It’s Cleanness, landscape and the staff

The doors locks are not working either bathroom or bedroom, telephone is not working and we have done complain at the first day and no actions are being taken

J’ai presque tout aimé. L’emplacement, la restauration, le calme et le personnel est chaleureux, accueillant et toujours disponible. La qualité rapport/prix est très juste. Le seul souci c’est le déplacement hors complexe. C’est pas assuré 24/24 et parfois l’attente est longue. En tout cas je le recommande fortement !

The stay was wonderful and the staff were extremely friendly. A fantastic welcome from Mr. Khaled at reception; his guidance was invaluable. The resort is located within a prestigious residential complex. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

The beach was far from the hotels, but they could get there by car anytime. The beach also had rocks and stones, so beach shoes were essential.

I had a great stay here, it's my second stay and I extended this stay while I was here. I had a deluxe sea view room, its very spacious with a great balcony and sea view. I really like the pool area and the hotel beach. All the staff are professional, friendly and helpful, special mention to Khaled at reception and Ahmed at the cafe/ restaurant, both kind and polite, excellent service, thank you very much!

Location, Room size, beach

Bathroom is bad, especially the towels, soap, shampoo are not enough, the staff did not respond for your requests (only say okay but did not do any thing) Restaurant is very poor (Variety and quality of food is very poor), Most of the restaurant staff are not friendly. The beach staff is very rod and the reception information is inaccurate, miscommunication between the hotel and beach staff is clearly identified

L’hôtel était très bien situé, la piscine est top et les chambres sont très confortables. Le personnel était extrêmement gentil et disponible, notamment Khaled de l’accueil. Accès à la plage privée de l’hôtel avec transat, on peut y faire du snorkeling et voir plein de poissons.

La porte de douche laisse passer l’eau et les portants de serviette étaient mal fixés… la salle de bain est un peu vétuste. Il y avait parfois trop d’enfants à la piscine, c’était très bruyant… mais ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel en soi.

The hotel was in a great location, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great with lots of variety.

The beach wasn't accessible without a driver to take you to the access point and you had to wait for it on your return.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at sky view suites. From the moment I arrived, everything was handled with high professionalism and care. ​I would especially like to commend khaled at the front desk. He was extremely welcoming, polite, and efficient during check-in. His warm attitude, professional demeanor, and readiness to help made a fantastic first impression and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. ​The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall service throughout the hotel was top-notch. I truly appreciate the hospitality and dedication of the entire team. ​I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning on my next visit!

They are always keen to provide support and solve any issues we face. Khaled in the reception was really helpful during the check in and check out. All staff who helped us in checking in, fixing any issues, security and shuttle driver, they were all very nice and helpful. The rooms are amazing, it is big with a living room and separate bedroom. The room is clean and it has various facilities as big smart TV, cooker, kettle, fridge and freezer and dinining area. there is small kitcken with all tools required for cooking. The pool is good and the water looks clean all the team. There is a private beach for the hotel and you can take shuttle to the hotel. The location is amazing as there are various services around it, and it is 10 minutes from the Marina and city center. the price is really good compared to hotels with same facilities.

There should be elevator for elder people to stay in the 1st floor. They need to take care more of the bed sheets cleanness. They can also work on enhancing the beach by making the sea sandy and not rocky.

The location is near to the beach & downtown. You feel great when you find a good weather, because of the location of the hotel built on a high mountain of Hadaba hurghada with very fantastic view on the sea . I requested to give the room before check in at 8:30 am. They upgraded my category to give me full sea view room 237, when they knew, that we have honeymoon. After checking out, I had a trip a I returned to the hotel at 6 pm, they gave me a room for a shower. Really hotel very very nice. These services are free of charge, otherwise in another hotels sure are chargeable. The stuff very kind and helpful This hotel chould take 5 stars not only 3 stars. Thanks

The sea is a little bit far however there is elevator to take you there

Staff was great Mr Khaled at reception and Mr Ashraf the responsible for house supervision were real supportive. Mr Khaled at restaurant as well was wonderful. The private beach wss wonderful, though you need a car to move to there provideed by the hotel. Swimming pool ia very good. Place is cozy and great for the family. Location near some good shops.

Breakfast was good but might need more vegetables and salad. Tap water dusty.

The property is exceptionally clean and in an excellent location. The staff are kind, friendly, and always willing to help. Special thanks to Khalid, who was consistently available to assist with every request, showing great professionalism and kindness. A perfect 10/10! We will definitely be back!

The hotlel location and the sea view from our room is exceptional. The front man Khaled was absolutely amazing his costumer service was so great. He was very attentive to our needs and it was a privilege to stay at sky view hotel. The pool was large and a good temperature. Our room was cared for when we left the hotel and we would always come back to a clean organized room. The drinks downstairs we a great price very cheap. Overall is was an amazing experience for the whole 10 days and we had a lot of fun.

Lage - herrlich ruhig, aber fußläufig ist die quirlige Sheraton Road erreichbar. Das immer freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal 🫶🏻 die Sauberkeit ist überall 👍🏻. Gepflegte Außenanlage. Dass es einen Shuttle den Berg hoch gibt 😅 guter Wlan Empfang, wenn auch nicht genutzt.

Es ist mittlerweile mein 2. ZuHause geworden. Tolle Lage .. gutes Personal und Service

Everything about this hotel was absolutely excellent. The cleanliness was top-notch, the location was perfect, and the service was outstanding. Уже любимый пляж , с каждым приездом все лучше благоустроен- новые зонтики, пирс, море чистое, по территории 500м , но трансфер ожидание 2-3 минуты, сад тоже хорошеет с каждым годом, отличная кровать , удобные подушки, чистое и часто меняемое белье и полотенца ,поэтому и приезжаем 4 года подряд

Уже немного "уставшие" номера , в этом году взяли улучшенный люкс - все равно и мебель требует чистки и в целом номер ... не тянет на люкс, особенно удивили полотенца для пляжа - кажется их только сушили и не стирали ... а раньше у бассейна стояли пакеты с чистыми , два дня было невозможно уснуть от шума дискотек где-то за территорией

The apartments in the hotel are lovely, modern and clean. The pools are gorgeous with sea views. The staff are really lovely, kind, thoughtful and friendly. Rooms cleaned everyday with water and towels replenished, beach towel provided. Drivers to take you to the main gate. Inside beautiful beach restaurant. I was a little worried about safety before I came as it’s the first time we have used an apartment, but honestly, the security are professional, friendly and I’ve not felt safer in Egypt (7th time here). I would stay here over a 5* AI hotel every time. I cannot fault the hotel.

Ich hatte eine wunderbare Erfahrung in diesem Hotel in Hurghada und kann sagen, dass ich mit meiner Wahl sehr zufrieden war. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und aufmerksam und stets bereit, bei jeder Anfrage zu helfen. Das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und gut gepflegt, und die Aussicht war einfach wunderschön. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und lecker, mit Optionen für jeden Geschmack. Auch die Einrichtungen des Hotels sind hervorragend – die Pools, der private Strand und die angebotenen Aktivitäten haben zu einem entspannten und angenehmen Urlaub beigetragen. Die allgemeine Atmosphäre war sehr einladend und der Service auf einem hohen Niveau. Ich kann dieses Hotel allen empfehlen, die einen gelungenen Aufenthalt in Hurghada verbringen möchten. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

The pool was okay. The rooms were spacious.

I booked a deluxe room with sea side view got with a pool view. In an empty place :/ That because I booked for a night. Fairly complicated to find it.

The personnel was very, very nice and attentive, the rooms are very spacious, cleaning was done daily. The location is very good, just 10 min ride or 40 min walk to Hurghada Marina. The pool was clean, the beach very close.

酒店距离赫尔戈达机场大概10多分钟车程，位于海边的山坡上，因此海景不错，此外内部有很漂亮的花园。公寓酒店面积很大。工作人员态度友善。

Il existe une entree pour L'accès à la plage de l'hôtel qui se fait un peu plus bas en traversersanr la rue. Ce n'est pas un point négatif c'est juste que ce n'est pas indiqué
