The location as well as the spacious units within the hotel.

The bed in the room was dusty and maybe not cleaned very well.

Everything was perfect from A to Z. Friendly staff, luxurious and spacious rooms, great location.

Nothing was not great

1.1) The Black staff members: very good work. 1.2) The ladies working at reception as well. 1.3) Breakfast: Excellent 1.4) Dinner: the portions are very generous and very tasty 1.5) The ladies working in the restaurants. 1.6) The suits are very well designed.

2.1) The cleaner (Mohammed Amber) did a very poor cleaning job and asked me to give him 5 stars with his name mentioned on Booking.com. - I asked him to write down his name on a piece of paper (see attached file). - I had to go to reception to get a clean suite. Afterwards, the suite was very clean. 2.2) Insect in the food. 2.3) All male staff in the restaurant at dinner are very bad. It was unacceptable and unimaginable to have such male staff in a hotel of this kind. Points 2.1 to 2.3 are so bad that I can only give 1 point.

Special mention to the staff, extremely kind and nice attention to detail. Highly recommended

Room is beautiful.

It was a bad experience, at the time of the reservation nobody told us that the gym and swimming pool would be unavailable. I paid for the room and services but i couldn’t use the services. The staff didn’t care at all, they just told us to use the pool in another hotel. They should have give us a partial refund for the services we couldn’t use but they didn’t. Really bad experience, it is a 5 stars hotel. What a shame.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent

Location , staff polite

We had a bad experience when fire catched in the hoet 6 hours outside we didn't sleep they didn't compensate us with nothing

The property was amazing and so spacius. Bedrooms were very good and facilities within the room were good. The staff were amazing very helpful at all times. Kristina, Radesh & Noman went above and beyond when i asked for help and really did they go out their way to help. Overall everything was good, cannot fault this Hotel. There is local supermarket within walking distances if you need any groceries for your stay.

The only downfall of the property is in the rooms there is no Pots/Pan/Knifes/Dish Clothes/Fairy Liquid/Washing Machines Tablet/Clothes Dryer, this is something we had to request and was kinda difficult to even get but eventually they dropped some of the items or told us we had to purchase fairy liquids.
