Reviewed Feb 24, 2026Établissement est proche du centre ville avec un arrêt de tramway à proximité ce qui le rend à seulement 10 minutes du centre ville
La cuisine était sale, pas d’éponge pour laver, présence de gras et de reste de nourriture sur la plaque de cuisson, vaisselle juste laver à l’eau par les anciens locataires… De plus il y avait des pointes de clous sur la plainte entre le couloir et la salle de bain. Ensuite on avait réservé un lit double et on s’est retrouvé avec seulement une couette de lit simple, pas d’autres draps/couette la nuit était pas très agréable sachant qu’il faisait un peu froid dans l’appartement

Reviewed Feb 23, 2026Lite tunn i min smak, är ju för bacon och prinskorvar och mindre bröd kille. Det behöver inte vara speciellt mycket men det ska i så fall vara lite mer kvalite på det som serveras och små saker som salt, senap och annat betyder mycket för min upplevelse
Fanns inget jag inte tycket om det var ett fantastikst ställe, visst jag hade kunnat önska mig en bastu för det hade varit trevligt efter en kall dag på stan.

Reviewed Feb 23, 2026Die Unterkunft war sehr schön eingerichtet, hatte eine gut ausgestattete und funktionsfähige Küche und war insgesamt sehr sauber. Die Mitarbeiter:innen waren sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut, es gab passende Optionen sowohl für vegetarische als auch für laktoseunverträgliche Gäste. Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.
Die Unterkunft ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut erreichbar, liegt jedoch etwas weiter vom Flughafen entfernt. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Att ventilationen pep/viner hela natten. Litet frukost utbud. Saknade dörrmatta samt hårda sängar.

High ceiling makes the room feel big, even though it is regular sized. -Most of the staff were nice. -The room has all the appliances you could need (cutlery, bowls and dishes, portable stove, oven etc.)! This is a HUGE bonus in my opinion. That alone is a reason to stay here. -The location is good. -The room was quiet. -The bathroom/shower is good. -The bed was comfortable and big. -Everything was clean. -There were many towels, which I'm thankful for. -You can connect your phone to the TV and I couldn't complain about the internet either
-The breakfast is not good... There's nothing warm to eat, there's very little variety, the cereal sucks and I ended up living on mini muffins (those were amazing, by the way) because the bread could qualify as a weapon it was so hard. It's not exactly "French breakfast", but I wouldn't say it's too far from it either. -Most of the staff were nice and helpful except for one dude in the reception. If you say that you'll look into something, then do. He either doesn't care or has the memory of a goldfish. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name so I can't point fingers and name names. -It was cold even with the heating turned all the way up.

Reviewed Feb 12, 2026Great location, really accessible for the centre and arena. 2 minutes from a tram station but in a quiet area. Really clean and quiet, all things you could need in the apartment. Looking forward to returning.
The pillows- I was on my own but would have been a disaster if there was two. More and better quality would be preferred but aside from this nothing to complain about.

Reviewed Feb 10, 2026This was an excellent choice for accommodation near Avicii Arena. Room was very nice - felt fresh but not too bold with interior design. I really liked the big windows. Although breakfast choice was not big, it was all fresh and tasty. Very convenient check in process.
Room could have been a bit warmer. In February I was longing for quick warm up after long day of sightseeing. Otherwise everything was just what I needed for my one night stay.

Reviewed Feb 8, 2026This is a lovely coliving. The studio I stayed in was not very big, but used the space smartly so that I had everything I needed. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen small but functional, and the bathroom is great. I loved the location, which is quiet yet not far from public transport and an easy ride into the city center. The neighborhood is lovely and the staff is just great.
The windows wouldn't open at all. Even in the winter, I prefer to air out my studio even if it just for a couple of minutes. Breakfast was decent and tasty, but a bit limited.

The space between the bunkbed and the wall was absolutely filthy, filled with piled up dust, used nicotine pouches, and etc. Noticed it after the first night, as I have a dust allergy and could not stop sneezing. Also, no cutlery, although the hotel room should operate as a studio. Breakfast sat out in the open, selection was tiny.

Reviewed Jan 30, 2026Brilliant staff who looked after us well and provided clear communication, Zakariya in particular! There was problems with the room that we originally booked prior to arrival, however, the team at Unity were very helpful in catering for our needs. We stayed here for a month with our baby as a young family of three. Convinently located minutes from the tram stops for public transport access. Also Hammarby Sjöstad is an excellent neighbourhood. Highly recommend this place and would love to stay again!

They allowed us to check-in 30 minutes earlier than expected, and they were very understanding when we checked-out 45 minutes past the deadline (as we slept through our alarm!). The bathroom and kitchen was very modern, very luxery,
The location is slightly inconvenient as the traffic tends to be busy in the morning, however, that is no fault of the hotel.

The staff was really kind and welcoming and the breakfasts were great--I had intended to eat breakfast out some days, but ended up liking it so much that I just ate there every day. The bed was super comfortable and my boyfriend and I slept like rocks.
Really the only thing is that sometimes the layout of the furniture felt weird (having to climb across the bed to access the shelves and close the blinds), but it's not a huge deal to me personally.

I found it weird that they didn't change the towels and bedding during our 6-night stay. It's written somewhere that they don't change them for stays under 7 nights, but it's still a bit strange to me.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Toimiva perusaamiainen. Ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta. Hintaan nähden tilava ja monikäyttöinen huone (arvostan omaa jääkaappia, mikroa ja astioita). Kaappitilaa sopivasti. Jätteet pääsi lajittelemaan (bio, muovi, metalli, pahvi, lasi). Huone oli viihtyisä ja verhot pimensivät kunnolla. Kävelymatkan päästä löytyi mm. julkisen liikenteen pysäkki, iso ruokakauppa ja useita ravintoloita. Matkani tarkoitus oli konsertti, joten itselle iso plussa myös siitä, että Avicii Arenalle pääsi hetkessä ratikalla ja kävellenkin oli nopea matka.
Astioiden tiskaaminen on asiakkaan vastuulla, ja ainakin meillä kävi niin, että edellinen oli tiskannut tosi huonosti ja kaikki piti tiskata uudestaan itse. Lisäksi tikkaat yläsänkyyn olivat hankalat.
