Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Eu amei tudo neste hotel,ambiente muito bom,eu gostei a piscina,quarto,personal que trabalham são muito bem educados e procuram ajudar sempre nos,eu gostei a comida que há muito variedade e muito tipos da comida e todos são gostosos,parabens pelo os cozinheiros que este hotel têm porque eu visito Qatar upa vez por ano e este vez a 3 vez minha que estou em Qatar e foi melhor comida que eu comi seja na café da manhã e no janta e eu recomendo muito este hotel para quem quer passar uns dias inesqueciveis em Qatar

الموظفين سيئين بالاستقبال بالأخص الاخ المغربي او التونسي كإن أستقبال لنساء افضل بالكثير اما الرجال لا وعند وصولي إلى الفندق انتظرت ساعه كامله عشان يجهزون لي الغرفة بعد ثالث يوم من الإقامة بالفندق لحظة وجود حشرات بالغرفة 👎🏼👎🏼 سيكون آخر مره زيارتهم ولا انصح فيه بسبب العنصرية والنظافة 👎🏼💔

Old, too big development, confusing accessibility, lifts are dated, room interior is dated, bathroom shower is in bath tub, toilet seat is old and uncomfortable, neighbors make noise, neighbors door bangs too loud when closing. Gym is too crowded and hotel guest mixes with long stay residence, no towels in gym.

My first room had a bad smell (painting smell), the floor was sticky (like when soft drink spilled on the floor), its also a residential tower, so the people who are living there are used to the place which makes the hotel looks like a social market. Not classy at all.

انتظلر المصاعد فتره طويله مزعج .. و التنقل بين الابراج و الخدمات متعب ولا يوجد إرشادات واضحة. البحث عن موقف للسيارة مزعج. لا يوجد سياسة واضحة اي ستسكن في اي برج أو اي طابق... تجنب الطوابق المرتفعة سيكون وقتك كله انتظلر للمصعد المطاعم التابعة للفندق رديئة و خاصة الإفطار ليس بالمستوى المطلوب مما تضطر للخروج للمطاعم المجاورة

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed my holiday! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. A special thank you to supervisor Hagar and to Oussama and Giwantha at the reception, as well as to all the other staff who made my stay so enjoyable. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The pool is great - big, clean, and with a perfect temperature. It was a pleasure spending time there! Everything was at a very high level. I would definitely come back! ❤️

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026لم يعجبني ان كانت رائحة طبخ في الممر عند الخروج او الذهاب الى الشقة كانت رائحة مطبخ في الممر. وايضا علما اني حجزت ودفعت عن طريق booking تم اخذ تأمين عند تسجيل الدخول وتم ارجاعه عند الخروج ولقد تسبب لي التأمين بخسارة وذلك لان البنك اخذ قيمة العملية وايضا سعر الصرف. زيادة على ذلك لم يوفر الفندق الماء والقهوة في ركن القهوة الموجود في الشقة في اليوم الاول. ولم يفر احذية ولا سجادة الصلاة الا بعد الطلب.

But this the last time we check in July 02,2026 as 14th day of my daughter and I booked one bedroom but I am so disappointed the sala is very small and the room is very huge, I was expecting like the last time I booked for one bed room the sala is bigger because we are celebrating a birthday but Im surprised when I enter to the room. and the floor is a lots of hair that my allergy attacked me for 2 days..the floor is messy of small hair and dust and not clean properly.

Double standard for TV set. Some rooms have a model provided with HDMI port so I can connect my laptop via HDMI cable Other rooms have TV screen without HDMI port so I cannot connect my laptop. Yesterday I have tried 4 rooms at different floors until I could find one with proper TV. Also, the personnel doesn't seem to be aware of this situation.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026The location was really good. It was at the centre and everything was 10 to 15 minutes drive to tour sites. The service was good, I had to call the reception for bottle of water. It was hot so i got thirsty all the time. The cleaners cleaned the room every morning and provided new bathroom equipment like new tooth brush box, new razor box, new comb etc. I loved the morning and dinner buffet which was part of my package.
The toilet had a weird smell all the time. I think it was sewage. The room wasnt sound proof. Other people can hear you and you can hear them.

الغرفة صغيرة و السرير الكنغ صغير الحجم، ايضا مواقف الفندق دائما مزدحمة كان ياخذ وقتي البحث عن بارك واحد 20 الى 30 دقيقة للحصول على موفق و في احد الايام ام احد اي موقف. انصح من لديه عوائل لا يحجز هذا الفندق.
