Balcone: senza tenda parasole impossibile durante il giorno utilizzarlo. tavolino precario. Cucina: attrezzatura contata e insufficiente (3 posti letto 3 bicchieri, 3 piatti, 3 posate, 2 calici da vino) Pulizia: si mette a disposizione pulizia camera che consiste solo nel ritirare su il lenzuolo del letto Posizione: bello il giardino e la vicinanza al mare e alla fermata del bus, ma salita di accesso impossibile difficoltosa anche per le auto rapporto qualità/prezzo insufficiente

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, die Lage war traumhaft. Nur 3 Minuten zum Supermarkt und Bushaltestelle, nur 5 Minuten zum Strand. Nervig war der Hahn, der schon mitten in der Nacht ständig krähte und der Hund, der häufig bellte. Darauf haben die Eigentümer oder Verwalter keinen Einfluß. Emma war super nett, erfüllte Sonderwünsche, die Lage sonst ist sehr ruhig.

Der Blick vom Balkon war sehr schön.Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt und wir hatten viel Platz für usere Koffer. Wir durften gleich nach unserer Ankunft ins Zimmer, obwohl es erst 12.00 Uhr war. Die nahe Lage zur Bushaltestelle Nr 5 ist sehr vorteilhaft für Ausflüge. Man ist auch in 20 min zu Fuß in die Stadt gelaufen. Emma hat uns auch ein Taxi für die Rückreise zum Flugplatz bestellt. Sie wäre jederzeit per Handynummer zu erreichen gewesen.

Die Dusche war schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen , sah nicht mehr so sauber aus. Es roch auch immer etwas aus dem Abfluss, wenn jemand sehr empfindlich ist will er hier wohl nicht gerne duschen. Uns hat es nicht so gestört.

Perfectly located. The host was so kind and helpful. The views were stunning. The apartment had so much space and slept 4 easily. A fantastic stay. Would recommend highly.

If I'm being very picky I'd say the shower was a little bit small but it was clean and neat and did the job. Thank you.

The road up the hill, with no existing taxi service on the island its really a hard part of the whole trip.. we managed, but it wasnt easy and it wasnt comfortable unfortunately. Also wifi was very poor

Olga villa was an amazing stay ! The location was lovely (you just have to tackle the hill) The views, the garden, the rooms are all really lovely and we were very happy

Only complaint would be the shower leaks slightly, however the bathroom is basically a wet room so this doesn’t matter much

La struttura si presenta accogliente, Emma è stata molto gentile al check-in e ci ha consigliato diversi locali e ristoranti dove passare le nostre serate. Le camere affacciano su uno splendido giardino con vista e la struttura offre un parcheggio gratuito all’interno. Vicina alla fermata 5 dell’autobus ci ha consentito di raggiungere il centro cittadino con estrema facilità. Ciò nonostante è presente una salita ripida per raggiungere la struttura e può essere difficoltosa per chi ha problemi di deambulazione. In camera erano presenti aria condizionata, ferro da stiro, cassaforte e acqua nel frigorifero. I letti erano molto comodi.

Uniche note negative una qualche macchiolina sul lenzuolo e la tenda della doccia non pulitissima.

Balconcino dove fare colazione con vista sul giardino, ampio spazio in camera e buona posizione sia per raggiungere le spiagge che il centro di skiathos (5/10 minuti in macchina)

La tendina della doccia e il fatto che anche chiudendo le persiane non fosse completamente buio in camera

Pessima salita per arrivare - la tenda di la Marica in bagno nella doccia sporca e pessima nel 2026 non si può accettare . Mancanza di scolapasta alla mia richiesta non mi è stato comunque dato e lo trovo un po assurdo - io avrei comprato e dato . Per il resto delle altre richieste molto gentili e disponibili . La ragazza che ci accolto gentile . Ma sono sincera non tornerei.

Idéalement situé à 3 minutes de l'arret de bus. Une plage à 5 minutes à pieds, le centre ville facilement accessible en bus, ou même à pied. Les jardins à l'extérieur et la vue du balcon etait incroyable

La posizione della struttura è molto comoda: a 100 metri da una fermata del autobus e da una spiaggia e a circa 1,5 km dal porto di Skyathos. Il letto è molto comodo e c'è la possibilità di cucinare. Lo staff è molto disponibile.

Il bagno è molto scomodo, ogni volta che uno si fa la doccia il bagno si allaga. Un problema grave che abbiamo riscontrato è stata la presenza di formiche nella cucina.

Η μόνη δυσκολία ήταν το μπάνιο. Λόγω κατασκευής της ντουζιέρας, κάθε φορά που χρησιμοποιούσαμε το ντουζ το πάτωμα γέμιζε νερά, τα οποία ήταν δύσκολο να απομακρυνθούν και να στεγνώσουν

Velmi příjemné ubytování, klidná lokalita, udržovaná zahrada. Náš apartmán měl 2 balkony, což hodnotím kladně. Majitelka komunikovala i pomocí WhatsApp. Vše fungovalo, i úklid. Jsme spokojeni

Bohužel je apartmán na větším kopci, i tak jsme s malými dětmi zvládali každodenní chůzi k ubytování. Horší vybavení kuchyňky, opravdu jen základ. Chyběla pánev, utěrka.

Excellent accomodation with plenty of room and balcony with superb view to the sea. Beautiful and well groomed peaceful garden with rest areas. Good location. Godd value.

If you have a car be prepared for a steep Greek style access road and a little bit tricky access to main road.

Nous avons aimé l’emplacement, car bien desservi. La Climatisation fonctionne très bien. Les lits sont confortables.

Le ménage n’a pas été fait une seule fois, et pourtant cela avait été mentionné au moment de notre arrivée que le ménage serait fait tous les jours (cela n’aide pas car beaucoup de fourmis). Au moment du Check in, nous avons dû attendre au moins 20minutes alors que nous avions mentionné une heure d’arrivée que nous avons respecté.

Uspon pod velikim nagibom, sa malim kolima vrlo neugodno i rizično, Kupatilo, premali prostor za tuširanje, nama kabinu već zavesu, poplava u celom kupatilu, nema briska za brisanje. Od escajga nedostaje daska za sečenje, kao i dva mala i dva duboka tanjira.

Avere l doccia con la tenda è molto scomodo ,oltre che impossibile non allagare il.bagno. Il fatto che l'acqua non sia potabile è una grande pecca poiché portare l'acqua in appartamento ,vista la salita, non è agevole.

Abbiamo soggiornato a Skiathos per 3 notti e siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti. La struttura era pulita, accogliente e in un'ottima posizione, ideale per raggiungere facilmente il centro e le principali attrazioni grazie alla fermata del bus vicino casa. Il personale è stato sempre gentile, disponibile e attento alle nostre esigenze, facendoci sentire come a casa. L'unico aspetto da tenere presente è che la struttura si trova lungo una salita piuttosto lunga e ripida, che può risultare impegnativa a piedi, soprattutto nelle ore più calde o con i bagagli. Per il resto, è stata un'esperienza molto piacevole e rilassante. La consigliamo sicuramente a chi desidera trascorrere qualche giorno a Skiathos.

The Apartment was in a quiet location with only a few others at the location, The apartment was a good size and had two balconies. Air Conditioning looked brand new and was really good. The room also looked like it had been painted inside and out recently. Good location for the beach at the bottom of the hill with great places to eat. Great location for access into the main town (20min walk) and bus stop 5 at the bottom of the hill from the apartment where there is also a supermarket open until late. Great views across the bay from one of the balconies.

A broken shower head on arrival which was repaired the next day very quickly. Only one of the two shower doors was present and the bottom of the shower was full of mould where the silicon was. No tea towel or washing up cloth provided so we had to use the towels to dry up cups and dishes. No toaster, The combined oven and hob was very old and very dirty and scratched on top. No change of sheets for the whole week and towels only changed once. The walk up the hill from the main road is really, really steep and and was a challenge for us and we are fit for early 60's. this is not a walk for those not steady on their feet or having to push a buggy. Recommend just adding some attention to detail around cleanliness and standard of the facilities provided.

Tiszta, rendes. Nagyon szép helyen, a kilátás csodálatos. A kert fantasztikusan szép!

Elég távol volt a központtól, igaz a buszmegálló pont ott volt. A szállásig felmenő út nagyon meredek volt, nehéz volt felmenni.

Struttura tranquilla, immersa nel verde a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dal centro. Host disponibile a risolvere ogni problematica.letti super comodi.

Bagno molto scomodo, soprattutto la doccia. La tenda molto corta e l acqua fuoriusciva ogni volta. Un po scomoda e ripida la salita per arrivare alla struttura.

The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable and the view of the sea was amazing. The villa is within walking distance to the main city and across the street from a fairly nice beach. There is also a bus stop right in front of it making access to other beaches super easy, as well as a supermarket. Really, the location exceeded expectations.

Not the fault of the property, but something to keep in mind. The villa is up a steep hill and I was travelling with my elderly parents, who found climbing the hill a little difficult but not impossible.

Villa Olga har ett jättefint läge men det är brant väg upp från huvudvägen. Vi hade en fräsch Lägenhet Standard för tre vuxna som var rymlig och välutrustad. Saknade vi något fick vi det snabbt när vi bad om det. Underbar utsikt från vårt hörnrum med två balkonger. AC fungerade mycket bra. Bra sängar. Det fanns ingen kaffebryggare men en vattenkokare och det fungerade bra ändå. Busshållplats och Supermarket precis nedanför backen till hotellet.

Duschen! Mycket trång dusch. Duschdraperiet hängde och fladdrade in på kroppen när man duschade och det var både jobbigt och kändes ofräsch även om draperiet i sig nog var rent. Det blev även vått på golvet på grund av detta.

Mooie en rustige locatie, op 15 minuten wandelen van het centrum en op 200meter van het strand. Supermarkt op 50 meter. Super vriendelijke ontvangst door Emma, die ons alle nodige tips gaf voor uitstapjes, restaurants en scooter huur. Ruime kamer met balcon en alle nodige voorzieningen. Geen echt zeezicht (de haven ligt ongeveer 2 km afstand), maar de mooie tuin is een oase van rust in het verder drukke centrum van Skiathos stad. Dus voor ons een toplocatie. Dagelijkse poetsbeurt en regelmatig werden de bedden verschoond. Ideaal voor een langer verblijf, als uitvalsbasis om het eiland te verkennen. Bushalte nummer 5, onderaan het straatje.

The location is nice, close to Megali Ammos beach and also pretty close to Skiathos Old town. The room is spacious and the bed comfortable. The view from our SeaView Studio was one of the best we've had so far. Emma was very nice to us and always responded fast.

The shower drain was not working so good, and after each shower there was a lot of water in the bathroom. We had our towels changed only once in 7 days. The road to the villa is very inclined.

Вълшебно място! Гледката, терасата - незабравима емоция! Много удобна спалня, комфортна баня, чисто и уютно. Три супермаркета съвсем наблизо, плаж на 5 минути и автобусна спирка под вилата, откъдето да се качите на рейса за всички плажове из острова. Пеша от летището на 45 минути, пеша за 20 минути до пристанището в Скиатос и китните улички за разходка. Лъчезарни и отзивчиви домакини.

Läget, nära stranden, väldigt fin utsikt, nära busshållplatsen som tog en till flera fina stränder. Bra värd som var tillgänglig hela tiden på whats up.

Utsikten från balkongen var optimal. Hav, övärld och Skiathos stad. Nära till supermercato, buss och beach.

Studion kunde vara i ordningställd innan gästen anländer. Inte bara städad! Det var några saker som jag måste meddela hantverkaren om.. Inte godkänt.

Great apartment in a perfect location for beach, grocery stores, tavernas, bus stops and walking distance to main town. Friendly host and cleaning staff who did a great job keeping our room nice and linen fresh.

I asked if the photos on Booking were of the actual apartment and was told they were. On arrival it was not the same apartment as per the photos. Thankfully, the room was still good. Photos should reflect the accommodation that is booked. Nice views of the sea and rooftops but couldn't take memorable photos due to many power, telephone lines.

Owner was very friendly and went above and beyond, we would definitely return when visiting skiathos.

A környék csendes a kilátás pazar. A reggelit minden nap a saját erkélyen fogyasztottuk a gyönyörű kert látványával a háttérben. A törülközőket 2 naponta cserélték, a szemetest naponta, az apartmant tisztán tartottàk. A helyiek nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak.

Kicsit meredek az az út ami felvezet az apartmanhoz de végülis magasról lehet gyönyörű messzeségeket látni.

Appartamento spazioso e molto accogliente. L’host é stata super carina a fornirci una cosa che avevamo chiesto e di cui non era sicura di poterci accontentare. La vista é proprio bella così come la struttura intera. Appena fuori dalla cittadina permette una tranquillità molto piacevole. In più la pulizia giornaliera delle camere é molto comoda.

É difficile farsi la doccia senza allagare tutto 😅

È un appartamento con i pregi di una camera come la pulizia e il cambio biancheria giornaliero. Tranquillo e con una bella vista.

Per raggiungere la struttura c’è una salita molto ripida che non tutti i mezzi in affitto sull’isola riescono a percorrere, da fare attenzione soprattutto in discesa.

Era molto bella con affaccio sul mare . Accogliente e pulita☺️
