and-ocean swimming experience, this may not be the right choice at the moment. The pools and inland amenities are better suited to the current conditions

4시에 체크인인데.. 호치민 1군에서 호텔셔틀버스 타고 일찍 도착했더니 얼리 체크인 해줘서 편히 쉴수 있었다.

리모델링 했는지... 욕실 벽쪽 수건걸이 밑에 시멘트 흙먼지가 그대로 있어서 쫌..ㅜㅜ

Front desk charged us more when we already paid Expedia. When we ask for nonsmoking room, they want to charge more for nonsmoking room, ridiculous.

We were on family vacation and stayed here for 3 nights. It is a beautiful resort, nice room, and super comfortable beds. The staff is super nice especially Giang and Tep’ at the Ginger restaurant. Meo the supervisor at the front desk was helpful as well. We absolutely will come back Grand Ho Tram next time.

Spacious room and beautiful bathroom. Many choices of swimming pools or beach. Breakfast and dinner was of high standards

Long way from reception to hotel lifts to room.

Great resort with private beach and 7 pools, amazing. It also has a little cinema which was a surprise, we tried out one if the movies and weren't disappointed. The "Lemon Grass" restaurant staffs were so well trained, always looking out for customers' needs and comforts. Will definitely come back again.

It was great for me as I needed a nice quiet place to recover from surgery It was stunning and almost felt like we were on a cruise ship We loved it

We loved our 3 days at the Intercontinental. The rooms were beautiful and the pools and beach views were lovely. We dined at several of the options at the grand and all were very delicious - the staff was friendly, helpful, and remembered our names.

좀 추웠어요. 날씨가 덥지 않은 계절인데 건물 전체가 냉방이 되고 있으니 방도 복도도 모두 추웠습니다. 1,2월에는 긴팔이 필요한듯. 수영장 깊이가 1.2m라서 편하게 놀기 좋았고, 평일이라 사람이 별로 없어서 조용했습니다. 음식이 모두 맛있었고 친절합니다. 프로그램 등이 있지 않으므로 수영하고 쉬는 것에 집중하기 좋습니다.
