Situation

Très sale. Rideaux, sol etc. Draps boulochés, mériteraient d'être remplacés. Service petit déjeuner interminable, vaisselle sale, climatisation peu efficace sur la terrasse. Le petit déjeuner a été un calvaire. J'avais payé un supplément vu mer, mais une tv bloquait la vue, pas de balcon contrairement à la photo.

Everything about my stay was comfortable, smooth, and enjoyable. The reception team, especially Mr. Mohamed and Ms. Joumana, were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and cheerful throughout my stay. I would also like to thank the entire housekeeping team, particularly Khaled and Khaled, for their kindness and assistance. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent value for the price they pay.

Dans l’ensemble l’hôtel Ajira boutique à tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un séjour agréable avec énormément de commerces à proximité ainsi qu’un point de rendez vous pour tout type de transport au top. L’équipe est formidable et fait en sorte de répondre à tout nos besoins.

Petit bémol au niveau de la nourriture notamment le petit déjeuner. Autre point négatif est l’emplacement de la piscine qui se trouve à l’extérieur de l’hôtel

L’accueil est très chaleureux, et très particulièrement la jeune femme. La localisation est top en plein dans la marina. L’établissement fournit un bracelet qui permet d’aller au Beach club / piscine qui est très sympa il faut aimer l’ambiance jeune. Pour notre anniversaire de mariage ils nous ont offert un plateau de fruit ainsi qu’un gâteau je l’ai remercie d’avantages ! La chambre est faites tout les jours et c’est plutôt bien fait mais peut mieux faire !

Ce que je n’ai pas aimé dans cet établissement c’est l’isolation des portes et fenêtres on entend tout ce qu’il se passe dedans comme dehors, les portes se ferment mal donc obligé de les claquer. Le ménage est à revoir plus particulièrement le contour du lavabo, le sol, et les toilettes. Pour ce qui est de serviette, il faudrait les changer je pense elles sont tachés et dur avec le temps…

El hotel sin duda nos encanto, las instalaciones super cómodas, la habitación con todo lo necesario, super cómodas y espaciosas. El aire acondicionado para el verano tan fuerte sin duda increíble! Y el personal super amigable desde principio a fin, la verdad fue una estadía increíble, repetiría de hotel sin duda alguna.

Que si no se hace la reserva directamente con el desayuno no hay posibilidad de pagarlo con tarjeta sino con efectivo, más sin embargo a pesar de que por eso no pudimos ver qué tal era el desayuno subimos y la vista fue increíble y el café es delicioso.

Great location if you want to be inside the New Marina. Amazing breakfast (cheaper if you pay it directly at the hotel), everything was super clean, and they have incredibly nice staff. The bed is very comfy, the bathroom is new, they give you a water bottle everyday, you have AC... The rooftop is also wonderful. Very good price-quality relation.

Personally I did not like the private beach (Blue Beach) because the pool had very very loud music. Also, is a beach by the port, so don’t expect a paradise. For me it was convenient cause I was boarding on a live aboard the next day but it is not the kind of place/resort I would choose to do a long vacation. Also the Marina itself is a tourist trap, very different to the rest of the city and much more expensive.

No breakfast, way too expensive for Egypt. Food in the restaurant below is great value. Will definitely be staying there again. We’ll recommend. Great parking facilities and on the doorstep to many great places to eat and drink. Also on the doorstep of the best shopping in Hurghada.

Su ubicación es excepcional, el personal fue muy amable todo el tiempo y nos ayudaron a buscar el tour para hacer snorkel a un muy buen precio.

En el baño hubo olor a desagüe por los sifones en todo momento, nos tocó taparlos con toallas y mantener cerrado el baño.

Llegamos al hotel a las 10 am, fuimos a la playa, y nos dijeron que nuestra habitación estaría lista ala 14hs. Llegamos a las 16 hs, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba por lo que nos cambiaron de habitación. Solo estuvimos unas horas por que el vuelo salía pronto. Y necesitábamos descansar

Beshoy was great with helping getting our room sorted out. He managed to get the room configuration we preffered with twin beds instead of double. The service is also great with the minibar and cleaning.

Noise from restaurant

The location inside the Marina is excellent. They also have a very nice private beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they quickly offered another room when the drain didn’t work and the towels were not provided in the one I was given first.

Cleanliness was a problem. I found many hairs in the sheets, and in the bathroom. There was a lot of wear, the plugs didn’t work properly, some of the lamps were loose, also an unpleasant smell in the bathroom.

Always an amazing stay! Modern. Clean. Friendly. By home away from home ♥️

Always a great stay! Beautiful modern rooms, fabulous front of house and smooth check in. Free access to Blue Beach and a wide range of restaurants within walking distance. For price, service and location they cannot be beaten. Highly recommended

Everything was great

Location is in the marina and close to all the restaurants. Staff were very helpful. The egyptian breakfast was very good. Beds were comfortable. Litre bottle of water provided once per day. Wifi was decent but the constantly changing IP caused some connectivity issues.

Shower head and handle were semi broken so the showing experience was not pleasant. Pool is not in the hotel but across the square in the marina which was inconvenient. When we visited the pool area there was music blasted so we decided not to stay.

Mi estancia en este hotel ha sido muy buena y lo recomiendo sin dudarlo. El personal ha sido muy amable y atento en todo momento, las instalaciones estaban siempre muy limpias y la comida me ha parecido muy buena. La habitación la limpiaban todos los días, cambiaban las sábanas con frecuencia y, además, tenían el detalle de dejar una botella de 1,5 litros de agua cada día, algo que se agradece mucho.

Como aspectos a mejorar, reservé el régimen de media pensión porque se indicaba que podía elegir entre dos restaurantes, pero finalmente solo estaba disponible uno. También diría que las almohadas eran un poco duras para mi gusto. Por lo demás, la experiencia ha sido excelente y volvería a alojarme aquí sin ningún problema.

Day use OK, mais pas plus. Situation facile pour taper la journée avant de reprendre l'avion dans la nouvelle marina. Douche et sanitaires approximativement OK.

Le prix, beaucoup trop cher pour la prestation. L'hotel semble toujours en rénovation, comme souvent en Egypte. A part l'accès au beach club (musique forte non stop, playlist répétitive,...) Cela vaut juste pour se taper une journée en attendant l'avion.

Breakfast service was exceptionally poor. Took over an hour to get a coffee/ breakfast and the order was wrong. Tried to explain to staff but they wernt interested. Hotel also charged me twice for stay and I've still yet to hear anything back from them regarding a refund of the double charge.

I was there for an overnight stary before boarding a liveaboard. Perfect place to do this, super friendly staff, annex restaurant very friendly too and everyone really helpful.

The room is good

我对这家酒店很失望，首先就是房间的位置，紧靠楼下的餐吧，音乐会响到凌晨三点，需要充足睡眠的人可以不用考虑这家酒店。酒店的洗澡的开关也是坏的。

其次就是这家酒店和游玩项目的合作，以及对我们的诈骗。我们花费了💲45购买了观星项目和浮潜项目的照片和视频，如今五天过去了，我们没有收到任何照片，这让我对埃及和赫尔格达很失望，对酒店和埃及人很失望，也让我认为埃及人都是骗子。至此，酒店没有帮我们联系这两个游玩项目的负责人，也没有看我们后续的消息和诉求。 除此之外，浮潜当天他们迟到了四十分钟，浮潜的照片我们当时觉得不好看就不想购买，他们立刻黑脸。

Établissement très bien situé, bon rapport qualité prix, personnel très à l’écoute et agréable. Ménage tous les jours, très propre. A l’extérieur offre beaucoup de restaurants.

La plage est en réalité un beach club. Très petite à proximité d’une piscine, beaucoup de bruit, de musique extrêmement forte. Pas beaucoup de place, mer très sale avec des déchets plastiques.

Friendly staff. Very clean. Hotel has included access to a beech with pool, Close to lots of restaurants. Day rooms available. some rooms can be noisy at night ours was not. Excellent value for money. Breakfast large but service a little slow. Can arrnage taxi to and form airport and they are cheaper than if you just pick up a cab at the airport.

Swifter service at breakfast but this was not an issue as we were not in a hurry.

It was a perfect place as I travelled through. Excellent location - quiet and welcoming. You can choose between the original old town of hurgada - a few minutes walk away and a whole world of tastes and flavours in the marina. Especial thanks to Nagy and the lady at reception. Fulfilling all my needs and wishes in such a kind and beautiful way - Shukran !

El aire acondicionado no enfriaba y hacía muchísimo ruido, las almohadas era incómodas y la cama estaba dura - No dormimos bien. Además, la habitación no estaba insonorizada, se escuchaba la calle y la gente pasando por el pasillo del hotel.

Top Lage und nettes Personal – aber das Hotel selbst ist eine absolute Ruine! Das AJIRA Boutique Hotel hat zwei klare Pluspunkte: Die Lage direkt in der Marina ist fantastisch. Man ist sofort im Zentrum, alles ist einladend und auch die Sheraton Road ist schnell zu erreichen. Zudem ist das Personal im Hotel extrem nett, hilfsbereit und absolut perfekt. Von außen sieht das Gebäude auch sehr ansprechend aus.

Fazit: Ein Hotel in toller Lage mit tollem Personal, das aber dringend komplett saniert werden muss. Für diesen ruinösen Zustand völlig überteuert! Hotel eine Katastrophe. Der Name „Boutique Hotel“ ist völlig falsch – das Ganze gleicht eher einer maroden Herberge.Zustand & Sauberkeit: Drinnen ist alles wie eine Ruine. Alles hängt schief. Überall steht tagelang schmutziges Geschirr herum, das von der Putzkolonne einfach nicht weggeräumt wird. Ob die Betten wirklich sauber waren, wage ich zu bezweifeln, so wie sie aussahen.Standardzimmer: Die Zimmer sind absolut unerträglich. Alles ist kaputt. Es gibt keinerlei Komfort, man kann dort eigentlich nur im Bett schlafen. Steckdosen funktionieren nicht, sodass man mühsam nach anderen, funktionierenden Anschlüssen suchen muss.Preis-Leistung: Das Hotel ist pro Nacht viel zu teuer für das, was es (nicht) bietet.
