Reviewed Jul 1, 2026Отличный отель, небольшой, уютный. До моря недалеко пешком, в дали от шумных баров и дискотек. Очень чисто, убирались каждый день и меняли полотенца и постельное бельё. Хороший бассейн и терраса где можно заказать вкусный завтрак. Вид на горы. Кондиционеры в каждой комнате, раздельные комнаты. Небольшой холодильник, плита и микроволновка. Открытый балкон.
Отсутствует стиральная машинка, маловато посуды, старая сковорода. Нет лифта. До четвёртого этажа с чемоданами по лестнице. Нет полочек и крючков для полотенец в санузле. Нет высоких (подходящих стульев) для стола (барной стойки).

Reviewed Apr 9, 2026We enjoyed our stay at Princess Kinli. It was spacious and comfortable (the bed was great). The staff were friendly and helpful. We loved that the location was away from all the 'party' noise and that we could still walk to everything (the esplanade, grocery stores, etc). The lounge room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and balcony were all very clean (we have allergies & really appreciated this). We requested fragrance free towels and the staff kindly delivered fresh fragrance free towels to our room the next day. This was excellent service and we were very grateful. We were able to prepare basic meals in the kitchen, like scrambled eggs, etc. We arrived late due to delayed flights and were still met by friendly staff upon our arrival. Communication with the staff via WhatsApp was excellent.
There was some street noise (mostly during the day), but we still slept quite well. We unfortunately had to wash the pots and pans before using them. The artificial fragrance in the towels was so strong we had to ask for a fragrance free set (the fragrance was giving me a migraine). We arrived late at night and there wasn't enough water in the room to see us through (2 small cups of water were provided, a 1.5l bottle would have been appreciated, or even 2 small bottles). There were only 3 pillows (4 would have been preferred as we both have neck & back pain).

Reviewed Nov 19, 2025Отличный отель с прекрасным расположением — до моря всего 5 минут пешком. Рядом находятся две детские площадки, магазины и кафе, что делает отдых особенно удобным для семей. В номере было чисто, а в апартаментах есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Персонал очень приветливый и всегда готов помочь, уборка проводилась ежедневно. Мы отдыхали в ноябре, и нас приятно удивили — предложили бесплатный турецкий завтрак, что стало приятным бонусом к проживанию.
Из минусов можно отметить лишь хорошую слышимость внутри отеля: если кто-то говорит на лестнице или храпит в соседнем номере — это слышно. Однако с улицы шум совершенно не мешал, вечером и ночью было тихо и спокойно. В целом остались довольны отдыхом и можем смело рекомендовать этот отель!

Розташований в зручній локації, недалеко від моря, але не на 1 лінії, де дуже гучно. Хороший інтернет. Є кондиціонер, на кухні все для самостійного приготування їжі. Поряд з готелем є місце для парковки. Нам сподобалося.

Reviewed Sep 29, 2025Отель находится на улице, но она не очень шумная. До набережной,магазинов и всех кафе/ресторанов совсем недалеко. Номера чистые, полотенца меняли каждый день. В номере есть чайник, плита, посуда. Мы пользовались только чайником, ничего не готовили. Балкон большой, просторный. Кондиционеры во всех комнатах. Работали хорошо. Завтракали тут же, оплачивали по выезду. завтраки очень вкусные! Яичница или омлет, овощи, выпечка, закуски турецкие. Кофе или чай. Нам хватало такого завтрака чтобы хорошо подкрепиться) Очень вежливый и приятный персонал!
На четвёртый этаж пешком!)) с чемоданами прям тяжеловато. Но это мелочи!

Elektrik ve klima sorunu yaşamadık ki zaten herşey yepyeni ve tertemizdi. Oda temizliği muhteşem. Aracımızın tekeri patlamıştı öyle çok yardımcı oldularki sağolsunlar. Biz unutulmaz bir deneyim yaşadık, çok memnun kaldık. Bir daha gidersek Marmaris’te ilk tercihimiz olacak. Teşekkürler ❤️

Reviewed Aug 27, 2025Otel çok temizdi. Öyle ki oda temizliği bitip odaya girdiğimizde sadece temizlik kokuyorduçalışanlar çok güler yüzlüydü. Kahvaltı çok uygundu dışardan yemekten bile daha uygundu. Özellikle Yaşar bey her konuda çok yardımcı oldu. Tekrardan tercih ederim.

I found it accidentally and have been to Marmaris so many times before staying in all inclusive expensive hotels and other apartments but nothing compares to this property. From the owner ILhan, the manager Yassar, the night time security Ibrahim the cleaning ladies, Fadime, Aynur and Sema couldn’t have done enough for us. They made our holiday fantastic and I will be returning next year and will be booking very soon. This place is exceptional and should be rated 5 stars !!. There is nothing they haven’t thought off. The place is spotless the pool is fabulous the accommodation beautiful. I would like to thank everyone off these people for making our holiday so special and so much fun. See you all very soon. Reviewed Aug 18, 2025Dört kişilik ailem için mükemmel bir oteldi. Odanın konforu yüzünden oraya gelecekte yeniden gitme kararı aldık. Mutfağının olması bir velinimetti! Seyahatteyken hep dışardan yemek sıkıcı oluyordu bu yüzden güzel bir kahvaltı hazırlamak iyi hissettirdi. Havuzu da çok iyidi babam ve eşim keyfini çıkardı. Tek minik kusuru asansörün olmamasıydı ama bu tarz yerlerde 4 kat ve aşağısına asansör izni verilmediğini çok sonra öğrendim. Yani bu mükemmel otelde konaklamak için merdiven çıkmayı göze almalısınız. Biz 4. kattaydık ve bu yüzden bir tık zorlandık (malum yaz sıcağında kolay olmadı) heheh

The apartment is spacious and clean, the internet is fast and has good coverage. The furniture is new and comfortable, the pool is clean, and my children enjoyed it. The staff are friendly, and the check-in and check-out procedures were quick. There is no problem with parking and you can find a spot near the hotel. The staff helped me carry the luggage during check-in.
There is no elevator, so I had to carry the luggage from the first floor, but it wasn’t a problem.
